Earlier today,political analyst and activist, Segalinks, revealed the names behind the protest against Atiku in USA.

According to him,Zaynab Ikaz-Kassim and Aisha Alubankudi organised the protest.Aisha Alubankudi took to social media to deny the accusation. Below is what she wrote....

'SubhanAllah, this was sent to me. Why my name all the time. Whoever is doing this should pls pardon me for whatever offence I may have committed. I'd never ever been paid for campaign in my life which I still maintain since 2015. I haven't even been that active on this 2019 campaign and it is because I dont want to go through hell again and this campaign is full of frivolities. It is petty of whosoever that paid people to disrupt the meeting, shame on those who sold their souls. No single person will ever come out and say I had said a negative word against BABA Atiku. A student identified as Peter Okafor, ND course representative,Civil Engineering Federal Polytechnic Oko has been shot dead by unknown suspected to be cultists in Anambra.The deceased who is from Nkpor was chased into the bush by gunmen who shot him dead in Umusiome.Before his death,he asked his friend to get his clearance form for him.He was meant to be in school for the collection before his death

Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai was at the Sultan Bello Mosque, for the funeral prayer for AVM Ali Ahmad Rufai (Rtd), the late elder brother of the Governor.

AVM Rufai, who died in the early hours of Saturday in Abuja, was born on 10th November 1948 in Zaria, Kaduna State.

He is survived by his wife, Hajiya Safiya Rufai, six children, brothers and sisters. His surviving siblings include Malam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai and Alhaji Bashir Ahmad El-Rufai.

The elder brother of Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, AVM Ali Ahmad Rufai (Rtd) is dead.

AVM Rufai, who died in the early hours of Saturday in Abuja,was born on 10th November 1948 in Zaria, Kaduna State.

He was commissioned as an officer in 1972, and retired in 2002 at the rank of Air Vice Marshall after a meritorious military career. He held different positions and commanded various formations while in service and attended several courses in Nigeria and abroad.

He is survived by his wife, Hajiya Safiya Rufai, six children, brothers and sisters. His surviving siblings include Malam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai and Alhaji Bashir Ahmad El-Rufai.

The janaiza will take place at the Sultan Bello Mosque, Ungwan Sarki, Kaduna by 4pm today (Saturday) 19th January 2019.

Ever Heard Of 51-year-old Japanese, Kazuyoshi Miura who signed a new deal with Yokohama FC. It will be his 34th season as a pro.

Brief profile

Miura, who broke Stanley Matthews' record as the oldest professional to score a goal in 2017, retired from international football 18 years ago with 89 caps and 55 goals for Japan.

The veteran forward started his career with Santos and spent several years in Brazil before returning to his homeland in 1990 and seeing off the likes of Gary Lineker and Zico to be named MVP in the inaugural J.League season three years later, and is the only player still active from the first season of the J League. 

Miura was also named Asian Player of the Year in 1993 but was controversially left out of Japan's 1998 World Cup squad, despite scoring 14 goals as the country qualified for the first time.

This season will mark his 34th year as a professional player, but the legendary striker has no plans to slow down. 

Miura turns 52 in February – you wouldn't put it past him to set a new record for the oldest professional to score a goal at some point in 2019.
