Obesity is an epidemi in Nigeria.Big bum bum or big Nyash is just large fat hanging down there.Women don't be fooled that this is beauty.Most women are dying of fat-related diseases like diabetes, hypertension,heart failure etc.Even men too.
The nollywood industry and other celebrities, priests,skit makers etc must use their podium to sensitize Nigerians and begin a fitness revolution.
How many more shall die?Soon there won't be any videos to watch again if the deaths continue.
Events like Lagos or Abuja marathon or other running competitions should be starter.This is common in the west where celebrities take part in such competitions to promote a healthy lifestyle.Very rare we find this in Nigeria.

He is a physically fit rich man unlike in Nigeria.How many middle class or rich Nigerian male or female can one see with that kind of physique?Very rare.And l mean both home and abroad - based Nigerians.

I don't understand why plastic bags are given out for free when one buys something at the stores.The states must enact laws that makes it mandatory for shop owners, traders, market women etc to begin to sell plastic bags and never give them out for free when people purchase items.
Plastic bags are found everywhere in the country because people get them for free when they purchase goods or other items.We will start to find a clean environment when people begin to buy a plastic bag for 10 or 20 Naira per piece.
