Something is fraudulent or it's not really adding up here. We want to know how can govt generate #11.09trn and allowed some govt owned enterprises retain #2.42trn, that's almost 22%(one fifth) of our projected earning. Which sane country does that? This the reason why civil service is in need of surgical and drastic reduction of it's overbloated and mostly redundant work force and fixed assets which is causing the govt humongous amount of money annually.
Every single MDAs want to have their own so-called "befitting edifice" thereby digging a bottomless hole in our recurrent expenditure.

The civil service or govt owned enterprises should be places where the best brains are hired, populated by lean but effective manpower and not a resting place for degenerates or persons with low workplace performance quotient.
It's smacks of rudderless operational vision, that a country will be runned like Nigeria where year-in-year-out the recurrent expenditure will be higher than the capital expenditure and at most cases, it's more than twice of that amount. How can such country ever think of developing at this sordid an abysmal trajectory?

In conclusion, the best this APC govt can do is to revert every indices Nigeria were at to pre-2015 era. By then, we would have known that they have done well because it's obvious they can't correct what they single-handedly plundered into failing.
