I don't know what you mean by sworn affidavit, I would just assume that an affidavit is like a letter right? yes, you need one, Make sure it's formal and addressed to whom it may concern to the immigration officer and he also signs. In fact, it's important.

Correct. Although, they can ask you to send updated bank statement

Yes... The embassy only calls your bank to confirm transactions within the period on your bank statement. They can't call the bank to confirm updated balance outside the period

They can only confirm the transactions and balance on the bank statement; they don't go beyond the duration you sent them. However, sometimes IRCC asks for updated POF, but this is rare.

No need to show anything ,everybody know it same tissue paper that usa embassy give all applicant as denial paper so just answer the question truthfully on ur canada application that you are refuse usa visa previously and put the date ,ircc share database with usa and the ircc will see your previous refuse and if you lie it automatic ban..

If I am to tell IRCC I have been denied a U.S visiting visa before, do i need to show them a copy of the refusal?

Pretty easy. Assuming you finished your BSc in May 2021 and started NYSC in August 2021.

Then your employment status starts from June 2021. From June to July, put unemployed.

From August to date, put your nysc job experience.

This thing is not hard, just relax and follow the instructions.
Last 10 years is 2012 - 2022. If you were in school within that 10 year period and you've already stated that when filling the education period, you will not include it in the working period.

Better still, list what you've been doing from 2012 - 2022 here, lemme explain how you'll fix them in.

Kinda busy so I couldn't really comprehend the relationship and how the marriage certificate comes in, but just try to demonstrate relationship with anything that has the surname. Not compulsory to deposit the 1 Yr fees, it only kinda boosts ur chances

It could be nice if your uncle pays part of your tuition and if possible deposits your 1 year living expenses in your account. Add a sponsorship letter, affidavit of support also, birth certificates and pictures.

Hey Gurus! I have a HUGE! Question to ask. My uncle is my main sponsor and my mother is my co-sponsor, my mother wants to use her fixed deposit for me from one of her account, would it be a good idea? And what are the things my mother will use to sponsor me and documents? Any help? Does IRCC also check the inflow and outflow of cash after submitting your bank statement from your sponsors bank for POF? Oo gosh!
