lamidex2: This story looks fake. For him to run away means he never loved you from day one.Exactly the point she's trying to make. He loved her source of income, not her. Get it? |
fredola_77: @op..... In the end na who loose? Mtheeeeeew!!!So in your own mind, it was the OP that lost because that guy is the only guy left the whole world ba? |
GboyegaD: The guy doesn't worth her a dime and forget the clock thing as the right guy would come at the right time. You are one of those who lead ladies into worse situations in the name of proffering good advice. He is just a sham and nothing more imagine, dating a lady because of what he wants to benefit. The recent breed of lazy guys these days is becoming more annoying and it is time our ladies watched more closely.Thank you! pls help us explain this to your fellow men |
op I wish i could give you a high five now! My dear sisters, those of us who have good jobs, businesses, or steady source of cash, especially if you are above 30 years and getting desperate, please, I take God beg you, if the guy is not on the same level with you or higher, shine your eye! There are too many male gold diggers prowling about the whole place, looking for "working class ladies" when in actual fact, they are just looking for someone to do their God-given job of being the main providers! Be careful! Don't get too mushy when a broke guy kisses your feet. If he is not an independent man who has a strong drive in him to succeed, forget him. Trust me! MAKE SURE HE IS THE KIND OF GUY THAT DOES NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE TAKING THINGS FROM A WOMAN. SOMEONE THAT HAS A HEALTHY DOSE OF MALE PRIDE IN HIM. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE WORD 'HEALTHY' HERE. IT MEANS THE PRIDE SHOULD NOT BE TOO MUCH OR TOO LITTLE |
Delafruita: reading yyour post brought tears to my eyes.tears of anguish at the level of brainwash our supposed future leaders.tears of anger at the dilapidated educational system that churns out individuals with IQ as low as yours.tears of sorrow at the state of our nation with people like you among the voting class.tears of anguish at the level of pain my children will suffer if nothing is done to root out people like you and the people you have a spot for.tears of regret at the failed revolution of january.tears of frustration at the lenght of time remaining till the net election.tears of anticipated failure to wrest power from the vipers in control because of the presence of myopic i.diots like you.emmmmmm I think u were meant to quote gboss4sure and not uncleb |
dedeike: We have developed a penchant in this country not to see anything good in govt's actions. Personally, i was surprised that govt wants to set up another committee to re probe what another committtee had probed. But when I read thru the topic, I could not help but agree with the FG that a review committtee was necessary. The essence of probes is to unveil truth not witchunting. Where several people have expressed reservations over the outcome of a probe. The most reasonable thing to do is to offer them another opportunity for a review. It accords with the basic principles of natural justice. That is why litigations in courts do not stop at the trial court. There is always room for appeal. Even in quasi judicial processes like a school disciplinary committees or even football FA's. Decisions are subject to review upon appeal. What has happened in this case is that Govt had set up a committtee headed by AIG IMOUKHEDE of ACCESS BANK to investigate the sector. Upon the submission of the report, President GEJ reiterated his resolve to prosecute all those indicted. This led to an array of protests from those indicted and others who hitherto did not take the comittee seriously. What should a responsible govt do? Shut its doors against such complaints? Or proceed to implementation without reviewing a report allegedly signed by one man? It takes a Hitler president not to give due considerations to the arising appeals. More especially, when the FG wants to take drastic actions against those indicted. Contrary to insinuations portrayed on this forum, I think it's a measure of the President's seriousness to enforce the report that he set out for a review. If he doesn't want to enforce the report, he would have simply given a fine speech commending the committee members for a job well done and consign the report to the dustbin of failed reports. We won't get to be discussing about it by now and it will gradually fade from our consciousness. But this is not so. Judging from the composition of the committee alone, you will acknowledge that the president is serious. The calibre of people there are not people who will sneak to a marketers house at night to do cap banking. I wonder how much you will cough out to bribe the chairman-AIG IMOUKEHEDE OF ACCESS Bank who swims in billions. The membership is all inclusive as every field is represented. It's a far cry from the House probe involving only politicians. They have a mandate to submit the report in less than 2 weeks. So why this noise? The same AIG chaired the last committee. |
ebamma: first thing first,if he is really interested in prosecuting the subsidy thieves,i will like to see farouk lawan sharing cell space with otedola in kirikiri prisons.Thank you o! At least they should be made to refund ALL they have stolen. and I mean ALL |
I am beginning to believe the person that said that each time oga Jonah sets up a committee for something, just know that it his own way of say "I have washed my hands of this issue!" and diverting attention and criticsm from himself to the committee. Let us sha wait and see how far this particular committtee will go and what oga will do about their reports, whether he will use it to prosecute the guilty parties or whether he will use it to set up another committee to look into the report of the present committee |
brabus: There's improvement in my area (Sagamu). We now have light at least 10 hours a day although my bill has also increased. I now settle the PHCN boys N300 per month. I no mind sha.I beg, stop giving them ideas o! We are happy with N3000. If it jumps to N5000, then we might as well be buying fuel for generator cos there wont be much difference |
![]() Ishilove: Olodo rabata meeeeeeeeeeeeeem! I used to sing this with so much excitement esp if the person was someone I didnt like (a bully) thank God they never sang it to me |
donigspain: Sweet Memories:You must have been a troublesome, little genius! |
masterpiecer: the one i love d most was the song at the end of the semenster:Holiday is coming 2x no more morning bells, no more teacher's whips, goodbye teachers, goodbye scholars, I am going to spend my jolly holiday 2x |

jamp: [size=14pt]Lets wait till dry season when the water level will be low. power is usually steady dis period. most gas plants are not working so PHCN depend mostly on hydro energy.Yeah you are right! power is always is always better when the water lever is higher. Let's wait till the end of the year |
I must say that there has been some improvement such that I haven't had need to switch on my generator for 5 straight days! But let's not get too excited yet because in areas like mine, we have good and bad days. there are days when it seems like PHCN thinks there's a VIP lodging somewhere in our area and there are also days when it seems like we are not on their list! Let me wait till the end of the year to give my assesment |
IZUKWU: yeah for the first one ? I wanted her so bad ,that i wasn't seeing clear and kongi was holding me bad ,so i played along till i couldn't again. For this one now,i refused to pay even from day one. And i have fallen in love with her . She works ,she is self employed ,she is a tailor with people working for her and i have talked and talked and am being told that am stingy and proven to be too wise. Am begining to do what i swore never to do ,all in the name of love. Listening to mbj and some other guys here talk have affected how i look at my r/ships and handle them and after this thread ,definitely some things are going to change.. |

Me and maths must not be in the same town together! |
Let the blame game begin! ![]() |
Ameeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen! This is more like a prayer than a joke so it should be moved to religious section for it to have more meaning and less bashing |
wow! this thread shows the kind of life Nigerians are now living. We have become prisoners of fear. sleeping with one eye open and expecting any bad news an minute. The poster's prayer would have been more appreciated ten years ago when fear was not yet our middle name. What a pity that Nigerians have been reduced to nervous wrecks! The poster really didn't mean any harm so lighten up guys! :Dwow! |
maasoap: What kind of humility can you find in a man who doesn't give a damn about what 160million Nigerians think? It is about what he wants from the King. Election is near and they need favour from the Oba, you know some kind of influence. What did you think made him go there in the first place? Can he destroy Benin? No! But can only removed the Oba through some kind of politics and manipulation, but his damaged image and declining popularity will become worse. Please help me educate them |
For those saying that this is humility, what will you call saying him saying on live T.V that he "doesnt give a damn" about declaring assets and that he only did it as vice president cos Yar'Adua did it? Does that sound like something a humble man would say even if he doesn't want to declare his assets?? GEJ waiting to see the monach is plain politics! these days politicians can not do much without the blessings of the ruling monach of that area. hence his waiting to see him. PERIOD! Nigerians have not yet learned their lesson. still allowing sentiments rule them! What a pity! |
osifred: i have noticed u on nairaland. your post are all skewed towards anytin gej. now i concur with el rufai abt 30 laptops in abuja (paid agent)lets not also forget that the President has the power to ask those in charge not to post southern corpers there! |
What a brilliant post! not even the most die-hard GEJ sycophant can argue this (I can see billyonaire has been disgracing himself sheepishly trying to cover up for his blunder) |
uti-mayor:Abi o! even if he has a womb, it can never get fertilizeed through thru the anus. NEVER! These gays ehn..... even when you try to love and accept them as they are, they just keep making it more difficult to do so cos of craps like this |
sheyguy: NUC goes to every private uni atleast once a year plus there are external exerminers from public schools, it is a standard practice, i am surprised some one doesn't know this yet.How will they know when they themselves need to have their own degrees cross-checked?! Look at how some of them are busy throwing grammatical bombs everywhere! Mtcheeeeeew! |
klairekk: oooohhhhh!!!!!!!So u can buy 1st class bt it i nt easyWhat I mean is that its not easy to even get them to agree to sell 1st class to you. If it was, believe me, about half of them will have 1st class, trust me |
Ortis: hey hey hey did i hear u sai PRIVILAGED or wat....who is talkin of dat here u swin....i pay whoppin amount of cash 2 b in state uni nd pay house rent nd pay T-fee 2 go 2 skul evry mornin nd overal i learnt hw 2 read witout been told nd mak friendz nd b free.....an dis brat 4rm IUO is sayin privilage....hey kid grow up,i turnd down goin 2 skul in dat fuckin C.U ND MADONNA UNI becos i wanna grw up bt nt cos privilage......girl if u ar First class in PRIVATE UNI believe me u can compete wit a second class 4rm state or federal uniI smell jealousy all over your post! Now, how do you explain the students who sleep with lecturers for good grades in your school, or those yahoo boys who hardly come to class but end up with 2,2 or 2,1. Can you deny that some bad boys don't threaten lecturers for grades? Pls tell us! And as for your remark about private university graduates knowing nothing, tell you what, I have seen so many empty air-heads from govt universities. Examples of them are here on this forum. You can see it from their poor grammar construction. Abeg! |
For those of u saying their degrees were bought. Iv got news for u, they buy degrees more in federal and state universities! In fact, it is more rampant for students to pass courses by sorting, sleeping with. And even threatening their lecturers in govt schools so cut that crap! In Igbinedion University, students fail like crazy and their school fees is about N600K! U cannot pass in IUO without spending sleepless nights with your books or sorting your lectures (like they do in every other school)university) so keep keep quiet and stop beefing others just because they happen to be more priviledged than u are! #smh |
sheyguy: Less than a year back, UI did the same thing CU has just done and no one saw anything bad with theirs. I wonder what the offence of Cu is. Like i said earlier on, congrats to all the new eagles!Na bad belle naw! Nigerians!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
