The two countries are desert lands. Nigerian government at all levels is not helping matters. There are orange farms in BENUE state producing hundreds of tons of oranges in one harvest. Alchemy528: The topic "Drop The Name Nigeria, It's Demeaning: Wole Olanipekun Advocates Restructuring" seems to address a significant and contentious issue within Nigerian politics and society. Advocating for restructuring and questioning the name of the nation is a thought-provoking stance that likely sparks discussions about the country's identity, history, and political future. It would be interesting to explore the arguments and perspectives presented by Wole Olanipekun and others on this topic to better understand the context and implications of such a proposal. Changing the name was a useless thinking from Wale. To start with, lawyers are the problem of this country, a bedrock of corruption and all that. Even if he changes the country's name name to Sango without a chance in altitude, it will only be a whitewashed grave. |

GISTVideo: Drama As Minister Prostrates Before President Tinubu After Swearing-InPublished 2 mins ago on 21 August 2023By Oladipo Abiola Kindly share this story:
The Minister of Steel Development, Shuaibu Audu on Monday prostrated before President Bola Tinubu shortly after taking his oath of office.
Naija News reports Audu is one of the 45 Ministers sworn in on Monday as Ministers under the administration of President Tinubu.
He however caused a mild drama when he chose to prostrate before the President after signing the oath book and then later proceeding to have a handshake and photograph with the President as protocol demands.
The action elicited smiles and laughter from those present at the event including President Tinubu himself.
See the video.
Naija News reports Shuaibu Abubakar Audu was born on November 6, 1980. He is an investment banker and a Nigerian politician.
Before his appointment as Minister by President Tinubu, he was a gubernatorial aspirant in Kogi State under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Following the emergence of the clip on social media, some netizens blamed the newly-appointed Minister as unprofessional while others said he was simply respecting I supposed minister prostrating to the president is an insult to Nigerians and Nigeria as a country. No one who merit such a position will not behave childish like that. It only goes to show how empty he is. |

Newbielearner: Please note that you are responsible for your own decisions. I simply provided you with free information about what's currently working for some people.
1. Importation
There's almost nothing new about this.
Almost everyone knows 1688, AliExpress, etc.
Simply scout Jumia, Konga, AliExpress for the top selling products and import the ones you're sure people need (based on order volume and essentiality).
Don't import a product because you like it.
Afterwards, simply sell on Jumia, Konga for ease of delivery logistics, etc. You can subscribe for Jumia ads to jumpstart your business.
Alternatively, you can set up social media accounts to promote it.
Should you need products imported for you and you know how you can sell it, you can reach to me.
2. Online tapping for Gold mining:
You might have heard about a platform like this.
Lot's of people have withdrawn successfully from here. Returns are usually from 100%-200%
Sign up (reach out to me)
Task:
1.Simply recharge 2. Select your mining category 3.Tap receive between 4:30am-12pm everyday. 4.Withdraw to your bank account 5. Optional (refer and earn too).
3. Winery
This involves (as acclaimed) you selecting a wine category with it's duration and estimated returns. Usually returns are from 30%-440%
Task: 1. Recharge/Invest 2. Select your wine category (plan, sparkles, noir, gift, etc) 3. Tap to get returns from wine between 12am-11:59pm daily. 4. Withdraw to your bank account. USDT also applies (btc) 5. Optional referral
4. Make money by watching 30 seconds video daily.
This is as written above.
There's the free package and the paid package. The free package looks like substituting the data you used to watch videos for about just 10% returns
The paid package puts you on a monthly salary. However, you can withdraw daily.
You can as well earn a little from referrals
You can register and get started (reach out to me)
My recommendation is to apply the law of averaging. Meaning put something in all. Don't put all your eggs in one basket.
It's okay to resist investment schemes but you can be smart by working across cash flow quadrant: Employee - Self employed/sole proprietorship - Business Owner- Investor.
1. For importation, visit the website first. Then indicate here if you have any questions. 2. For others, you can reach out to me via my signature. Messages only please. I need clarity on winery, someone told me about it, how reliable is it? |

KingsCity: It doesn't make sense for subsidy and all it's corruption to be restored
What the government needs to do, and they ought to have done that already, is significantly increase salaries of employees and provide other reasonable palliatives (Not N5billion to each state and some trucks of rice!! What would the people do when they finish eating the rice?) to cusshion the effects of the removal.
Same day he announced subsidy removal, he ought to have announced wage increases. If subsidy is being removed and which is going to save the country trillions and benefit the country over the long term, it makes sense that a good chunk of that savings be applied to cushion the immediate harsh effects of the withdrawal immediately and up at least a year......Employees and businesses will eventually adjust but that will take some time...
PMS is not necessarily more expensive in Nigeria than elsewhere but wages & incomes in Nigeria are definitely very poor Does it mean you lack comprehension or you live outside Nigeria and outside of the realities in Nigeria? You are still here reciting the same brainwashed stanzas put forward by the corrupt government. Last time I checked, nnpc a government palastetal was the sole importer of fuel, and who's responsible for fuel subsidy. How come no one answered any question but they keep saying they are paying for what is not consumed? If government can't control it's employee, how responsible is that government? Like the author of this article asked, if government can't account for the subsidy money, how sure are you they will account for the the so called saved from subsidy remover? Our economy is fuel dependant and anything that affect fuel will have a ripple effect on every sector. You talked about increase in salaries, how many people are employed by government? A country where unemployment rate is more than 60% how will that help the economy? Do you expect private sector whose cost of production has increased astronomically because of this reckless government's decision to increase their employees wages? A government that's ready to remove subsidy must first of all make it's refineries work efficiently. You should be ashamed that Nigeria, one of OPEC top seven in the whole world can't refine her crude oil after more than 50 years of oil discovery. Again, any government that acts before thinking is only gambling with the citizens. Palliative is not an option, in fact, it's another avenue for corruption. Have you forgotten about COVID-19 palliatives saga already? |

greatiyk4u: This is the worst state of the nation address I have heard.
1. We are only told about how people stole Nigeria dry, but we're never told what will happen to them.
2. You know we are suffering under your administration, which means we were better off under those that were stealing the money under the subsidy regime.
3. There is so much about sharing money proposal without knowing how we are going to get better. Hmmm inflation looms with so much money in circulation
4. Nothing was said about the refineries, so what is the hope that the fuel is going down anytime soon or are we waiting for Dangote as our saviour?
5. So much rhetoric but nothing was said about public power or other sources of energy. No matter the amount of money you give to SMSEs if the operating environment with high energy consumption remains high, he may likely fail
6. Our roads are death traps nothing was said about its urgency.
7. This Government seems set to distribute money for their cronies using different schemes.
8. I see nothing new with other past administrations when it comes to bogus promises of helping farmers , increasing salaries of civil servants, and supporting SMSEs
9. Forex harmonisation is good but eventually it looks like we played into the world bank and IMF to devalue our currency. Don't we know those speculating the naira?
10. This administration seems not ready to deal with corruption headlong instead everything has been pushed to the citizens, especially to the poor Nigerians.
Is this the strategist Tinubu handlers tried to force us believe he is?.......to grab power is easier than effective use of it.
No wonder he said he will hit the ground running and keep running, ofcourse he hit the ground running by pushing many policies and ran away because he has no details on how to implent them.
THE PRODIGAL SON IN THE BIBLE DIDN'T RETURN HOME OUT OF LOVE FOR HIS FAMILY, HE SAW "SHEGE BANZA" and ran back home..... Nigerians across tribes and regions are now the judge under this inglorious regime
The success of every project is measured using success matrix viz; Quality Time Cost Sustainability There's no solution to any of the problems we are facing, he's only creating avenue to reward crannies. In the end, the money they will spend will be more than the said subsidy |

You will come across people who are able to afford good shelter, good cloths, good car, good education, good health care and so much more still complaining as if nothing good is going on in their lives.
The level of ingratitude by Nigerians is unspeakable. It is a norm to always complain no matter what.
As for me, am grateful and happy. Cheers no hard feelings. For the fact that an individual finds his way out doesn't mean the country is doing well, suffering and smiling sycophantically will not make things better either. A country that blessed beyond measure can not manage her resources, living a few unfathomably rich while the rest live in abject poverty. No security of life and property, no good health care facilities while politicians are enjoying medical tourism abroad. Nigeria is the only petroleum exporting country without a refinery, a country that can not pay minimum wage to workers but politicians are billions everyday. A country that said fuel subsidy is only going to few individuals pocket but can not name such individuals can not be serious. They are quick to point out how many tasks people are paying overseas but will never point to infrastructures, social amenities that those countries put in place. |
