The argument is not about Nigeria vs American life expectancy. They are several factors affecting the life expectancy of Nigerians. Generally, junk food is not good for your health.

In Nigeria I can also get a decent meal for cheap and QUICKLY instead of McDonald’s etc that like you said, aren’t as marketed in Nigeria as abroad.

You're right. I think you're like me that carefully selects food. I actually spend much on food because I opt for African food which is more expensive than the processed food which is not good for your health.

10 M NGN can pretty much get you to any country of your choice. The market has always been risky, you have to decide what you want. If you want to travel fine, if you want to invest fine.
