Nigeria's problem is not just a case of personnel changes but, that of a rotten system. The actual foundation of this Union is flawed and as such, no amount of personnel changes can solve our problem.

There has been killings of Easterners living in the North in the 40s and 50s. I wonder why our founding fathers thought it wise to look over our hatred and distrust for each other to forge a single country when we could have gotten 3 countries at independence

Your founding fathers were so fixated on the prospect of dominating the potential country that will ensue hence they were willing to sacrifice a few of their kith and kins for a greater majority.

Obasanjo was not a consensus candidate rather he was the (true owners of Nigeria's) choice whilst the yorubas rallied behind Olu Falae.

Ibos did not support the yorubas in that election but as it's usual with them, they simply followed their perennial master's wish. Infact, ibos have never supported the yorubas at any time in our short history, as Nigerians.

Same way they aligned with the north as underdog-cum asslicker in the 1st republic. In the 2nd republic, after the civil war, they once again took up position beneath the fulanis.

Then came Ojukwu who, under the guise of liberating his people still deem it necessary to come to Yorubaland to "chase Northerners out of yorubaland". Na who send ojukwu? Why can't he confine his activities to his biafran nation? Why was he so desperate to save the yorubas who never solicited for his "Trojan horse" aid?

Barely 3weeks later, okafor was leading troops to go and kill his benefactor on charges of corruption!.
