Kobojunkie: The reason why John described one temple as being in heaven while he made no such reference of the kind as far as the other is probably because the one is the temple here on earth which God intends to have rebuilt during the resurrection whereas the other, the temple in Heaven is a reference to another temple which is located in heaven. Why is it difficult to adopt exactly what the scriptures say clearly. All I see is you trying to fit the bible into your doctrine.
The book of John had been consistent that both the temple and the throne are in heaven. Moreover, the final nail on this coffinSpeaking about the New Jerusalem on earth Rev 21:22: "And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it."No temple sir |

2. Revelations 15 should provide you with the answer you need to this. Are you discarding the statements of both scriptures below about the location of the throne? Rev 4:2: "And immediately I was in the Spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne." Rev 16:17: "And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done."Revelation 15 also concur that the throne is in heaven Rev 15:1 "And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. Rev 15:5And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:" Nowhere was the earth referenced in Rev 15 |

Kobojunkie: Not trying to hold brief for the other, but both 144,000 and the multitude stood before God's throne right here on earth — none of them were in heaven at the time described by John in Revelations 7, and yes, at the time of the resurrection, God's throne will be visible from right here on earth. John reveals that He will be worshipped from right here on earth, day and night by the multitude. Can you therefore confirm and concur that around this throne, 1. The LAMB was here on EARTH and 2. The Angels were here on EARTH and 3. The Elders were here on EARTH and 4. Janosky: Did your own Bible begin at Revelation 7 verse 9 & ended in verse 11? No !
Sitting on throne signify rulership? Yes Did your Bible say the Multitudes were in heaven? No !
Did your Bible says the Multitude were sitting on the throne? No! Jesus said the 144000 were his co-rulers,, Priests &kings, Revelation 5:10 & Revelation 1:5-6.
You desperately cleave to Revelation 7:9-11 to base your doctrine whereas 1 Chronicles 29:23 and Revelation 7:9-11 is strictly about the same throne of God.
King Solomon sitting on God's throne is strong evidence that the Multitudes "standing before the throne" does NOT IN ANYWAY validate your claim about Revelation 7:9-11.

So both those in heaven and on earth will feel God's presence just as the angels, elders, four living creatures and 144,000 will see God directly in heaven, the great crowd (multitude) will also see God with the eyes of their minds as He answers our prayers instantly! Janosky: The same throne in Revelation 7:9-11 is the same throne in Revelation 14:1-3 and the same throne in 1 Chronicles 29:23. The location of the throne is not an issue.
The difference: The location of the Multitude is different from the location of the Harpers/Angels. Revelation 7:9-10, the Multitudes are NOT in heaven.
In Revelation 7:11, the angels are not on earth.
Revelation 14:1-3 John wrote:
And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: and they sung as it were a new song before the throne"
The Harpers are in heaven singing a new song before the throne. Both of them are in God's presence that's what it means but the four living creatures makes a difference because the four living creatures are in heaven each standing at the right, left, front and back of God's heavenly throne {Ezekiel 1:1-11} only the 144,000 are in the same place with the four living creatures! Revelations 14:3 That's why it's logical to conclude that only the 144,000 will go to heaven. Janosky: Oga be honest to yourself. @ Revelation 7:9-11, did your own Bible say that the Multitudes are in heaven? You are TWISTING the holy scriptures.
Take note of this DETAIL highlighting the difference between Rev 14:1-3 & Rev 7:9-11.
"And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: [b][colo]and they sung as it were a new song before the throne"
The Harpers are in heavenly dwellers singing before the throne.
Did Revelation 7:9-11 say the voice Multitudes came from heaven? Answer: No! Not at all.
Did Revelation 7:9-11 say the Multitudes are dwelling in heaven? Answer: No !
Do angels and spirits in heaven owe their salvation to Jesus Christ? No,not at all. NEVER!
Let's Use a bible reference to answer your question. When the sinner in Luke chapter 18 bow his head in prayer to God & the voice of Harpers in heaven giving worship.
Are the Harpers in heaven and the sinner on earth bowing to different God on two different thrones?
No ! Check again in REDTenQ: Your claim is that ONLY the 144,000 will be in heaven. I have showed you that the Multitudes are ALSO in heaven. That is why you want to redefine heaven as the presence of God.

Rev 14:1-3: "And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with him a hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads. And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: and they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth."
Here is the Multitudes ALSO before the THRONE.
Rev 7:9-11: "After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; and cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. So if you have another meaning take that with you and your fellow worshipers we have our own interpretation and it's God's presence not a literal throne! Did I not show you that the THRONE is the same for both the 144,000 and the Multitudes? TenQ: Your claim is that ONLY the 144,000 will be in heaven. I have showed you that the Multitudes are ALSO in heaven. That is why you want to redefine heaven as the presence of God.

And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: and they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth."Here is the Multitudes ALSO before the THRONE.Rev 7:9-11: "After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; and cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,"Are these TWO different THRONEs? |

MaxInDHouse: Why is it that you don't want to talk about the account of the original twelve tribes of Israel as found at Exodus 1:1-5?
The throne of God means God's presence. Revelations 22:1-2
So if God is with them {Revelations 21:3 compare to Ezekiel 37:27} then anywhere they're standing whether in heaven or on earth is God's presence! Exodus 3:5 Your claim is that ONLY the 144,000 will be in heaven. I have showed you that the Multitudes are ALSO in heaven. That is why you want to redefine heaven as the presence of God.
