Thanks a lot, you are right on the difficulty in pgd/pgc in real estate as i stayed all night checking, now i am trying to research suitable similar course to apply to in a low tution or university.

Any suggestions? also please does anyone know the standard required documents for schools like Seneca, humber, continential and the likes

In addition i am in the process of attaining a Project management certification to add to my qualification. i have written no standardized test nor English test. but i am willing to if necessary although i rather not.

i am afraid with the little research i have carried out, i have limited chances with my low cgpa.

my questions are ?
1. should i be applying for a masters,pgd or diploma considering my cgpa?
2.what do i need to increase my chances of admission?
3. What schools should i be targeting ? Community schools or universities?

The school that gave me admission just told me that my program has been suspended due to program reduction and I have already started processing my study visa with the acceptance letter. I was told that I can transfer my program with no charges or they could refund me my deposit and application fee. Please what should I do. Should I withdraw my visa application from Canada then after I get transfer to another program then reapply. I submitted my application last week. Please it urgent. I need your sincere advice. I submitted my Canada study visa application last week Wednesday

The problem is on my “Application made outside of Canada form” I ticked that I haven’t being refuse a visa before but I was 2018 at the US embassy. I hope this won’t affect my chances of getting the visa or the VO won’t find it it as an act of violating the rule? It was an unintentional mistake

All other documents are sent by my dad twin brother from the US(a citizen).
