What's the essence of marriage in his current financial state if by all indicators it will only lead him to surviving? Lol. My brother. I've just realized that different people have different expectations in life. Some are content and happy with "managing" "surviving" and are happy to suffer and smile. It's their choice and ain't nothing we can do about it. It's the innocent children I pity |

rolams: So u mean, u most achieve all ur desires before u get married? It is impossible bro. When u get married, u believe u have responsibilities and this gives u d opportunity to think more. I earn 76k after tax when I got married, no extra job, no biz. Lots of responsibilities as d only son in d family of five. But after marriage, my God is always @work. Now av my biz, yet still working. Not all your heart desires but the important ones. You don't need to be rich but just be comfy enough to be able to send you kids to a good school and not all those "A for apple B for ball" schools where the teachers can hardly even read their own certificates! |

Truckpusher: If you want to make your kids pass through what you passed through and ended up earning 50k per month then get married bro. Marriage isn't a limited stock in the market , I still can't figure out why a young man in his 30s will wife a girl and birth children he is fully aware that he can't cater for with his income . My dear! I don't just understand Nigerians and this marriage mentality. Some are even saying that marriage brings success, meaning that no matter your income God will sha provide. Like he's providing for all those naked children roaming around slums who are suffering as a a result of underpaid parents? Just look at this one here! rolams: Yes u can. Bro, when u marry, ur creator will always provide for u what both of you will eat. When you multiply, the blessing continues like that. Remember our parent usually tell us they don't have money when it comes to some responsibility, when discussing with friends or relatives even they use to tell us there is no money but we eat at home and able to me up some responsibilities. But there is a miracle I av noticed, when the children departs and rent their apartments, our parents complaints still remains no money. This shows that God provides for the family based on d number of people in dat family. Go bro, God is with you. You will never regret. My own income was not up to that when I got married. Smh Why won't we have half baked and unemployable graduates here and there when so many can't afford quality education? Do people think about these things before getting married? Na real wa! |

Marry if you feel so strongly about it. But please don't do it because of any so-called societal obligation. Make sure you and your wife are prudent and resourceful.

That's a lecture for another day. The guy was only playing on some gullible folks abeg. Let me tell you, most well-connected businessmen already know when dollar is going to fall and rise. When dollar hit N400 I told myself to quickly go and buy as much dollars as I can but bobo advised me against it. Wallahi on Saturday he told me the naira was going to rise next week. I took his advise obediently like I always do although I really didn't believe him. But look now! eyeview: Did anyone notice that no mention was made of his kids voting talkless of campaigning, yet they will deploy other people's kids to campaign and rig for them. During the last election,we also saw the video of GEJ and Buhari vote in their respectively in their villages with their wives, nobody noticed that like Mark, their kids did not even vote. They probably don't even have voters cards. But the moment Buhari won,his son flew back from abroad to join the dad on trips. The daughter surfaced and became a vocal celebrity. ..I just wish the Nigerian youths will be more observant,it will save them the stress of risking their lives for this people Maybe not his son but Zahra campaigned for her dad. Don't you remember APC campaigners using her beauty to campaign? I remember all the drama that followed and how it nearly blew up in Buhari's face. She had to close her Twitter account. She campaigned for him through Twitter. |

How can you compare the population of Tiv and Ijaw? Ijaw that is present in Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Delta and Ondo states? The reason behind this argument(non argument really) is because Ijaws have been balkanised by the Nigeria State into different states(some states as minorities). This is why we are agitating for Toru Ibe and Oil Rivers states. Ijaws deserve 3 exclusive Ijaws states to tell its status.
In fact, it shall not be well with the British Barcanista! Barcanista!! Tonyebarcanista!!! How many times did I call you? There are no Ijaws in Akwa-Ibom. M'o kop? |

OKKO: Zombie Detected!!!
A budget is a govt.'s working document, it should honestly kick start by January. It should be submitted since August last year, that's why hand over is as early as May. He took several months just to pick his cabinet...may be he needed another SIX months to study and submit his budget.
When someone is a dullar*d it means he is both mentally and physical slow. Truth be told PMB is both slow and unintelligent the only thing he gets going is his "hypocritic" integrity (body language).
Even during implementation blame game and seasons will still surface. #civil servants too has enter the list of people to blame. It should. But Buhari is not ready to present his. Now let me ask you something; What have all the previous budgets presented in January done for your life as a person. Mention just two things. Let's also consider what and how the previous govt harnessed the highest oil price era ever. I'm waiting..... |

Was t those proposals not reported to various ministers who then gave their final endorsement?
Didn't the minister of finance went through the budget before giving her final endorsement?
Didn't bubu went through the budget before sending it to the senate for confirmation?
This government is just shameless!
Tufiakwa You may not realize it but sometimes, these people are too busy to go through certain things. Personally I believe Buhari is NOT ready to present our budget yet. I believe he's still trying to study/work on some things before concluding. He's a very detailed man and likes to be absolutely sure of what he's doing. That budget was prepared in a hurry because of complainers like you that will wail about the unavailability of the budget. |

Most private institutions don't give you leave in your first year of employment. Some federal institutions also don't give you leave in your first year (at least I know of Teaching Hospitals as pertains to Resident Doctors) For all his junketting, Mr President hasn't done much in the way of the economy. How many Federal Executive Meetings have been convened, how many council of state meetings, how many projects has he or his ministers commissioned or inaugurated!?
