Odkosh:Kettykin comes to mind. He kept on hammering about Igbo owned this, Igbo owned that in Lagos, and continually campaigned to his fellow Igbos to leave Lagos with their investments and relocate to the East and Abuja, so that Lagos will crumble and suffer, when Igbo taxes are no longer being paid to Lagos State. Alas, on the thread celebrating Yoruba achievements and establishments in Yorubaland, when he could no longer stomach the sheer vastness of Yoruba indigenous industry and domination of the real estate sector, he finally admitted that he was a tenant in Lagos who was paying N1.5m per annum to his Yoruba landlord, whom he still called lazy and undeserving. The very same hypocrite was unwilling to liquidate and relocate his economic survival to the SouthEast as he had been selfishly clamouring for his brothers to return to the same region they had fled as economic refugees. Till today, he remains in Lagos doing the bidding of Lagos, even if he does not like it, he cannot help but stay put for his own economic survival. |
Rumors have it that Innoson and orange drugs have purchased half of Vitoria and banana islands. This obsession with Lagos and the associated delusional self worth, is the greatest defeat that could have been inflicted on a proud people. Is this not the same Innoson whose ethnic supporters claim he is being attacked by a Yoruba bank because he doesn't want to set up his factory in Lagos, yet he has bought half of Victoria Island because land has finished in Nnewi? So because the owner of orange drugs recently built a new house in Lagos, no different from other rich men who already own such type of mansions, he has suddenly bought half of VI and Banana Island? What then do we say about the likes of Sir Olu Okeowo whose mansion, Palacio de Okeowo, is a landmark in Lagos, and is actually a real estate player who can be factually claimed to be truly buying up prime land in Lagos and even creating new land as he did with his palace? Inferiority complex has eaten deep into the mindset of the Igbos who continually feel the need to compete with Yorubas as a true measure of their success. The psychological devastation of the Igbos owing to the civil war, still needs to be investigated for proper rehabilitation of the suffering patients. |
Ziggylady: Ziggylady:A talkative just exposed the propaganda behind all that she typed earlier. Continue exposing yourselves and your grand schemes. I wonder the depression and misery your type will have to cope with if Buhari wins reelection despite all you scheming and psychological warfare. |
PresidentAtiku:Did you watch the video to confirm that it was not the typical propaganda that the opposition have as their alternative policy to develop Nigeria? Shame on you and those who peddle falsehoods. |
Hatred has taken a grip of the supposedly educated Nigerians. Deliberate misinformation is now the new proof of model citizenship. Seun and the moderators are a disgrace. |
If I may ask, what has stopped Buhari from fighting everyday corruption that pervades the society like a cancer? Did Aremu Afolayan have to wail helplessly with frustration on social media before the extortion and corruption that takes place in the airports is temporarily stopped? Must we wait for foreign journalists to cry out about brazen corruption at our international airports before a sleeping government could act responsibly? Must there be an embarrassment of the government before it realises that it has the power to effect the same change it has been touting without putting any useful effort into it? Why are the ministers, director generals, permanent secretaries that are just noise makers as suspected by Buhari, not ensuring that this anti-corruption fight is fought to a standstill within their own staff and their offices? Or do they think it is only EFCC that should fight corruption? Why did Buhari have to be bedridden in the UK, before Osinbajo seized that opportunity as Acting President, to end the menace called SARS? Was the police IG too stupid to seize the initiative and take action, or to arrogant to admit something was wrong with the menace that SARS had become? Were the officers at the presidency to unconcerned because it does not affect them, or they did not care that the voting public have any claim to their human rights? Buhari is too slow and not mentally alert to his responsibilities. Atiku and PDP are already known for 16 years of failure and theft. We know they are only hungry and want to return to a vantage position to quench their insatiable hunger like lotus eaters. Why are we still talking about failures when we have the likes of Oby Ezekwesili, Sowore, Moghalu, Hashim etc? Why have we vehemently refused to accept that we deserve better, and that a failure of 4yrs should not be replaced by an unrepentant failure of 16yrs? Except of course, we do not care about any progress or development for the country, but only care that those stealing now do not belong to our own camp of thieves, so we must empower our own camp to do the thievery? If that is the case, how much would Jim Nwobodo have to steal to truly merit a jail term? We are our own problem, and the world should seal us within our boundary and let us suffer as a failed nation because we deserve sorrow and anguish, only such would help us to learn and grow. Rather, the BMC should be putting the useless men at the presidency on their toes as they have failed both their principal and the people of Nigeria. They should be demanding the sacking and prosecution of those who have been indicted of corrupt practices within this current administration. They should be visiting government establishments to report the criminal activities that are still ongoing there. The diaspora APC should be highlighting the corruption, indiscipline and lack of professionalism at the Nigerian embassies around the world. Let the party and President know that nothing has changed in the public service as regards corruption. This is not the best that could be achieved in 4yrs, as change is not only about capital intensive infrastructures. |
Soon they will later apologize that they were deceived to believe a freezing that neither EFCC nor the supposed victim did not acknowledge, just like the Davido's and Adeleke's account freeze propaganda that still did not win the Osun election for PDP. |
Dele Momodu should hurry up and acquire his PDP membership card. |
FarahAideed:So Atiku was a pauper before Intels which you suggest is his only business? Or you do not understand the suffix "es" as a plural? |
curfew:You only ended up showing that both pictures have the same palm lines. So what exactly is your confusion? |
Let Atiku show us the loans he took to finance his businesses at inception when he retired from the corruption endemic Customs Service. |
Ouch! |
lexy2014:Who did he steal it from? Did Aisha Buhari tell you anyone stole N2.5b that belonged to her? A security aide defrauded people of that amount, how does the said amount then belong to Aisha Buhari who did not lose any money? |
KanwuliaExtra:Obama responded at the time that suited and pleased him. He did not even care to know what was being said about his birth while he campaigned, and waited till 2010 before he finally released his birth certificate. And many who belonged to the birther conspiracy still did not believe. You can never please one who is determined to be ignorant. |
It's a tale and propaganda for fools. |
highqueen:Why not caution your brother and leave Yorubas out of your typical hate propagation. |
We stand with Leon Balogun. Leon Balogun can afford food, clothing and accommodation on a weekly basis, a bleaching cream is only a weekly need for the likes of Dencia who want to become like Leon at all cost. Also, Mrs Balogun does not need to look like a fabricated item like Dencia, to be happy and confident with her life. All were born real, but some like Dencia opted to become fake. |
Donmedrac:A shameless tribe with no identity, begging to be liked. |
The Christian fornicating junkie has once again reminded us of his existence. |
As goat stand, na so dem dey price am. |
Damdeyz:Seplat kor, Slippers ni! |
If Christianity is not tolerated in core Muslim countries, it is only right and just that Islam suffers same fate in core Christian countries. Never accept a multiculturalism that destroys the uniqueness of your independent society. Theo van Gogh rode on his bike to work in Netherlands, forgetting that his Dutch country is now unsafe and lacking in freedom of speech by the mere presence of Muslim Arabs. He was killed and almost beheaded by a Moroccan Dutch, who was executing the Fatwa passed on his life by a Muslim cleric many miles away, because he produced a movie about the struggles of women in Islam. |
Ziggylady:You seem so offended that I called you out in your typical attempt to pollute a thread that was in no way tribal, with your bigotry that you cannot keep in check. Is it so difficult for you to read a topic that is just general news and not find a way to vomit the left-over of the bigotry you did not release on deserving threads like this one? You are the typical hypocrite I know you to be, overlooking the bigotry behind the false tribal identity of your fellow clansmen who opened a thread just to malign the Yorubas, only to be angry that I unraveled the true identity of the bigot, and the historical mass stupidity that you know as bravery in your enclave. As I will always admit, I will never shy away from whipping your like to order whenever such threads are opened for your delight, with the historical truth that sets you raving mad with anger and agony as you exit a thread you hitherto thought will please your hateful soul. |
gidgiddy:Ziggylady, this is the bravery I already mentioned. A bravery that Azikiwe and your ancestors encumbered you with like a yoke. May I never have to stand up with a battered backbone and agony, for a matter that foresight could have resolved diplomatically. I repeat again, it is only just that those who forged an inseparable nation they thought they would dominate, be at the vanguard of its separation after losing out in the ensuing power struggle. |
Ziggylady:I reckon a miserable Igbo like you opened the thread with a false tribal identity to show love to Yorubas? Yes there is nothing tribal about historical facts of who shamelessly insisted that Nigeria must not be divisible, only to later suffer the consequences and lament that others are not stupid misguided as bravery? I am unlike you who manages to pollute every rational thread with tribal comments that are not in anyway related to the topics you vent your misery. |
Yoighaman:How did STB acquire UBA, then UBA retained its name while the STB name perished? Is it because Tony Elumelu was chosen as the CEO after the merger? Do you know the financial distance between a giant UBA and a Lilliput STB? |
Nose job done by Cuppy? |
Are you talking of Peter Obi, the master of relocation who was wailing helplessly to Jonathan when same thing he practised was done to his state government? |
Edodefender:An Igbo man couldn't keep his false ethnic cover. |
highqueen:Since your ancestors fought tooth and nail to ensure Nigeria would have no secession clause or for any separation without a war, it is only just that their offspring bear the brunt to achieve a separation that was forbidden. |
Ziggylady:You mean a tax paying Lagosian should be "deported"? Did Lagos ever "deport" any tax paying Lagosian to their state of origin in SouthWest, North or South East? Did Anambra ever "deport" any tax paying Akwa-Ibomite or Ebonyian? I already told you your sickness. You are a wretched miserable soul, always polluting threads with your bigotry. |
Ziggylady:It just had to be you. You are a very tribalistic and wretched soul. |
