I bet it with you even if you are st. micheal, you could hardly walk in the streets of lagos these days without looking at one ladies bombom here and the other well shaped buttocks there. i know that there could be a few terrible and off-sight ones but majority makes you feel wao!. Even married women are not left out of these free bom-bom show. Most guys have surrendered their fate to be having nice free look time even with their girl friend around. Ladies in the house, Why these crase for short top pants, skimpy top, etc. and you want us to have only one girlfriend? God have mercy o!

Romance › Re: I'm In Love With My Friend's Girlfriend. by tboy1(m): 11:53am On Apr 23, 2008
This same thing happened when i was like 18 years old but the girl i liked was my cousin's girl-they were quarelling at the time.He was not in lagos and told me to just say hello to her and from the first time i saw her, i over- liked this girl.
before we knew what we happening the feelin was mutual- and i told her how i felt which was good at the time, cus she likd the way i told her how i felt.
when she got back 2 school she hooked up back wit my cousin and by the time she got back to lagos, she totally ignored me and she was even making out wit him(just kissin) in front of me.

so i'll advise u not 2 tell her anything, just keep bein a good friend to her
BTW: when my cousin later found out, he so wanted to kick my ass but couldn't find me grin grin

umm america and organised crime , think about it the mafia , gangsta around the streets, and so on
, even in UK hooliganism and all sort of killings ,
bro i never said crime is not everywhere but what ive said was that the figures of the crimes in nigeria is alot and its sad that it is not even recorded.Go to any police station and tell me how many of them use PC? Most of them still use folder, that's even if the civilians will even go and report. So until there is a valid report or record that shows the crime rate in nigeria im going to believe crime is nigeria is way higher.

All hail Nigeria - no matter what the people say - you as a black person can't even go to some areas in the UK/America - the cops will bundle you in jail - it only takes one old whie woman to make that call - and u sit there in your comfort zone thinking you are safe - go on the bus in London - you dare tell someone he/she is playing his music loud and you get knifed or shot just because you are asking him to turn his music down - leave your 6 year old daughter on the street and she gets raped by a 40 year old man - leave your car in your drive way and it gets broken into just because they want to remove the tape - make phone calls and you get slapped and your phone taken from you - if you havent experienced these thigs - then shut the f up and go to sleep - but when you do - then you will run back to where u belong - quick.
Number question - What part of UK do u or did u stay?

Did u ere me say i dont want to go back to my country, heck i dont even like UK but you cant compare the crime rate of Nigeria to that of UK,US i also dont think so because i have not seen the actual figures of crime in Nigeria because most cases are not RECORDED. I was still in nigeria last september and even this Feb so i really dont know why you're assuming i will run back. I never talk bad about Nigeria, the only you can here me say is the fact on what is going on in Nigeria.

tboy1 has said it all.
It's a fact that most cases in Nigeria are not reported to the police ranging from trivial issues like a man beating his wife to homicide.

Even if it's proven that crime rate in Nigeria is low ( I extremely doubt this), I'd rather have the sanity and assurance of a case being handled by the necessary authorities in the West than the fruitlessness of the Nigerian police.
grin grin grin They will even charge u money before they start your case

People who move back to Nigeria are those who have definitely "overstayed" their welcome in foreign countries by living above their means and maxing out their credit with borrowing left, right and center.  If you make the right choices. . .no need to move back to Nigeria to become a petty thieve looking for government contract or "ashewo" political appointment after being screwed in the front and back!  If you do not belong in the western world after making fools of yourselves here. . .you have no damn choice but to crawl back into the verminous hole you escaped from. . .Nigeria!  Good riddance to bad rubbish!  You should never have left in the first or second place.  Since no "ODU" or credit card fraud again. . .many have decided to go back to continue stealing so they can be rewarded in Nigeria.
Who cares? Good riddance I say!
Move on where you belong, so the rest of us can live in peace over here.  Borrow borrow make me fines!
Shikena!
Even though i fully agree nigeria is in a bad state i do not agree with your statement.
What of the people that went abroad to study, got a couple years of experience and then decided to go back home and make better use of their qualifications and experiences to make nigeria better place

Crime › Re: Crime Rate In Nigeria Vs Crime Rate In America And The Western World by tboy1(m): 3:46pm On Apr 15, 2008
Its probably worse in Nigeria but you can't know the actual figures because 90% of crimes are not recorded whereas 90% of crimes will probably be recorded in the US

Simple Example
Mobile handset is stolen in nigeria probably a lot in Nigeria, but i doubt anyone will go to the police to report his/her handset stolen.
Example: 100 mobile phones stolen everday(which is a very minimum figure)= 3000 PerMonth =1,095,000 per yr.

That is, more than 1 million people will not report their phones stolen, where as in America all that will be stored in a database which would be made public annually.

Now calculate the crimes for Harassment, Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Motor Vehicle Thefts, Murder, Forcible Rape.
Dont forget to include: Fraud, Drug Traffickers, CyberCrimes, Money Laundering etc

Need i say more?

angeleses:
The topic is not about changing Nigeria - the topic is about what is it that is so peculiarly bad about Nigeria that people wont shut up their mouth and say something else about the country.

How many Nigerians are athletes in the UK, how many are in the NHS as medical doctors. How many are IT consultants? How many are business moguls? Loads of them - but these don't get mentioned when people speak about Nigeria - all they talk about are - bad roads, corruption - 419, as if those things are peculiar to Nigeria alone - - read the topic and read the first pose before you ask me any question Mr back seat of car seater.
grin grin grin grin grin Like i said earlier i wont reply by abusing you. Is all what everyone saying about Nigeria False?
To be honest i don't care if they talk about the good or bad things regarding Nigeria, the only thing I'm concerned about are the bad things that is affecting the country currently. Can you come back from abroad and decide you want to take public transport home with all your luggages? Can you decide to go to a party and leave your house at 1am without fasting or praying? Can you live in a house without calculating how long it will take before NEPA (or whatever they called them) mess up again?
The obvious reasons why the country is in such a mess has to be tackled first and its such a shame everyone knows what should be done but the people that can tackle this problems (EFCC,Nigerian Police,House of Rep/Assembly, even the president) will not be bothered so what do you expect anyone to do?

Currently apart from Hardworking People, there is nothing good about Nigeria. The main thing CORRUPTION has to be dealt with first.
