spy24: I don't think we have to speak exactly like the britons
We can evolve our own language
Australian US south Africa speak their own version of English
Version of English does not mean terms which don't exist in proper english. We have created our own words or joined real English words just like the Indians do, but these other countries use real English words. For example Indians say "Prepone" as the opposite of "Postpone". Does the word exist in real English?
Born in South Africa, Partially bred in Canada and buttered in America Three citizenships and determination. The current richest man at least for now is African.
gypsey: Absolutely! Brain drain eventually all that would be left in Nigeria would be dumbos and criminals. The Canadians are smart.
It is brain drain but many who are left in Nigeria are still very smart and not dumb or criminals. We all have friends and classmates from secondary school and university who are back in Nigeria and we know that they are very smart and capable or working here successfully, but for one reason or another, still live in Nigeria and many are doing well.
One thing about Chinese, Dominican, and other race in the US do is that...
That pass a message back home about their suitation...
They are not ashamed
They use the medium to prepare the next person planning to relocate too
But as a black man or woman
We tend to hide our really identity We choose to keep one side and show one side
Because some people back home are ready to shame you..
You have a good job right?
Take a holiday break and come for visit

Make a decision
When people visit overseas from Nigeria for a brief period, most of them stay with family, relatives, in-laws or friends that they know. Their perspective of the place is usually based on what they experience - Where the person they are staying with lives, what work they do, what kind of friends they have (as they would usually go out with their host), etc. If the person is a professional with a good job & is well paid, lives in a nice area and has friends of similar status, their perspective of the place is good. Otherwise, it is not so good.
tiamiyukunle69: Search for Eversend on playstore. Get verified. Fund your wallet using your card abroad. Then send to yourself via the app into your local bank account. Their exchange rate is way better than interbank rates.
Ok, thanks for this information. I will explore it.
This is not good, especially at this time of the year. Some of us have naira accounts in Nigeria that we transfer money to and then distribute to others from that account. Anyway, Azimo is still sending in naira, albeit at a much lower rate than before.
ednut1: They have database. You cannot forge age na. In their primary and secondary schools every one in a class is the same age. So how you wan fake the age
Can't he find his way to Beijing or shanghai and take Ethiopian airlines or connect via another Chinese city and take an airline that doesn't require transit visa? There is no way that all flights from China to turkey for example first goes to the UK. They are all direct to Turkey. Some of the middle east airlines also go from China to the middle east. I think there is an element of financial difficulty impacting the flight decision as he probably wants to fly direct from the city he is in right now rather than connecting within China to take other airlines.
Why did the committee approve it? All they did was to make a political statement that they cannot enforce. Do they know how many clinics can be built and equipped around the country with that amount?
Or11: Stop chatting shit. Finland, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands and Japan requires him to learn their language. It's not advisable. I have been in a non English speaking country for four years and I never learn the language.
keystone123: Good day house, please l will like to ask if it is possible to use expired Nigeria international passport to enter Nigeria from another country as a Nigeria. This expire and cannot be renew now as a result of covid 19 lock down.
What can one expect at the point of entry in Nigeria Airport, being a Nigerian ? I will like to know so that l can get back to the person in concern.
Your honest contributions will be highly appreciated. Thank you and God bless you all.
Yes, you can if you have another foreign passport which is valid. Nigeria laws allow it on that condition. I once used it and British Airways allowed me to board and I arrived Abuja without any issues. They didn't stamp me in as they said they could not stamp an expired passport and also couldn't stamp my British passport as I did not have a Nigerian visa in it. Ensure that you get the passport renewed in Nigeria before you depart else you will have to 'settle'. I actually had a valid Nigerian passport but mistakenly took the old one to the airport but that did not make any difference.
Koranga: Bianca Ojukwu has been on an Africa adventure tour of some tourism destinations in Africa which has seen her visiting several African countries with the lifting of the lockdown occasioned by the covid pandemic . The former Ambassador of Nigeria to Spain, and Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations World Tourism Organisation took to Facebook to share some of her tourism experiences and is pictured looking very classy and stylish on her tour. Pictures Below.
It’s Namibia now. Sebi her sister is the ambassador there.
Linadinna: A UK family arrived home from holiday to find two African immigrants hiding in the roof rack of their car.
The family who went on holiday to one of the countries in Europe arrived home to find the Africans on the roof rack of their car.
The family not knowing there were two people on the roof of their car with them drove into the UK.
The immigrants in a quest to get into the UK had hid in there, throwing away all the family's belongings and hiding there.
While trying to unpack after arriving home they were shocked to see the two Africans who looked unperturbed.
The immigrants had hid in the roof rack in Calais in France. It is a well known habit for immigrants in that area to try to find their way into the UK by hiding in people's cars without them knowing.
The family shocked on seeing them started shouting. The Africans got down and made their way into the bush.
Not quite right. They did not arrive back home. They arrived in France, slept near the border and were on their way to a French city and when they arrived somewhere near there, they heard sounds coming from the roof box. The immigrants miscalculated and thought they were heading back to the uk as it was a Uk car. They threw away the car owners load in order to be able to get into the box. They were later caught by the French police.
If that is what they earn in 3 months, then they should pay tax arrears on what they have been earning since. I’m certain they have not been paying fair taxes.
It would be nice if the "Big girl" assisted and supported the guy to become a "Big boy". However, he shouldn't abandon her when this happens and they should stay true to one another.
RuudVanNisteroy: There are several legal pathways for Nigerians to obtain permanent residency in Europe,Asia,Africa,South America,Australia and North America .Here are six ways to obtain legal stay:
I was able to get my permanent residency through the student route in Canada. I graduated and had to obtain 1 year of work experience before I was able to file for permanent residence.
Living illegally in any country can make your life a living hell and you will always be looking over your shoulders and subject to blackmail when you find jobs that pay under the table.
It is important to choose a country which makes obtaining a permanent residency easy for foreigners. And not make the mistake of spending millions of naira on countries that like to do chop and clean mouth with your tuition and other money you invested in the country, only to make it near impossible to obtain legal papers to stay there permanently. The two countries that are most friendly to immigration currently are Canada and Australia, unfortunately they are out of reach financially for most people intending to migrate and have stricter requirements..
oyekanwahab: One of the reason for this is no payload to carry, hence less weigh to keep flying in the sir and more fuel to burn to keep the plane flying for a long tine
Additionally, it is an ER (Extended range) and so can fly longer distances.
ValCon888: That's what I call thinking out of the box. But I doubt anyone would want to buy it as home furniture. A man may buy it but a woman will never try it.
It would be more like outdoor or garden furniture but depends on affordability and space to put it.
