Hahahaha look at this challattan saying Igbos still dey fear north when Igbos are the one giving north heartbreak, some of you out of hatred on Igbos don't get sense, since 1960s it only the igbos and other Southerners that cough and the north will hide, it is a known fact that the north uses the Yorubas as their leyway to get power in Nigeria, the have already been benched until as usual Yoruba Tinubu came to their aid but like my people says Afo Asato Abughi Ndu Ebigebi, meaning Eight Year Is Not Forever, Buhari and his Junta have only Eight Years to play their hatred against the igbos, by 2023 we will know if Nigeria will continue to be one nation, with the clamouring of Igbo man president by some prominent Nigerians will tell some people that there is something they are seeing, Junaid Muhammad knows the fact that is why like most of them are premting the Igbo man to get his reaction , mark my words by 2023 Nigeria will beg Igbos with presidency but the Igbo man will refuse it That's the spirit, igbo presidency not negotiable There must be equity if Nigeria must remain one |

Politics › Re: Budget: National Assembly Sets November 28 Target For Passage by surgical: 3:15pm On Oct 09, 2019 |
PoliticalWitch: Issues from this budget
1.Very very little for capital expenditure....a lot for recurrent. That means our civil service AND national assembly is bloated. The truth is, reducing either would lead to strikes, labour unrest, poltical unrest.
2.And the fact is, subsides, especially on power and petrol , are chopping a lot of the money
3.A good thing is that we now know VAT is going on educaiton, health and so on.
4.Bad thing...obvious that government is not too sure IF they can raise the money. Rasing the money for the last budget has proven to be problematic.
5.Oil was at $58 per barrel today. Our breakeven price is $140 per barrel. Meaning...we are losing $80 per barrel....so we are going to keep on borrowing and raisng taxes. Meanwhile, this might force some diversificaiton. (Sadly, I don't see the government enforcing diversificaiton in the economy. ).
6. What needs to be done then?
a) REMOVE FUEL SUBSIDIES. LET MARKETERS CHARGE THE PRICES THEY WANT . Yes, oil would shoot up to N300 and above per liter...but in return, we would get more refinereis, more infrastructure, and more revenue and jobs within the next 10 years. We would also have savings up to N2 trillion per annum.
b) CUT THE SIZE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY . Italy is doing it. Why can't we.?
c) CUT JOBS IN THE CIVIL SERVICE. At the moment, it is bloated, and congested. And sucking money
d) Raise taxes. Toll gates for government roads . VAT
e) Really fight corruption. you are working for the government, you guys don't need our permission to inflict more pains on us,cause that is what you do best, all problem have expiry date, this period is a passing phase,we will one day have a government that knows it's job , you guys will now see that government is not about inflicting pain on the masses Even if the masses are to make sacrifices,it will be to a competent and sincere government who will deliver on its promises The one that will not make the masses pay subsidy for it gross incompetence |
Politics › Re: Why Junaid Mohammed Is Going Mental So Fast by surgical: 12:34pm On Oct 09, 2019 |
I think the Igbos should not give in to any intimidation, they should return fire for fire, without any apologies,no Nigerian is more Nigerian than the others, the sad part is that it's the immigrants from other African countries, who have become so comfortable in Nigeria, that are now trying to dictate and Lord it over others That was how one was so desperate the other time, that he was shouting blood of dog and baboons, he has been given the power now , but he is confused doesn't know what to do with, all economic indices are in the negative, with pervasive hunger and suffering across the land What is the use of power when you don't hold it to serve humanity, just personal aggrandizement It is the turn of South East,it is not negotiable, except the east mumu,if everything want scatter make it scatter. But the Igbos must make strong claim before we from other side can support. I am saying this because I believe in equity and there can be no peace, where injustice reign supreme |

2nd point is that, many of the Igbos in APC have been termed anti igbo, so who knows if they field them, they will get support.
3rd point is, pre 2019 election, igbos have been told to support Apc Buh they didn't. there contributions are not up to par, Apc got little votes in SE.
