LegalWolf:LegalWolf, It seems your prophet was composing the Qur'an by hearsay! No wonder, the Jews asked him "How about the spirit?" Till tomorrow, we are still expecting the answer The questions were extremely simple and he's been having epileptic fits since The Quiz Begins 1. Jesus is said to be the Messiah in the Qur'an. What does the term Messiah mean? 2. Since the Jews reject Jesus as the Messiah, HOW from the Qur'an do Muslims know that Jesus is the Messiah? 3. What is The Name of the Wife of Adam in the Qur'an? 4. From the Qur'an, What is the name of the Mother of Ismael? 5. How do Muslims know that the mother of Ismael was a concubine of Ibrahim? 6. What is this narration in Qur'an 5:27-33 referring to ? Who were the two sons of Adam and why was the sacrifice of only one accepted? Qur'an 5:27-33 But recite unto them with truth the tale of the two sons of Adam, how they offered each a sacrifice, and it was accepted from the one of them and it was not accepted from the other. (The one) said: I will surely kill thee. (The other) answered: Allah accepteth only from those who ward off (evil). Note: For each question, state the supporting verse of the Qur'an. Thanks you |

Kobojunkie:So Jesus was on the cross overnight AND Jesus was crucified on the Sabbath Thank you |
Kobojunkie:I guess you think Jesus was crucified on Monday? And he rose from the dead on Tuesday? Since all you know about to do is tear down, please let's hear your own. It must take care of 1. The parable of Noah (3days and 3 nights) 2. The Women going to his empty tomb on early morning first day of the week 3. Why the women had to go to anoint Jesus for burial 3days after death rather than immediately before burial. Don't force the scriptures into what it didn't say |
The day of Preparation was NOT a Holy day. It was the day preceding the Sabbath (for preparing for the sabbath.). The Jewish NEW day starts from EVENING. Thus for a Weekly Sabbath, the Sabbath Day will start from Friday EVENING and run up to Saturday EVENING. Kobojunkie:Jesus was crucified and buried on the day of Sabbath preparation which was Thursday. Jesus died at about 3pm High Sabbath was from Thursday Evening to Friday Evening, therefore Jesus was buried before evening on Thursday Jesus was buried Just before Thursday Evening High Sabbath (Thursday Evening to Friday Evening) Weekly Sabbath (Friday Evening to Saturday Evening) Sunday Morning Resurrection (Saturday Evening to Sunday Morning) Two Sabbaths in a ROW made it impossible for the Women to annoint Jesus (according to Jewish burial customs) till SUNDAY MORNING! Thursday Evening, Friday Evening and Saturday Evening = THREE NIGHTS Friday Morning, Saturday Morning, Sunday Morning =THREE DAYS |
V7place:Jesus was crucified on Thursday morning! He was buried before evening on Thursday (day of Preparation)! Friday was a High Sabbath! Saturday was Weekly Sabbath! Jesus rose up Early Sunday Morning! Sunday was the first available day that the Women could anoint Jesus as they couldn't do it on Thursday as Jewish day starts from the Evening. Let's have a Quiz for Muslims in this special time of Ramadan! All the questions are about personalities written in the Qur'an. Six Questions in all and a prize of N100,000 will be given to any one who correctly answered CORRECTLY according to rule at least 3 Questions out of 6 AIM: To test if the Qur'an alone (the perfect words of Allah) is sufficient as a guide to understanding the book. RULE: The only rule is that Questions must be answered strictly from what Allah has said in the Qur'an. Why? a. The Qur'an is the perfect words of Allah sent to Arabs first and then to the whole world b. The Qur'an has replaced the earlier revealed scriptures such as the Taurat, the Injeel, the Zabura which have ALL been corrupted and thus unreliable (this is as far as Muslims are concerned). Let the Quiz Begin 1. AntiChristian:You are the one who brought up the issue of synecdoche or metonymy, therefore it is you who should convince us with RELEVANT and SIMILAR examples. You are doing this to escape your dilemma! 1. Was Allah Tempting the Angels with Shirk? It was obvious that all the Angels commited Shirk except Iblis 2. You've not presented which verse is more prescice. Qur'an 2:34 And when We said unto the OR Qur'an 2:34 And when We said unto the angels : Prostrate yourselves before Adam, they fell prostrate, all save Iblis. He demurred through pride, and so became a disbeliever. It looks like what should have been simple had been made complicated. Now we are looking for the elusive synecdoche and metonymy |
LegalWolf:The demons of Islam don't die easily even when their hearts are pierced with the sword of truth. What are you AFRAID of!? Explain How the Samaritans came out of Egypt with Moses then? What is so difficult with this? |
