priceaction: Wait , don't rush. Give lots of spaces for him to reply you in weeks. After he refuses , mail him that you believe that he saw the reduced price, but may be he doesn't want again, that if that's the case, the price will go back to its original price and wish him well and tell him other competitors are negotiating with you too. And wait for the magic of he needs it. If you are desperate, you will sell it for ridiculous price. By the way is it geo and how much? Don't always believe that I don't have money bla bla, many of them knows what they are doing. You have edge over that name since he has other extension. Hope it's not expiring soon. A name pinched to someone and replying I don't have money due to covid, pricing for $200 and insisting bla bla bla was later sold 20k to same person. That day I learnt better lesson when I read how to negotiate and maintain some stands. Good luck. WRT the emboldened, outbound or inbound? |

donproject: Heart of a normal man is pure and innate at birth. He comes to the world and start learning different things, behavioral pattern, how to speak, how to do basic things. His environment plays a role in what he becomes.
I said heart of a normal man , I didn't say heart of an Igbo, their hearts are pre-configured to dupe, extort, trick their unsuspecting victims at birth. It is this dirt that they carry all around and they start dispersing to different geographical location, mixing and mingling with the locals, corrupting them in the process.
This pattern can be likened to the plague the world is facing now, COVID-19, you know the story of where it started, it was not contained within the demographic space it was discovered, and boom! It becomes a pandemic. Igbos are like that virus corrupting other tribes wherever they go.
Stop quoting me kid, you can't have your way... SO in essence, all igbo men are fraudsters, no be so? tell us your tribe.. |

Truth63: Nigerians always has a short memories, Please let me remind you people that are shouting government is bad. During president Jonathan era, fuel were sold for 97 Naira, but every December, there was always scarcity of fuel. A lot of Nigerians suffered so much that instead of cerebrating Christmas with joy of the season, they celebrated in Agony. I remembered I drove from Lagos to Ibadan searching for fuel and I couldn't get fuel to buy and I had to driven back to Lagos because I needed to fill the GENERATOR in my office to work and as I was driving back from Ibadan, I saw a filling station selling fuel and l drove in and the attendant told me they sell only black market and 50000 Naira for 50 litre, I started begging him and THE guy just left me there stranded. The money I was to use in getting three 50 litres kegs, I used to buy one 50 litre. The attendant whose salary was NGN 25000 a month, ended up making about a million Naira in one or two weeks and started building houses all over the place. During President Jonathan Era, You see children around 10pm, waiting to buy fuel at the filling station just to put on their "i better pass my Neighbour" Generator to sleep and I used to pity them a lot because I couldn't IMAGINE allowing my own children to be at the filling station around that time. Coming back from work, I needed to also get 4 litres of fuel just to sleep because there is always no light at night, l would call my gate man Ali, please take 250 naira and buy me 5 litres and Ali will go and come back and say "Oga dey say 5 litres na 750 Naira". I would have to buy it because family needs to sleep. Nigerians here is The Truth, today so many companies are moving to GHANA instead of Nigeria, Why? Ghana asked our brothers to Give them 1 million dollar and all of you are blaming the government. In GHANA when I was there, Petrol was sold for 350 Nigerian naira when converted to Ghana cedi and I was also shock to see many Shell petrol filling Stations in Ghana. Let me also remind all of us that DUNLOP and most multinational companies are moving to GHANA and we never asked why?. In Nigeria, people will order 1 dollar item from china and they will sell it for NGN25000 because they want to make high profit. If you don't want to pay for fuel, investors will not come to Nigeria and they will instead go to Ghana where they can make profit. They will also build their refineries in Ghana and they will continue to buy your crude oil. Every investor want to make money like you. Also, your sons and Daughters will be unable to get married and then you begin to go from pillar to post to pray and fast for marital breakthroughs because when they finish University, they are unable to get satisfying jobs. Please look around you, how much is a 2 bed room flat today in Lagos? Those who say the government is bad, are actually your enemies. Please look around you, from oshodi to yaba to lagos to ibadan, some of your streets are have been fixed with interlock bricks. If we Nigerians do not want to endure and we are listening to people who, because the Government does not allow them have their free way to do whatever they want and they are using us by giving us the wrong information and we are acting based on that and then we have ourselves to blame. Please look around. The youths want to migrate to Canada, USA, Australia etc and are facing some hardship they don't tell. Some of them cross the Sahara deserts to Europe and perish in the sea. If we don't want our sons and daughters to start thinking that till they move to these places they cannot succeed then we have ourselves to blame. If all of you want the type of president Jonathan's Government since that is what you are craving for, may God almighty grant your request. However, when that is granted, please don't complain.Kindly endure. tell whoever sent you that this format no work... try again. |

humilitypays: You are a very good lady with human empathy, and I commend you for that.
But in as much as I commend you for your empathy towards a fellow human's feelings, I must tell you the saddest truth; you will definitely end up with a wrong guy
In this life, take it from me, when it comes to settling down, nature gave man that absolute right to decide...that's why nature gave ladies that heart to accept just anybody that show them sincere care and affection unlike men.
You as a woman, you are created by nature to accept a man who shows you sincere affection, commitment, affection and respect......but western civilisation media exposure and whatnot have made women to believe they can chose their spec of a man; mostly based on physical looks which is not how women are naturally designed, they only got influenced, and majority if not all of the women that use that word "not my spec" or "I am not attracted to him" while neglecting the guy's sincere interest and commitment towards them always end up with the wrong guy, and its always too late for them, so think twice
All the best I know why you have said the emboldened text but people might think that you are being silly. I had a girl who didn't want me to touch her or sex her. She messed up other things like leaving me hanging after promises that often cost me some amount to money. Now, the sex part does not mean I planned to leave her after everything... nope... Well, she frustrated me with her attitude until i left... this year, she started telling me that she lost her virginity to another guy and that i thought she sleeps around blah blah.. in her mind, she thought it was all about sex. So, I asked her, after all said and done: "where is the guy she gave her virginity to" and her only answer was SILENCE. of course, the guy was gone. A lot of them make this mistakes every time and all I do is watch. the truth is, women are not wired to like or want the nice guys. do not be surprised that the reason why this guy in question is not "her spec" is because he has been too gentle and nice to her. often times, this is what triggers their repulsive feelings. BUt assuming the guy in question had numerous girls coming to his house or he does not give her much attention, she would start feeling jealous ( there was a case of another nairaland lady who had this less than 2 weeks ago) it is a messed up situation for these women. |

dangerousdaddy: Good evening people. Please don't mind my English. My post is actually out of pains and frustration and i may not type with the correct words.
I'm a 31 years old guy. I'm actually very bad with spending because when i have money, whoever asks from me gets. I am under alot of pressure lately especially from those around me. I am the 1st child of my parents and have so many responsibilities.
I got my girlfriend pregnant and she moved in with me. My parents were never there for me so i vowed i was going to be there for my kids. Hence i do all i can to make sure my daughter and her mum are OK.
The girl in question is a torn in my flesh. Totally different from when we were dating without a child. Nowadays, as soon as i get my salary, she wants to buy this, she wants to buy that even though she knows i receive less than a 100k and i have multiple loans i am paying back because we moved out of our old apartment due to space constraints especially after she delivered.
Whenever i don't have money, there is never a happy moment in my home. But if i come home and bring money, we become very good friends. She wants to live a good life which is not wrong but I feel when she knows how i am managing, she ought to understand and bear with me.
The last straw that broke the camel's back was, i was yet to be paid, i had 700 with me. I gave her to make some food because we had the basic food stuff in the house.... Rice, beans, ogbono, spaghetti, garri, Egusi.... Palm oil. So basically all she had to buy was fish or something to put inside the food.
I came home after a hard day at work and met an empty kitchen. When I asked for my food, she asked me what i expected her to cook with 700 naira. I got so mad and left the house but since it was late (it was close to midnight), i decided to come back. In my anger, i started asking her why she's treating me badly. And the next thing is, she called her mum to say I'm fighting with her and that i pushed her to the ground. Her mum replied and said that if anything happens to her daughter, she would hold me responsible. That she didn't give me a wife......
Now I feel i should just end everything and let's go our separate ways before it becomes a case of domestic violence. I never want to see my child grow up to see me fighting with her mum always and being unhappy. I believe a child that grows up in an unhappy home is always at a disadvantage. Please help me guys. I am in pains.
I hope this makes front page So sorry bro... Well, your peace of mind comes first... |

LegendHero: Why do we always blame Tinubu for everything? This is getting stale.
We Yorubas are always great thinkers and people with intelligent minds. It hurt some of you guys are now starting to be under some form of Tinubu Derangement Syndrome.
How does this topic relate to Tinubu nao? How does religious extremism come into this in the first place? Can you read what you type? How does it relate to the issue of discourse?
Adeshina Animashaun of YAF is a Christian, while Tunde Hamzat that spoke on behalf of YWC is a Muslim. So what is the sense in bringing religious connotation to this? You are saying why blame tinubu for everything abi? it is a very known fact that you are Tinubu stooge... so forget the camo you are wearing. In one of my handles, I told you specifically about these guys going about threatening Igbos and calling for Oduduwa nation WHILE publicly supporting Tinubu 2023. what does that tell you? they even said if igbos do not support tinubu in 2023, they will destroy igbo business in south west. within same time, 2 videos suffaced attacking igbos as the problem of Nigeria. The Yoruba nation that I know are peaceful people and hardly throw tribal slurrs but since Tinubu came into the picture, this has been the thing. we saw what happened in Lagos during last election. but you are asking why blame Tinubu? Horerku: Hi all, i have been a guest on NL for a long time but seeing this thread https://www.nairaland.com/6069700/look-too-young-find-it makes me want to come out and share what has been giving me serious headache.
I will be 28 in a month but i have not been able to hit puberty fully. Can count how many strand of hair on my pp, no armpit hair, no facial changes used to be short then i start growing from like 5.7' to 6.5'. No lies it's a very big disgrace when kids that will see my junior brother and bow their heads expect me to call them egbon.
But I have worked on my self esteem, gave myself confidence by reading inspirational books, learnt boxing, build my body, learnt dancing and i can very well say all this have really boost my confidence, i built my confidence by writing job application to jobs i know im over qualified for and intentionally bully the unlucky hr that will interview me . I am able to read people and give good advices, as a matter of fact, i (despite my baby face) take adult Sunday School at church and I'm able to take my classes like a piece of cake (With God enabling me btw).
Never dated or toast before not cos im scared of being turned down inface i have a lot of babes that really show me emotions but because I'm scared of how the girl will act towards me when she find out my secret and i am gonna keep it that way because i can't really take heartbreak because of something i can't control. I already have a good paying Job and finances not my problem so this is my only headache but will i still become normal? Have you overcome something like this? Or do you know how i can correct things?
I have been a guest on NL for more than 7 years. Try be a troll first y'all taught me Wait, is your diick so tiny? If no, why are you worried? Guy, that thread you referenced, I commented there. I did not have any single beards up tp 25 years old, I kid you not. Funny enough, I had hairy arms and legs but you see beards? NAH, I didn't have... my face was so young... I only started growing beards in 2015, like one to five strands , u know that kind lol... but now eh, na me dey rush to shave. You guys worry too much. For me, I didn't want to look old, I hated beards so much but I couldn't escape, no thanks to being hairy on legs and arms. I still look younger than my age though... the only thing that makes me look older is that I have added weight(lost it later) and now have beards. But if those who are same age with me stand, you will still think they are older than me by say 7 years... my voice also does not help.. |
