I was surprised to se a Christmas gift from an Ukrainian woman marking 7th as Christmas for Ukraine Christians. This explains why.

That said, any day they chose to honour the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ is welcome. Its the event that's significant, not the day. Both days chosen to celebrate could be wrong. Heck, the calendar we use could be wrong.

Russia will match them in the air and in artillery
China will swarm them on land

Other countries joining in is an overkill. How will they fight the whole world?

USA is a superpower but their allies is much needed.

A shocking incident have been revealed has the Nigeria Customs Services discovered sets of Ammunitions in a truck in the North East Geopolitical zone of Nigeria.

The Ammunitions which were said to have been imported From France was reportedly found In a container Of Food which is Meant to convey food materials to Internally Displaced Persons camps In the North East

Recall that the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) are people who are forced to flee there homes by the Boko Haram insurgent in the North.
The question causing a bone of contention now is the source of the weapon, the manufacturer of the weapon, and the destination of the weapons.

Definately, something very close to War is smelling in Nigeria.

Below are the photos showing ammunitions from France which were found inside a container of food meant for the internally displaced persons IDPs in the North East.

A terrorist group according to their own laws.

Now if Iran designate Trump as a terrorist leader will his assassination be justified?

Was the USA in Iran to fight the Revolutionary Guard or to fight Isis?

It's a great disrespect to the sovereignty of Iraq to assassinate an Iranian diplomat in their country, leaving your main objective.

Who designates the USA generals as terrorists for war crimes in numerous countries?

USA was not in Iraq to target "enemies". USA was not officially at war against Iran. So why kill an high ranking diplomat in another country?

If a USA diplomat or commanding general was killed by Iran in Iraq, would the USA not retaliate? Trumps action was not the best for the country but what he feels is the best for his reelection and his impeachment.

His action begs for a retaliation. And a retaliation is sacrosant .

Printerscanner:
Tunde Bakare cannot become LG Chairman in South West. Maybe he can in North or South East, but definitely not South West because he has no political base. Tinubu currently determines where Yoruba votes go.

Tinubu was with Afenifere and they were in control of the six Yoruba States. When Afenifere backstabbed Tinubu by forming alliance with Obasanjo, Tinubu pulled out of Afenifere and formed Action Congress single handedly. Today, Tinubu is in control of five of the six traditional Yoruba States in addition to Kwara, Kogi and Edo while Afenifere is in still trying to have a say in only one (Oyo).

If Buhari and his Northern caucus decide to backstab Tinubu just as Afenifere did, Tinubu will pull out of alliance with Buhari and his brothers. Tinubu will go back to the drawing board and re-strategize. He has done it before, he can still do it again.

Since our return to democracy in 1999, Tinubu has not lost once, so it is not Tunde Bakare or Muhammadu Buhari that Tinubu will lose to.
Post this again without tears.

2023 will shock plenty of you. The shock will start during the primaries.

‘I apologize and have learned my lesson…’ – US Journalism Professor Kperogi moans for spreading fake news

Farooq Kperogi, the US-based journalist and media scholar who was reported yesterday byParkchester Times for spreading fake news about Boko Haram Massacre in Nigeria, has apologized to the public via his Facebook timeline.

In his lengthy note tagged 'My Story about this Fake Photo’, Kperogi accepted he was emotionally carried away by the picture, and that led to his careless and swift lapse of judgement, which he regretted that it gave room for supporters of President Muhamadu Buhari to nail him.

‘This photo you see here touched me deeply, so I shared it on Twitter, where I am now more active…,’ said Kperogi.

‘I thought the photo was real. It turned out, however, that it was screenshot from a Hausa movie and had nothing to do with the current massacre of our soldiers by Boko Haram terrorists,’ added the Associate Professor of Journalism and Emerging Media.

Kperogi further claimed that he couldn’t detect that the photo was fake because he had never watched any Hausa movies before, and that he was misled by those who had shared it before him on Twitter.

‘I have never watched a Hausa movie in my entire life, so I have no familiarity with the faces of the actors in the photo. My reverse image search didn’t yield any result that indicated that the photo was from a Hausa movie. Plus, the poor quality of the photo convinced me that it was inexpertly shot from a grainy video,’ said Kperogi.

‘Before sharing it, I did a quick reverse image search, but the images I got led me to other shares on Twitter,’ Kperogi added.

Having apologized for spreading the fake news, Kperogi noted that he had learned his lesson, which perhaps would strengthen him to carefully continue to fight for justice, most especially, for Nigerians.

‘I apologize and have learned my lesson, but I won't relent in my struggle for a better Nigeria,’ Kperogi concluded.

Krerogi is a known propagandist
Stick to what point? Is there a point? He was sent the information, he deleted and apologized the next day after he got new information by Dasukis family.

If your Lord Buhari did not keep dasuki incommunicado for years in defiance of court orders, will there be speculations?

Its a coincidence that the Christmas period coincides with the end of year and festive period. Many pple celebrating Christmas are not "Christians" in the religious term of things.

Ideally, every religious celebration has its purpose, and the mood follows the purpose. You don't call out your religion because you are not having "fun" during the religious event. Was the event meant for fun?

Christmas represents a celebration of the birth of Christ. The mood carries on into the end of the year.

After you undergo a Christian dry fasting and prayer lets see if you come out with fun with the kind of mentality you have.

Christianity EtcRe: Why Do Christians Hype Jesus More Than God by tempest01(m): 1:39pm On Dec 25, 2019
We don't hype Jesus.

We worship God through Jesus. God has elevated his son Jesus to his right hand side. He is the link between us and God. God has given his Son all powers upon his resurrection.

Hebrew 1
1God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; 3Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; 4Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
5For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
6And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
7And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
8But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

Hebrews 1:9
You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, Your God, has anointed You above Your companions with the oil of joy."

God has given power to the name Jesus, and we call on the name in our times of need.

Philippians 2:10-11 New King James Version (NKJV)
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

There is a need for a Godly presence with us else we go astray. Even when Jesus had to leave the earth, the Holy Spirit was sent to be a continuing presence with us. Everything is to the glory of God.

PoliticsRe: Sowore: Between Facts And Fiction by tempest01(m): 10:23pm On Dec 08, 2019
presidency:
STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE

SOWORE: BETWEEN FACTS AND FICTION

The Presidency notes some of the insinuations in the media about the arrest by the Department of State Services (DSS) of the agitator, Omoyele Sowore.

The DSS does not necessarily need the permission of the Presidency in all cases to carry out its essential responsibilities that are laid down in the Nigerian Constitution – which was the foundation for the restoration of democracy in our country in 1999.

However, it should not surprise anyone who has followed his actions and words that Sowore is a person of interest to the DSS.

Sowore called for a revolution to overthrow the democratically elected government of Nigeria.

He did so on television, and from a privileged position as the owner of a widely read digital newspaper run from the United States of America.

He founded an organisation, Revolution Now, to launch, in their own words, “Days of Rage”, with the publicised purpose of fomenting mass civil unrest and the elected administration’s overthrow.

No government will allow anybody to openly call for destabilization in the country and do nothing.

Mr. Sowore is no ordinary citizen expressing his views freely on social media and the internet.

He was a presidential candidate himself, who ran – and lost – as the flag bearer of the African Action Congress (AAC) in the February 23 general elections.

Nigeria's democracy was a long time in the making, and was achieved after decades of often harsh, military-led overthrows of government: the kind of situation Sowore was advocating.

To believe in and desire armed revolution is not normal amongst 'human rights activists', as Sowore has been incorrectly described.

Again, it is no surprise that he should be a person of interest to the DSS.

Nigeria is already dealing with an insurgency that has left millions of people displaced and desperate in the northeastern region of our country.

The Boko Haram militants, who are behind the violence, also fancy themselves to be fighting for some sort of revolution.

Nigerians do not need another spate of lawlessness and loss of lives all in the name of 'revolution', especially not one that is orchestrated by a man who makes his home in far away New York – and who can easily disappear and leave behind whatever instability he intends to cause, to wit, Nnamdi Kanu.

This is a matter for the DSS, acting under its powers.

Garba Shehu
Senior Special Assistant to the President
(Media & Publicity)
December 8, 2019
This is the rubbish Garba can think of as an explanation to the unprecedented nonsense that occurred in the court.

Instead of advising the figure head government to take decisive action and leadership for once to tell the cabal making decisions to tell the DSS to release Sowore at once.

In their mind they have released a good counter statement, and they've contacted friendly elements to push it to the front page.

Lalasticlala, other side of the story.

Emotions and sentiments apart;

First, sincerely when I watched the video yesterday I was confused. I didn't see any persona that looked like a DSS officer. I've once had an 'encounter' with DSS officers.
They escorted the corpse of a federal icon from Abuja to our village for burial. They arrived early in the night, witnessed the burial, shot guns in the air and drove off.

It was an intimidating experience. They were so organised and gallant. Their men were heavily built and their guns were sophisticated. No one in that video is similar to the typical DSS officer in my imagination.

Secondly, the word REVOLUTION that Sowore used is enough crime against him. I'm almost certain that if someone tried a tenth of such in the US he would be corpse in less than a month. Or at least be undead in Guantanamo.

Note: I'm opened to objective counter-arguments. If you rationally, objectively and politely debate my points then I'll listen to you. I'm willing to engage in intellectual debates.

But if all you have is insults and curses then expect no response from me.

Thanks for reading.
