That is a hoax that has been going around since last year. I think you should be fine. Zara01: cc Rence22
Where did you get the information of the EE programme ending by 2020 please?
I will be ready by 2020, I have some documentation to sort out, the race isn't for the swift dear.
Like you said about POF and etc, that's what I'd like to sort out first before turning in my application.
All the best! |

You can use money in your savings account as long as it is readily accessible to you. You need to obtain a letter from your bank in CIC format. Letter(s) must
be printed on the financial institution’s letterhead include their contact information (address, telephone number and email address) include your name list outstanding debts such as credit card debts and loans include, for each current bank and investment account, the account numbers date each account was opened current balance of each account average balance for the past 6 monthsGshun: please house, is a savings account with more money than declared while completing the online form enough as POF. I mean is it okay to just get the statement of account and one is good to go |

Raise CSE and upload the siblings PR card, utility bills etc. I believe there is a post here with all the documents that’d help show proof of their relationship. ADR is at the discretion of the agent handling the case. It’s more like a privilege not a right. I don’t know if there are any rules against this but to further solidify the proof, she can show proof of relationship of both siblings. paintadvice: My dear family, once again, I appreciate the good work and intense effort put into the group... God will truly reward us and our desires shall be granted.
I have become worried following the rejection of @babybanke based on sibling relationship. My wife claimed sibling points cos she has 2 brothers in Canada. The documents submitted for sibling relationship were the birth certificate for her and her brother (Not from NPC) and international passport that shows the same surname.
We are worried that this might not be sufficient proof. What do you advice. Should we leave the application and wait for ADR if any or do we get the attestation of birth documents and raise a CSE for it?
Which do you think is better please advise

The sibling has to reside in Canada. jadief: Please I need a clarification on this. Can one claim sibling point for a sibling who did a soft landing and should be returning back to Nigeria in like 3 months. Will there be an issue if she gives an address but won't be there in some months time when they may need to do verifications. Anyone who has gone this route, please advise. Thank you. |

Answers in bold chrisebsy: 1). Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple) (required) Do i need to upload any previous expired passport that has a visa stamp which i have traveled out with in the past? what does" Multiple" denote? Multiple denotes dual citizenship. Only your current/valid passport is required. Please note that you are not penalized for submitting old passports, though it is not necessary.
3). Education (diplomas/degrees) (required) Do i have to upload transcripts for each degree and diploma along with the ECA and Certificate? If you want to/have them, you can. Do i also, have to upload IELTS Test Report Form here as well? I merged ECA, Degrees/Certificates and IELTS report into one PDF.
4). Employment Records (required) would have loved to add pay slips, but i realized they used a wrong job tittle in my pay-slip. However , i have since corrected it @ IPPIS office, but it would only reflect from last months pay slip. Add it and explain anything that needs clarification in your LOE.
5). marriage (required) Do i need to upload anything else? Nope. Merge the certificates you have and you should be fine.
. Digital photo (required) I guess i will visit a studio give them the requirement and get the soft copy from them. You can do that but you can also take one yourself with a white background and cut it down to 35 x 45mm
Gratitude to all. |

Your NOCs do not have to be in the same field. For example, you can be a tailor and the president and then a professional whistle blower.. as long as they fulfill these conditions 1. Paid 2. In NOC O,A,B 3. One year continuous experience in one of them Etc.. I might be missing some details but you can combine NOCs in different fields. Belladrews101: Hello house,
I need advice on what to do.
My current CSR score is 445 with 2 years of work experience. I will like to include my NYSC experience to boost my score however, it doesn't fall under the same NOC. I served as an financial accounts staff for 1 year but I have worked for the last 2 years as an investment analyst.
Can I go ahead and claim my NYSC experience under the same NOC as my current job description even though they are not exactly the same?
Note that I have maxed out on my IELTS.
Thank you. |

If your degree is still being evaluated by the time you complete your CIMA, then you can reach out to them to include it. If your evaluation has been completed, you'd probably have to pay for another evaluation with them. This can be done on the same account. ObeBabyJay: Please advise me I will like to know if i will need a different WES account to do a new evaluation, I am currently evaluating my bachelors degree and now I am enrolling for CIMA, when I am done,Will I pay for this one separately or i can continue with the same account. The F1 visa has its pros and cons. I won't list the Pros. I want to concentrate on a FEW of the cons STEM majors can get 2 years OPT after graduation. Non-STEM majors get one year. In those one or two years, you have about three options. 1. Find an employer to sponsor your H1B 2. Get married to an American 3. Get back into school, just to maintain your status. Option three is like an endless cycle whilst you wait for option one to happen. If you are lucky enough to get a sponsor, you'd have to deal with the H1B lottery and then renewals etc. Now when it comes to my homeland Canada, I could say a lot here but let me sum it up. You don't have to deal with any of that. Ijechidi: Hi family, I need advice! I am about moving to US with a F1 student visa, but I am particular of moving into Canada therefrom as an immigrant. Please, YOU CAN CRUCIFY ME, BUT JUST HELP with the pros and cons or better still, if you have personal experience, please share with a brother.
I wouldn't commit crime, I don't do shit, JUST LEGAL SURVIVAL lead. Please help or give lead to a thread or place I can get firsthand info. Thanks! |

The person in question was claiming 2 or more degrees which is different from your case. You get more points with Masters. Use the CRS tool, the infamous page one and verify with the CIC website. I understand you taking the "safer" route though! All the best! Marula: You're very correct, he needs both to claim points of 2 or more degrees. Even with MSc/MBA it just might be best to do both. That's what I've resolved to do. Better safe than sorry. I need all my points without story. |

@iaamtmguy I believe the OP is trying to claim 2 or more certificates, which means the evaluation body would have to evaluate both certificates. The ranking goes like this Bachelors -> 2 or more -> Maters -> PHD As pgd isn't on the same level as a Masters degree, the evaluation body would have to evaluate both the BSC and PGD to give the Canadian equivalent ie "2 or more degrees". If the OP had a masters degree, then they'd evaluate that alone. playces: Pls house.. I salute ur effort in educating us here.. Please I need some clarifications.. I will be rounding up my pgd soon. For the process of ECA, m I to evaluate both my BSC and PGD or the highest (PGD). Though in the CRS simulator, I choose 2 or more CERTIFICATES. Wifey is the PA. She is in the process of rounding up her MA iaatmguy: just your pgd. However you might need the ECAof your bsc depending on your career path. |

The ban is over. Apply and answer truthfully when filling your application. The statutory questions would give you an opportunity to explain the ban. Canada isn't really looking to punish people for past mistakes per say. Be honest in your LOE and prove to them that everything you have submitted is accurate. @Bolded, nope, no one can really make the ban "go away", but people on here can help/guide you along the way. PS: Dont forget to pray oh. Asewereniseoluw: Hello...
I have been reading this thread and I have found it interesting but I don’t seem to really find my situation here so I need help
First my spouse is the PA but I got a ban from Canada(2years ban) in 2014 for Study visa and it’s over now because of Misrepresentation. I want to know if this would affect our application or do I need to go through anyone to sort this issue out. Please help me out because it’s been bothering me since morning.

There are several factors. From the language barrier to immigration status etc. Scandinavian countries are very pleasurable to live in but in this case, Canada would give them something Sweden hasn't done yet.. Citizenship. (I'm assuming that's the case with the OP) johnnybravo1990: Please why do you want to leave Sweden for Canada? I used to think the Scandinavian countries(Sweden, Norway, Finland) were more pleasurable to live in when compared to Canada. |

In this case you just need to evaluate your highest degree, which is your Masters. Marula: Is a Bachelors degree evaluation by WES required if you have a Masters degree, like can you evaluate only the Masters? Is this acceptable? |
