Your score will only increase if you are SINGLE and not spouse accompanying. Try and input single and see what score you'll get.

Yes. Use LWRS 8777 for IELTS when calculating. (LWRS =Listening, Writing, Reading, Speaking)

Register and write IELTS as the evaluation goes on
Your wife may or may not have to write IELTS and do her ECA. This all depends on your score.

You don't have to work in the field you studied in. Please calculate your CRS score as you might need another certificate or TEF to boost your score.
You are on the right path, just simulate your score and come back here with an update.

If you NEED points from his ECA then do it. If you have "enough" points without it, then don't do it.

No it shouldn't affect your application. Women taking their husband's surname is a choice not the law.
You can submit the documents, affidavit etc that you have to show you're the same person

Hi guys. Please I renewed the passport (that still bears my maiden name) last year instead of it carrying my changed name.

Reason: I was told I will have to go to Abuja and it would take a while to get and it cost 53k, I didn’t have such money as at then and WES was requesting for int’l passport and credentials at that time.

My question is, my kids’ birthday certificate carries my husband’s surname, even though I have documents to prove change of name, will this reside a flag for our EE application?

The spouse does medicals wherever they are. For police reports, you get one for every country you've spent at least 6 months in.

Do you have another experience you are adding this to? Remember you should have worked at least a year in ONE of your experiences.

Anyway, IRCC wants to see a list of your job description. That part is very important if you are claiming points for this experience. Otherwise you have to explain in LOE why you don't have your documents in the correct format.

I can not get a letter from my organization because i haven't stayed up to a year. I also do not want to meet my supervisor.

What docx can i have for evidence. Is employment letter, confirmation letter, pay slips and ID enough and the policy signed by the MD saying that staff under a year can't get the letter.

Your previous application is NOT a stumbling block. There are countless PPRs that have been issued to those who have had previous denials. Please start your journey, read Page 1 and don't hesitate to ask questions on here.
Your masters degree is an advantage, you get more points. Please use the CRS Tool to simulate your score.
