How best can I optimise my earnings in this regard?

.... I have told the world that even though your pastor was set free by our laws, busola will take solace in the fact that the heavy burden on her heart has been removed ...she now has gotten closure...atleast she didn't end up taking snippers to end her life cos of what gullible brainwashed people like you will say to her.
You can not speak for Busola, sir.
You're not in her head nor offer psychological support to her.
Stop all this self-justification tirade, sir ..
The face in the papers does not look like that of a woman who's had closure..

How do you justify the (collateral) damage done to their children and other family members .. They have to live with the debacle for decades to come..
The children are the ones I'm most concerned about. They have to pick up the shattered pieces...

The only positive thing from this is.. There's an increased awareness of the subject (though the legal remit is poorly understood and there's a need to change legislation ) and hopefully less inclination to re-offend on the part of the accused if the allegations are true apart from pecuniary gains to the accuser.

Wisdom is profitable to direct....

When you lack wisdom, you lack everything. Most times, it is better to let sleeping dog lie.

You dont throw your hat in the ring for every fight. Wisdom lets you choose your fights.

Wisdom let you know that a complainant can become an accused, especially when there is no evidence.

Wisdom let you know that some cases are better taken to the court of God and not the court of man.For God is a God of vengeance. Vengeance is of the Lord.

Wisdom restrains you from striving...

With all your getting get wisdom, Wisdom is the principal thing.
You said it all, sir

I find it quite interesting how emotive people are on this matter. Conversations become very abusive with gutter language on the rise.

People have a right to their opinions based on the facts presented rather than sensational whims!!

Moral uproar /morality is different to the rule of law.

Concrete evidence and right legal procedure is what wins a case... Not sensational moments on SM.

I suppose the momentum behind the gofund campaign needs these media snippets...on deep introspection undecided undecided

No sir Mr high IQ

Anemesty international questioned why armed men will be delivering a supposed invitation letter to an unarmed civilian. They believed it's a form of police brutality.

But you supposedly educated one cannot decipher the message. grin
Didn't realise Amnesty Intl in Nigeria had teeth or were concerned....

Where are they when SARS brutality was being reported... How much publicity have they created over indiscriminate killings in Middle belt and along our highways by a certain sect........... or over other weighty national mattershuh

But in this case, there is a sudden interest bordering on paranoia by certain parties.

Let the rule of law be upheld

And more concerning needs of Nigerians be addressed!!

sonnie10:
So any man that approaches you in the name of marriage, you tell them your life story. Let me tell you, love alone does not sustain marriage, commitment does. Until couples are committed to each other, for instance in having children, owing properties and sharing in certain losses and celebrating achievement together, only a thin string holds them together. This commitment does not come overnight. It takes time.
Why do you think married couples are asked to wait for 3-5years before the alien one is granted citizenship in US? Things must come to up within those years; it could be good or bad thing but their resolve to remain together is naturally tested.
There are things you put on the table before making a commitment or expecting same from your to-be spouse.. It's called honesty..
Prior to this, you set the tone once you feel the other party is able or mature enough to take an altruistic measured approach.

No one's asking for a full confession but it's right and just to disclose important things. Your depth of disclosure may vary depending on situation or personality... But disclose you should!

Increasingly marriages and partnerships even after a few years or decades, are being torn apart due to lack of honesty on the part of 1 or both...

It's quite the norm for women in Naija to part-disclose or not at all.. I find that manipulative and frankly dishonest !!!

And there are people like me who find that very difficult to accept years down the line.. The original issue at hand may not be as relevant as the deceit.
At this point the trust is broken sometimes irrevocably... Cos I'm left wondering what other skeletons are there to discover if "her majesty" is not ready to revealhuh

if at the onset of their marriage, he makes a mole out of little issues, wisdom should be applied in dealing with bigger issues. She was discreet and choose her approach wisely. That is a woman that knows her husband and values her marriage.
I disagree sir..
That's a fraudulent wife..

As difficult as it maybe..
Set things straight from the word go..
If your partner upholds your honesty in the midst of the gory details and stays with you - - fine

otherwise let him /her go away to process whether the union is possible!!

This very behaviour is what has led to many marriages breaking down.. When 1 party can't come to terms with the long term deceit and not necessarily the gory actions!!!
The unfortunate situation here is that the children(innocent souls ) are affected as a consequence!

Its already being done the proper way, and there is absolutely nothing wrong in whipping up sentiments on social media too.
I disagree..
Whipping up sentiments is not only distracting away from the legal question at hand due to the morality argument rearing its head, it often takes away the momentum due to information fatigue..people become jaded and distracted.

Using SM to publicise the case to get other victims to speak up:-- yes

But continual play out in the public gallery :-- no!!

Many silent victims are often scared to come out given the public reprisals on the accuser as a result.

The truth is what we should seek not opinions nor counter-opinions as they are often tainted!!
That's largely not possible on SM.

A Nigerian judge, Charles Omole, took to his Twitter handle today to give his analysis on the Busola Dakolo/Biodun Fatoyinbo rape scandal, Igbere TV reports.

According to Omole, Fatoyinbo will most likely not be convicted because the Dakolos have no substantial evidence against him.

Where's the evidence to corroborate that opinion?

Just because the accused doesn't squeak at every given moment on social media is not to say he's not been invited for questioning. And possibly attended.

But rather than do things according to the law, Madam is whipping up sentiments and is yet to give a full account or details of the said incident formally. Her social media interview can hardly fully suffice as a total recount.. You've got to substantiate your allegations so respond to the invitation.

This is not all together new..

A previous premise was In the days of Ebola, there were ship(s) in West African territorial waters supposedly to help with the ensuing overwhelming burden of disease...

What I found interesting was that these warship(s) weren't equipped medically..
Was it stationed in expectation of a stampede degenerating into war and they fortunately happen to be close by and kindly step in as "timely super-heros"huh

With waning economic climate, looming break in regional economic ties(Brexit), growing largely sub-productive population with gross "entitlement" needs but with strong political clout, most Western governments, particularly theUK are under pressure to find new grazing fields!!! ..

Most of their manufacturing industries and a greater proportion of the service industry has been sourced out. Other than Taxation, there are no huge revenue vats in theUK.

Waking up to security concerns demonstrated by huge Sino-african developments in addition to personal considerable trade deficits to China is a stunning headache, they are yet to find a panacea for.

Putin in control of significant areas of the Mid East is not helping matters.. In addition to his other huge money earners utilising the Trojan concept in several Western countries.. ..

Interesting times..

Spot on
I believe that even with the Population upsurge in China, a Country's collective brain power is inadvertently dependent on a lot of factors which country like ours ought to study carefully sequel to our envisaged population explosion in years to come.

Who will bell the Cat in Nigeria..... Smh
The basics are not in place...
That's why there's a patchy growth which comes in sporadic cycles.

To homogenise the growth and not have short term leadership wonders who are soon chased away by the theming dissent within the population.....

Mentality has to change...
1. Wanting to help my neighbour as myself.. That has to be the new mantra...
Daily TV in Singapore pours out principles of Confucianism: manipulation? But it works

2. Belief in collective prosperity with a degree of asceticism

3. Willingness to work hard in a sustainable manner, building for generations yet unborn

4. Collective vision with stakeholder buy in... Leading onto

5.Enabling supportive framework :--- education, health accessibility whilst improving provision, infrastructure

6. Enabling industry and commerce

Easier said than done.. Particularly in a country that has been so divided and torn from partisan interests and endemic corruption...

But its doable

You think so? I doubt . Have you compared the Teaching methodologies? It also leads to intense mental development
No doubt that's a factor..

I recognise the intensive population based strategies to increase wellbeing and intelligence right from the antenatal period all through secondary education in Singapore....

But you can hardly compare the cumulative or collective intelligence ability of a city-state such as Singapore to a nation as large as China..

Likewise population size may well explain to a considerable degree why S. Korea, Hong Kong ranks above China.

Greater variation due to more factors.
