Firstly, check the DNA of the children! I am not saying you are not man enough but I mean the circumstances surrounding the first child sounds funny to me and I would advice you check the child's DNA before anything else.

Secondly, for the next two weeks, just try study her again as if you are studying the responsiveness of a rat with her surroundings. Whatever she says, give her the answers she wants... what will surely favour her.

Thirdly, send her an email explaining how you love your family and how you also love your root... that your parents are priority in your life and you would not want anything to jeopardise that and she "should please cooperate with them..." when she comes to you to talk or shout about it, please stay very calm and make sure you are not wearing a shirt in case she wants to hold you and have a complete set lined outside in case it gets hot.

Then, talk WITH her to see if she can go to your parent's place to know her from scratch... and build up a relationship with her...

If all these no work, you have the following options...

1. Get another babe outside, impregnate her and send the baby to your parents for them to be happy with...
2. DO NOT Raise your hand against her...
3. Even though I am a christian, I will tell you to divorce her. It shows marrying her was a mistake and you are trying to correct the mistake... more so, it is an evil eye that might want you to sin against God and we have been advice to pluck such out.
4. Start keeping late nights... if you drink, just drink a bit outside and when close to your house, finish a whole "pelebe" so she will know ure well drunk and will hate herself.... [Make marriage miserable for her]

If this was OBJ or Yar Adua era, all this calculations and permutations wouldn't be necessary because results of elections are written even before the election is conducted. My parents are still my confidants. I respect them to the core, but guess what, they are the ones who raised me to think the way I do.
When me or my siblings have issues my parents do not come between, in fact they encourage you to take responsibility and sometimes blame their own children and exonerate their son/daughter in laws.
If you brought a lady to my parents as your fiancee, they tell you plainly, "You know we are not going to be part of this new family so you have to make the right choice, because you can't come back and tell us how bad she is and you can't continue". It may sound harsh but it has really helped. Notice in my posts, I didn't give the OP an option for divorce? And also, I see every challenge as surmountable.

My stand has always been that it's politically naive folks that will buy into the current APC's ideology (or lack of it?).

CFCfan: If the APC presents a NW/SW ticket, these are the possible results:
* the APC would sweep the entire SW and North-west and North-east.

* the party would not get up to 25% of the valid votes in the entire SE and SW (except in Edo and Rivers).

*The PDP, with Jonathan as their candidate, will sweep the SE and SS. PDP is good enough to garner 25% of the votes in each of the SW states, but will garner less than 25% of the vote in the NW and NE.

This scenario leaves the North-central as the battle ground zone for next year's election. I reckon that the APC can get more than 30% of the vote in each of the NC states. That would mean that the APC candidate would effectively be the President-elect; having gained a majority of the votes, and 25% in at least 24 states.

Jonathan will only win if PDP garners about 80% of the votes in each of the NC states.

Either way, the 2015 election is poised to be the closest Presidential contest since 1979.

I lived in the North and understand their total allegiance to their political elites.
They don't bother about performance of the president as compared to where he's from and his religion.
