I looked at your case and tried to come up options for you.
You have an MBA so that's a plus. It would help if your wife has "two or more degrees"
If you could go on the TEF Thread Here and see if you can take out time to study for french. It would help you tremendously.

With the TEF exam and a 2nd degree for your wife, you would only need to get 8777 like everyone else to get into the 460s.

French seems to be the game changer. Please play around with the CRS tool and see what your target score for TEF would be.

The other option would be PNP. The thread is here.

Here are my doubts:

1. I will be 39 by December. I am married and my wife will be 39 by November. We have got 3 kids.

2. Though I have a MBA from a Nigerian university. My wife holds a HND (yet to go and collect her certificate, because we
married immediately she finished school and family responsibility has not given her the opportunity to run around for it.)

3. I have about 12 years work experience with my state civil service, but wifey is a business woman. Though she has some skill in hair braiding)

With the above will my CRS,, score get to 400 and above even if we ace ielts? what other option do I have in getting to Canada?

Age is on your side but I suggest you start taking action and not delay.

Why does it matter that it isn't up to a year? Only one of your experience has to be at least a year (continuous) and then rest can be any duration. You just have to combine them. You have enough for 3 years from what you've posted.

If I enter these into the EE profile, score shows its evaluated as 3 years of experience

However, if I remove my first job since its not up to a year, the score changes to reflect 2 years of experience

With the recent cut offs, I can certainly do with 3 years of experience. Can I add my first job to improve my chances even though it's not up to a year.
N.B. all the jobs have the same NOC...

You have no Canadian experience right? I think you included it in your simulation so you should recalculate. I simulated your score based on the information you provided and got a CRS of 404

If you max out IELTS = 416
If you max out IELTS and get a 2nd degree = 449
If maintain 8777 and get a 2nd degree = 437

What is "hurting" your score is that you don't have that extra year of experience. If you have one extra year, that changes things and gives you a better chance. Think back, there might some job you did (however little) that might qualify and push you to 3 years work experience.

State both addresses and simple say he travels to work and comes home on the weekend or whatever.

There is no need for this and it would eventually be found out. Not mentioning it is complicating the issue. Spouses having two addresses is not uncommon.

My advice to you is to stick to one address. Your spouses address and yours should be the same. Some Visa officers raise issues on what should not be an issue. I know of two applications that had ADR severally on this simple issue of different address.

Are you saying he lives in another state? or he travels to work in another state and comes back home. Could you please elaborate as those are two different things.

They won't know you have a PG if you don't include it to be evaluated. Use the degree equivalency tool to see what your outcome would be.

Gift deed doesn't need birth certificate. Please check page one. You can get it notarized. Gift deed can come from anyone just fyi.

This is why it is important to post your JD. The bolded changes things up a bit. The first NOC you got based on your title alone did not qualify for EE, this one might.

Page one has more information on this. The VOs know what NYSC is. I'm not sure why you wouldn't want to state it.

Thank you for this comment but I was paid in cash by my employer during my NYSC. I thought there is supposed to be a payment slip to really prove that I worked in the office during NYSC. Will the 19,800 naira be the proper salary to use. I'm confused here. Please I need response. Thank you

You will be asked to prove your experience with a work reference letter. Please see page 1 for samples.

If ur job isn’t really related to ur degree like a banker that has a degree in biology and a masters in biology related field as well.
Your degree doesn't have to be related to your job. You can have a medical degree and sell suya if you want. As long as your job qualifies in NOC 0,A,B. Please see page 1.

How do u choose a NOC particularly if u are willing to switch careers to science field because u just got ur masters. How do u chose the ur NOC.

Answer "No", because creating a profile is not an application. You would answer "Yes" if you got ITA and submitted your documents.

Let us be careful with this. The job title isn't as important as the job description.
The job description is what matters. We might know the NOC based on the title but knowing exactly what the applicant did at this job would help. So if we could please encourage folks to post their JB before giving out the NOC code that would be great.

Ur noc is 6552. Pls lets make use of google sometimes. Google is our friend. Its not like we know the NOCs. We search for it by typing the job position.
