If not, then surely you cant fail to see the folly of your argument since the central issue was about ex boyfriends; while on the other hand you were making comparison about ordinary male friends, who don't count - thus making your attempted justification and point, baseless.

pls scroll back to the initial post and note that the issue was about wife actively pursuing contact and re - establishing communication with ex boyfriends through Facebook/phone, and the opinions of NLders concerning such behavior; majority of which was for concern or disapproval (because it was not considered normal for a married woman).

Mrs Chima, on the other hand, not only disagreed and tried to justify her position by citing her husband as an example for allowing her have male friends (as if to say such was the norm and not the exception); she also went on to attack anybody (in fact the majority) that held a different opinion, calling them (names) insecure and paranoid - and that is just where she erred.

Of course she is entitled her opinion; but she should also learn to be less aggressive and more relevant to the point in her arguments.

On a serious note, pls don't follow Mrs Chima, that woman is truly a bad example because she has no set boundaries when it comes to moral code of behavior.

In any case, she is way past her womanly expiry date that's why the hubby is only too happy to to let her out loose to the dogs.
