The roof style on Second building, is much better for Solar Panel installation than what's used on the first building.

In other words, Solar Panels works better on Flat Roofs than on Gabble roofs

No. Government is subsidizing power for Nigerians coz una no go wan pay the real cost of having stable power. Just like it was doing subsidizing fuel, government is also subsidizing power. That subsidy must go for us to enjoy stable electricity.
