Cloggym: We started a relationship at the end of August. She was the who wanted a relationship, and I liked her too so I accepted since I’m single. We live just 1hr apart in 2 different cities in the east. So I wouldn’t completely say it’s a long distance relationship.
She visited, and I happen to check her WhatsApp while she was asleep. I found out she’s sleeping with a few other men, not a relationship cos I didn’t see endearing names or any romantic chats just stuffs like “ where are you? I’m at your house “ Are we seeing today?”
Should I confront her or use her for sex only , with protection of course It's you that's rather cheating. Do you sincerely planned to marry her? The answer is no based on how you presented it. Do you really expect a grownup girl to be 100% dedicated to you when you are not serious? Your relationship with her now at most is you sleeping with her and nothing more. Going through someone's phone when he/she's asleep is an infringement to his/her privacy. Should I continue? |

Millions of Nigerians are under severe stress, and I have not seen the government holding conventions to address the severe hardship their economic policies have caused
Nigeria is not manufacturing much and has zero contribution to factors said to be causing climate change compared to China, US and other industrialized nations.
Climate change is the least of Nigeria’s problems right now, and this jamboree to Dubai is not only misplaced priority but a wicked thing to do at this time Don't mind the useless people, they will try tooth and nail to justify this shameless showoff. Our problem is economic change and not climate. Countries like Japan should have had the highest delegation |

Did he replicate same gestures in Anambra, and what was his achievements and legacy`s?

Anyone can scribble the gibberish he put up there.
From the way Peter talks, one would think he has some outstanding legacy`s on ground which puts him in position to make such composition, but the reverse is the case. Even the present Governor of Anambra attested to the fact that, poverty increased in the state during his administration, and here we have same Peter oinking on what's not! It's coming gradually, very soon, even to get data defend the indefensible you won't be able to. GreatOchuks: Obi no de take ear hear China 😂😂😂😂.

Politics › Re: Cost Of Living In Nigeria Is Cheaper Than UK Or US by telleyway: 7:24am On Dec 04, 2023 |
psalmsjob: I'm posting this as a response to the topic that made Nairaland front page yesterday; "See What Someone Bought With An Hour Minimum Wage In The UK £10", the link: https://www.nairaland.com/7929193/see-what-someone-bought-hour
UK & US ARE OVER-RATED NIGERIA IS STILL BETTER in terms of cost of living see a practical example why doing a price comparison: 1 pound to 1 naira today is N1,001 so are you saying with £10 x N1,001 = N10,001 you cannot buy everything in that basket and collect change in Nigeria today?
1 Sliced Bread = N800 2 Spaghetti = N1400 1 Gesha = N600 1 live chicken = N3,000 1 75cl soya Oil = N1,400 1 Midium size Butter = N600 2 Gino Tomato paste = N1,000
Total = N8,800 so your change is N1,200 that's if you exchange pound to naira at offical rate and buying at the most expensive stores or high brands. If you exchange at black market rate and buy at public market "days" you will collect as much as N6,000 after buying everything in that basket....that's about £6 left.
LET'S JUST THANK GOD FOR WHAT WE HAVE AND STOP LOOKING AT AND GLORIFYING ANOTHER MAN'S LAND MORE THAN OUR OWN....OUR OWN NA OUR OWN O This your analysis is lame as well as useless. Dollar is the legal tender in USA and up till tomorrow, one can use $1 to buy something tangible, same goes for pounds in UK. But in Nigeria, even #1000 can't afford one a good breakfast. It will be best to compare our purchasing power instead of doing conversation and all that. |

These are the same ratheads that would quickly point to US, UK, Canada, etc when they talk but do you see the President or PrimeMinister of an advanced country going to the legislative assembly with boxes or trailer of papers to present budget?. With flash drive, you could easily print out the budget details for each lawmaker. And that's the innovation Jagaban is introducing to end the archaic system of budget boxes. Nigeria's opposition are too backward thinking, everything na to dey open mouth dey wail, no sense. Your stupidity didn't get part two. Now answer this: Did Tinubu came with any flash drive? If the boxes are useless as you claimed, why did he brings it? Do you think everyone can be bought with illicit drugs money? |

Faiththatworks: When someone opened a thread yesterday asking which government agency is the most corrupt institution in Nigeria, some very ignorant people were referring to the police and the Judiciary. I said it yesterday that it was a straight fight between NNPCL and CBN,and not up to 24 hours I have been proved Right. Trillions of Nigeria spent on those scrap metals called refineries aka conduit financial drain pipes, and not even one liter of petroleum, kerosene, diesel or even aviation fuel to show for all the gigantic investment. Every 4 years is always a period to carry out Turn-around maintenance on those scrap metals, the Minister makes money while the fuel import cabal continues their parasitic business. I repeat, that's why I supported Jagaban,he must crush the fuel import cabal that has its headquarters in NNPCL,from the gateman to the GMD, everyone must be totally uprooted and new set of fresh blood brought into that agency. For those Nigerians who have left the antelope in the bush which is NNPCL and gone after the cockroaches which is the police and the Judiciary,I daresay you are being hoodwinked by these politicians so we never focus our attention on the real problems of Nigeria. My only prayer for Asiwaju as this year comes to an end,is for him to make sure crude oil flows to Dangote Refinery, even if it means breaking agreement with our foreign creditors. The day a barrel of crude oil is refined in Dangote Refinery, the chokehold of the gluttons in NNPCL will be broken. Still selling my Estate in Ibeju-lekki https://www.nairaland.com/7905580/introducing-silvergate-estate-ibeju-lekki God bless Nigeria....... Just chill bro, agbado people said their grand commander will make refineries ready by December. Let me laugh 😂 in Swahili. Army, Navy are busy destroying refineries on the daily basis in the name of "illegal refineries" okay bring the legal one on board. It's only ionic pro that is paid to use since it's not for developers but, as long as you are a developer and you can write code, you don't need ionic pro, all you need is the standard ionic JS framework which you can install with npm similar to the way you install react and it is free to use with vanilla JS or typescript. Got it now, thanks |

donaytexx1: Honestly I don't know why a government agency saddled with the responsibility of managing the identity of the masses would be as inefficient as this..
I enrolled and got my NIN around year 2015.
Then in 2018 I lost the phone number I used in getting the NIN. And I wasn't able to retrieve it as at when I tried to (I found that it has been assigned to someone else).
Last week Monday I went to an enrollment centre to change that phone number. They updated it (as well as my address).
A week later, I visited the enrollment centre and was told that it has been validated. They printed out the NIN slip and gave to me.
Now, there is this certificate I want to verify using National ID Card. I was told that I can capture the image of the National e-ID Card from a certain NIMC MobileID app.
I downloaded and installed the app on my phone, then I entered my NIN. It displayed that same old number which I don't have access to.
I tapped on the option to use another phone number, then I entered the phone number I used to update the NIN. I was surprised when the app said, "Record Not Found".
I was more surprised because this second number (as well as my two other lines) is linked to the my NIN.
Why wasn't the record found?? Abi dem don sell am give one terrorist??
I don't understand.
I googled the problem and got customer care lines of the NIMC as well as their emails.
I emailed them the issue (about 3 of their emails). Two days now and no reply.
I called them yesterday. Rang several times and they wouldn't pick up. Most times it would say, user busy.
Okay.
When one person managed to pick up after two hours of trying, she asked me to refresh the app. How? Should I uninstall it and reinstall it again from Play Store? She said yes.
I did as I was told. Nothing changed.
This is bad.
I tried calling back using all my free time throughout yesterday. Dem nor gree pick up. Until the line said, switched off.
Dem don close work for the day, abi? Alright let me try tomorrow.
I've been calling them since I woke up and sem still nor wan pick.
What's all this
How can these people be doing like this?
We are talking about a Government agency saddled with the responsibility of identity management of more than 200million people.
These folks need to sit up, abeg. This isn't fair. Nimc is one of the most useless government agencies |
