Hope you know that the houses you showed 8n Onitsha were not built via IGR non the houses in Abeokuta. IGR plays no role in the quality of private homes in a state so what really are you comparing.
And just so you know, I am strongly Igbo. You can go back to my posts and see how strongly I fight for Igbo but when we descend into pettiness it becomes hard to communicate across the table.

For me, I think if we remove Lagos (for a good reason), SS govs performed more, followed by SE then SW.

In SS, Akwa Ibom wins, followed by Rivers State, Delta State, Cross Rivers State, Edo State and Bayelsa (the most miserable)

The state has been undergoing giant infrastructural strides right from the time of Godswill Akpabio till date. the key ones are
- Massive Road infrastructure
- Building their own International Airport and launching an airline (Ibom Air) which now has 7 Aircraft (2 new Airbus)
- Building massive office complexes (Four Point by Sheraton, Dakada Tower, Christian Ecunumical Center, Ibom Specialist Hospital
, and many others too numerous to mention).

AKWA IBOM IS SILENTLY LEADING.

What are you talking about? The SS states have by far the biggest federal allocation and they also have 5he greatest poverty in the south.
Building nice stadiums is obviously not reducing poverty in the SS.

But enforcing a criminal organisation that is killing people and fighting against the govt of a country is criminal offence. Go to US embassy and call the interviewer a fool and see if he'll ever reshedule your interview again. The courts have not been able to link a single violence to KANU.
