Politics › Re: Nothing In Katsina Shows Its Son, Buhari Was President For 8 Years – Usman Yusuf by tctrills: 3:31pm On May 20, 2024 |
FreeStuffsNG: Smh. He is lying . In the first place, that ex-NHIS Secretary is a very controversial person and was practically booted out of office for serious alleged case of fighting every stakeholder in NHIS and his poor human relations/leadership skill.
Secondly, President Buhari is not the President of Katsina alone, he is the President of the whole Federal Republic of Nigeria so it's inappropriate to raise controversy that he should be measured by what his govt achieved in his home state. President Buhari is not the Governor of Katsina state.
To prove that the man is lying, the records of FG projects in Katsina during the reign of President Buhari is in the public domain and it's incredibly impressive for posterity. From inland dry port to university to Federal Teaching hospitals to train , highways etc, President Buhari did a lot for Kastina, North West and Nigeria as a whole. Here is just a quick list as at 2018 https://medium.com/@BuhariOsinbajo2019/buhari-administration-projects-in-north-west-nigeria-e918937b7cda
Take the lamentations from this ex-NHIS Secretary serious at your own peril. He was fired from office by President Buhari after his sack was recommended by a committee that investigated him.
May God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs! Please can you check the poverty level in that state and when you finish, check the number of our of school kids. Then we can talk |

You igbos are just frustrated over obi not winning. How the hell can he win? He's not popular among the main political heavyweights. He's bound to lose definitely.
Because of he's greed and selfishness he betrayed atiku at the last moment and dream he can win the presidential like that? He's a very foolish clown. That fool doesn't deserve even a local government chairman seat. So you are even more stupid than I thought. You come here accusing the wrong people and deflecting the blame from those elected. What are you really up to. You are just a waste of time. You think if Nigeria was doing great that igbos will complain? We wanted the best and voted for the best of the 3 men but you are here talking nonsense instead of blaming the only person at fault, you somehow find a way to extend the problem to Obi. Again. Obi doesn't owe Atiku. He owes Nigerians. So how did he betray Atiku? Stop making a fool of yourself. |

As far as I'm concerned, all the presidential candidate in the last elections even your clueless peter obi isn't what will fix nigeria situation. Continue justifying your bad decision. |

And how certain are your so called pobident wont turn out worse than tinubu assuming he was elected? Oga this is a very foolish thing to say. Don't justify your bad choose with such a cheap excuse. There is a reason why till date. Peter Obi remains the only governor in Nigeria who published what was in the state's account before living office. He also remains the first to leave office without paying himself a pension. If you needed someone to tell you that he is the kind of person Nigeria needs then you obviously can't see. He that was faithful in small things should be made ruler over greater things. We intentionally chose the worst candidate and now you come out to justify a bad decision. |

2mch: Make dem reduce price and sell at a loss. The government. Should also give businesses with losses Tax breaks to balance it out. It’s tough times everywhere in the world. But in Nigeria, the way they hike prices does not align with the inflation. Greedy people seeing opportunity to make money are the cause of this. If you run a business, you will understand how dangerous and scary it is to run at a loss. These companies are about to sack thousands of people and reduce purchasing power the more, thereby increasing the problem. |

Na so God go dey continue punishing those who are making life unbearable for the ordinary citizens including the politicians Why are you always like this. You keep blaming the wrong people. The only people you never blame are those in your APC government. And these are the only people to blame. Under Tinubu, more companies are going out of business at a faster rate than ever before but you choose to blame the companies. It's never Tinubu's fault. It's the fault of Nigerians and companies that provide employment for the common man. Government has no hand in this. |

It is idiotic for you to even think that they believe their protest would stop a thousand year war, that's not the aim of the protest.
A nobody that has never stood for anything in his life would of course never understand. You are right, it's called awareness. They were looking for clout. It takes a complete fool to think the world is moved one way or the other by there actions. Wise people don't engage in useless protest. There actions cannot change the mind of anyone. We will continue to galvanize international support against that oppressive settler state at the World Court, campuses and every public space until it is a global pariah state. Already this week more countries backed SA's World Court case including Egypt and Libya.

DeLaRue: Op has a point.
There is nothing communist about 2 of his suggestions. The one about groceries is unlikely to be practicable. Transport can be subsidised rather than being totally free.
I am a capitalist, but given the level of poverty, homelessness, and despair in the USA - the poster child of capitalism - and the fact that 50% of those earning $100,000 or above in the US live from hand to mouth (despite that being a high salary), I have come to believe that the purest form of capitalism is a recipe for despair. The only true winners are the super rich and the upper middle classes who set the rules of the game and continue to get richer. The majority of people work, work, and work with little to show for it.
A government must be able to intervene in certain areas when the wanton greed that capitalism inevitably breeds is getting out of hand.
A couple of months ago, Cement manufacturers were selling cement to distributors at around N7,500, but these people were selling to consumers for N11,000 and above. That's just one out of many examples of unbridled greed. So the level of poverty in the USA is 11.5% And many people live from hand to mouth because of personal financial decisions. The average American spend $1100 on coffee $1800 on clothing. $3,600 on eating out And much more for vacations and holidays. Most people in America are broke because of lifestyle. |
