The funniest thing is that this Fubara, with the way he moving, won't achieve any tangible thing for the people of Rivers before 2027.

We could all see his list of achievements 1 year into office was very pale compared to what Wike achieved. Development in Rivers has slowed down seriously.

I've really been interested in developing my own apps but I dont want to go into the stress of learning to do it from the dev ops angle. I'm looking at avoiding the coding side of the backend.

I'm looking at designing a Fintech app like Cowrywise or Piggyvest. Or, an app where people can learn how to do digital marketing online (with subscription modes)

Maybe not so complicated as Piggyvest but close... you get the idea, right?

Okay so, I want to know if there's any drag and drop mobile app builder out there I can begin to familiarise myself with.

I also want to know what minimal coding experience I need to have to make this work better for me. For example, I don't need to know any coding to work with WP... The only code I know are the ones I need. Nothing extra ..

I had met with a app developing service provider and they told me it's not something I can fully outsource especially since I'm working on a shoestring budget.

As the Crisis in Rivers State rages on, Gov. Similari Fubara Directing that the State High Court should give Orders to prevent the APC Led National Assembly to be restrained from performing its duty, has grossly violated the Section 11 (4) and (5) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended) and the next move is for the APC reps who are the Majority in the House of representative to present the matter formally to the APC led speaker and formally takeover the functions of the Rivers state Assembly as soon as possible, with over 162 APC reps, the overwhelming majority of the APC will see the Rivers crisis to a logical conclusion with no major opposition with the minority PDP in the house. for record purposes;

Section 11 (4) and (5) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended) gives instances the National Assembly can take over state House of Assembly until the challenge facing it is resolved.

Subsection (4) provides, “At any time when any House of Assembly of a state is unable to perform its functions because of the situation prevailing in that state, the National Assembly may make such laws for the peace, order and good government of that state concerning matters on which a House of Assembly may make laws as may appear.”

Subsection (5) reads, “For the purposes of subsection (4) of this section, a House of Assembly shall not be deemed to be unable to perform its functions as long as the House of Assembly can hold a meeting and transact business.”

However, given why the National Assembly cannot act in the crisis and take charge of the House of Assembly for now, Agbese disclosed that the conflict is yet to be presented before the Federal House.

Anything Peter Obi does, they come for him, they question him, they attack him.

My question is, election have come and gone...

Tinubu is the president, how come everyone, esp Reno, left out govt officials who are elected or appointed to make Nigeria better to be attacking Peter Obi. Will the attack against Obi improve the life of Nigerians, why is this becoming a national issue.

When Peter Obi was donating boreholes to communities, did he go there with police to force the communities to accept the borehole?
Did anyone member of the community come out to say that the borehole was built on his land without his permission?
Was Peter Obi given mosny by the current govt to build the borehole?
If you feel the borehole he donated is below standard, did he stop you and other politicians from building a better borehole for the community or other community.?
If you say obidients are making noise about a shabby borehole, let your political mentor build a better one then make noise about it, no one is stopping you.

If you are close to Obi or have his ears, advice him to hire savy political advisors. If he already did, tell him sack them all and hunt for new talents. And also tell him to limit his cho cho cho. For someone who performed abysmally as governor for 8 years, 80% of what he critisizes today, he did them and more during his tenure.
