I've seen this on a different forum. One semester was evaluated successfully. Do your due diligence though, tweet CIC and ask.

On Ircc they ask for 1year in their upload do you know anyone that has used 1semester and has gotten ppr.we are really scared of rejection.

Doesn't hurt at all. I did it to mine and HR approved it.

Any supervisory duties you performed? The closest seems to be 6211, Retail sales supervisors. Can you reword your JD to fit that?

You sure can. Gaps do not matter as long as the job was in a valid NOC (O,A,B) and Paid.

For NOC 'O-0213' - I've got 14 months experience (February 2018 - Till Date)

Considering the fact that the cumulative years of experience exist in different NOC and there is a two years gap, Can I claim points for "3 Years or More' ?

The credentials do not have to be in any specific other. You should be fine.

Lighten up I was only smiling at the repetition (in Canada vs out of Nigeria). Nothing serious bro. Another one I've used is Transferwise. The only down side is that it is not instant. They have very good rates though. If you can wait a day or so to receive the money then you will probably get a better deal.

But in Egypt, we have some Nigerians doing instant money transfer. You give them dollars and they transfer the equivalent in naira to your account. I don't know if you have them too in Canada. The person doesn't want to use western union because the money is little.

You can use multiple NOCs under one condition... your primary NOC should have been for one year continuous.

Yes you can access another with WES. You are free to use as many bodies as your pocket can handle

This is tricky. I dont know if this should addressed in LOE as claiming or not claiming sibling points is optional. Mentioning it in LOE might also open up a can of worms, for the applicant and the sibling who is now a citizen.
The bone of contention is declaring this sibling in the application. Ifeoma's answer seems to sum this up perfectly.

My sibling is a Canadian Citizen and we don't get along in anyway humanely possible, because of this I did not declare him in our EE profile and he did same too before he became Canadian Citizen by not declaring me as sibling too, but went ahead to declare my other siblings. Now I want to understand would there be a misrepresentation for not declaring him in our EE profile as we have received ITA in the last draw without claiming sibling points. (My wife is the primary applicant) and I am non-accompanying spouse for now owing to a big project I am handling. Family of 4. All other documents are ready for submission and wait for upfront medical.
