What happens to the knowledge acquired from their teaching in government schools for these two years after the expiration of the programme? Is it for them to go back to the private schools to start earning 20k? Nobody wants to go back to his or her vomits, hence you don't blame the Op for this request.. Our schools lack teachers and that is the truth, so it isn't a bad idea if dedicated ones amongst them are given a permanent status as a teacher. Everybody cannot open schools after this two years, hence the need for government to look into their requests. It is just an appeal and the oncoming ones should not be afraid, cos before the expiration of their two years programme, so many teachers would have retired nation wide,there by giving them rooms to make their own request too.
