Driver licence works....first, you'll have to take a test. You have to get 24 out of 30 questions (need to confirm). if you have original license, it will be taken from you,.and verified. If it is original, a class 7 learners license will be given to you. According to your experience, it will be decided if you have to take a full class 5 or a class 5 GDL license road test. After a successful road test, your licence will be updated.

The NNPC recruitment is one example, where i personally went through the process till i was invited for interview in 2015. No connect, nothing. Buhari came in, used secret codes to recruit his kin and cronies. Till today, nothing.
