You are wrong. Jesus clearly Said that not one jot or title of The Law was removed.

The Primary Giver of the Law is God and He is the only One who could modify the law. Therefore, Jesus says BUT I SAY TO YOU...

On the Law of Retribution, every man/human have the Right to demand Justice for any infringement. If I choose retribution, it is within my Rights, and if I choose to let go and forgive, it is well within my Rights.

Let us apply these laws.

If an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall be quit. But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it has been testified to his owner, and he has not kept him in, but that he has killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death."

This Law of Retribution was Abolished by Jesus

Tafsir Ibn Kathir Qur'an 2:178-179
The reason behind this statement is that (the Jewish tribe of) Banu An-Nadir invaded Qurayzah (another Jewish tribe) during the time of Jahiliyyah (before Islam) and defeated them. Hence, (they made it a law that)
1. when a person from Nadir kills a person from Quraizah, he is not killed in retaliation, but only pays a hundred Wasq of dates.
2. However, when a person from Quraizah kills a Nadir man, he would be killed for him.
3. If Nadir wanted (to forfeit the execution of the murderer and instead require him) to pay a ransom, the Quraizah man pays two hundred Wasq of dates ﴿double the amount Nadir pays in Diyah (blood money)
﴾. So Allah commanded that justice be observed regarding the penal code, and that the path of the misguided and mischievous persons be avoided, who in disbelief and transgression, defy and alter what Allah has commanded them.

The Wisdom Of Allah's Law Of Retribution (A BAD copy Of the Law Of Moses)?

In the Bible at the time of Moses when the Law of Retribution was in Effect, the Law of an Eye for an Eye was applied as a means of enacting equity in justice for offences.
It is interesting to note that Jesus CANCELLED this Law of Retribution of Moses in Mat 5:38-42:

But as we a know, Mohammed COPIED everything that fancies him from the Jews, Christians, Folklores etc.

He made the mistake of Copying the Law of Retribution and Attributed it to Allah as Usual by putting it in the Qur'an.

Unfortunately, Mohammed or Allah misapplied it in a TERRIBLE format.

Jibreel (AS) is the first created being of Allah. He was created before heaven and hell as stated in the hadith recorded in Bukhari.

He is the archangel who acts as intermediary between God and humans and as bearer of revelation to the prophets, most notably to Muhammad.

The Messiah was prophesied to be both a Suffering Servant and a King. This is an everlasting kingdom.

Look through translations of this verse in other translations of the meaning of the Quran.

لِأَهَبَ (li-ahaba) has English meanings from Wouldn't buy, I'd give, to give, ignite, burning etc.

You translate and ignore رَبِّكِ rabbika (from your lord) who is the one that has the power to create.

Look up Tafsir 97:4

Sayyidna Anas ؓ narrates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When the Night of Qadr occurs, Jibra'il (علیہ السلام) descends on the earth with a huge throng of angels and all of them pray for every servant of Allah, man or woman, busy in salah or dhikr, to be blessed by Allah.
Jibril is referred to as Ruh or ruh ul Qudus

I am saying that your translators are not reliable. They lie through their teeth in promoting Dawa and your Deen. This is why you should look at exactly what the Qur'an is saying NOT what tafsir or hadiths or translators wish the Qur'an would say.
