This are the things I saw on the internet after reading several topics about the same problems on honda Civics timing belt could have skipped a tooth and thrown the timing off clogged injector or low fuel pressure due to bad fuel pump bad spark plugs and coil packs or bad cables Wrong spark plugs do not use NGK or DENSO which are copper plugs. Bad engine ground wire or bad battery terminal connection Clogged catalyst converter / bad oxygen senso Bad Head gasket Check compression, fuel pressure, egr operation, vaccum leaks from the intake gasket, carbon buildup throughout, injector wiring, 9. And somone else Catalyc Converter got damaged due to this engine flashing. and misfiring. Most likely need to change plugs, coils and the cables. Recommended to buy coil packs and cables and new spark plugs |
@Feliz I beg leave me oh! Some people just dey lie lie na. Marriage no be sweet thing na wan kain boring thing no like them bobo you go spend all your life savings do one dey ceremony oh. Or maybe I'm incapable of being in love or just make i keep my mouth shut. I found out i have stalkers on nairaland. Same union na like stale mate. |
Use the REGISTRY please. I'm not into religion though. I advice you use registry or just do traditional marriage. And be very careful; I hope you guys can manage with condoms only. |
Yup thats when you are still in love and all that. I'm not allowed to wear boxers and tank tops downstairs though as the man. I still do I dont care she complains about that back then. Its hot in naija and boxers or shorts are way comfortable with tank tops. My windows are always open upstairs I dont think anyone can see. I look around once in a while though. But I'm not the type to go drawing the curtains etc. Only when I think its important or suspicious. I used to do the this cloth is to revealing thing a little bit but not anymore. Now I'm indifferent. Wont mind sharing self. |
THanks sultaan HEre is the coil that keeps burning or maybe I'm buying semi dead COILS and putting it in the car http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/sku/Honda/Civic/Beck_Arnley/Ignition_Coil/2006/EX/4_Cyl_1-dot-8L/BEC1788393.html?intcmpid=Product+Listings+Best+Seller Ok I'll upload pictures

Check engine blinking now , even when the engine is IDLE. I beg who get time to import care partrs. Who go buy Honda Civic no pricing N1.2m I beg. The thing clean die but ENGINE CHECK dey blink |
I made one of the most super mistakes of my life and bought this Honda Civic in May. I did little tweaks as usual when you just got a car but since then. I've been changing COILS. SPARK COILS that powers or send charge to the SPARK PLUGS. This things cost $15k each 4 cylinder engine. Later was adviced to down grade it to Civic 2002 sparks those are cheaper and said to be stronger still they all got blown up or shoot as the local mechanics say. Then moved to Honda Babyboy COILS those are bad too now. I'm tired of this fixes. We've diagnosed it several times and it one time said brainbox on some machine and another said the COLD START and one mech was about the FUEL PUMP which we just replaced too. The main problem is that it starts to blink ENGINE CHECK and it wont move or RAISE fully. Jerks. Whenever its about to start the problem it starts blinking ENGINE CHECK and wont move. I need a competent mechanic. I've tried 3 already. Please help I no mind sell this car self. ANybody buy cars in this state. It can't even leave home now. |
Thats the way it is . Have you noticed on Turkish airline when you are going to other destination the kits you get in the airplane looks and feel better than the one you get when you going LOS or leaving LOS? But then I don see wan Igbo guy they steal blankets and all sorts of small things inside plane put for hand luggage. |
Small country that looks like a village in Oshogbo compared to most developed nations. Its either to be groupd as a third world or developing country. With nothing modern as such. Boring people and boring mostly if you go to the North side (Turkish Republic of North Cyprus) Note: Republic of Cyprus and TRNC are different. It will be very difficult to intergrate/ fit into the society because the Norths are like Arabs born Muslims and they dont really relate with 'BLACKS'. If you are Syrian, Egyptian, Lebanese, Uranian, and North African you will blend in easy they have been seeing such immigrants since way back and more ready for people like that. But for a student that lives on campus its a nice place. Such student will have no problems. And student should be 17yrs or there about. For adults its not a place to be. 17 to graduate 21 yrs old and move somewhere else or go back to Nigeria. Nigeria is a better place than Cyprus. Abuja fine pass the whole country. And the population of the whole country na 1 city for Nigeria. They in North side they have electricity though but sometimes once in a month there is BLACKOUT for 1 to 2hours. I've experience black out 3 times. Its good for 1 week tourist visit. Not to live. Even most eyinbo's just go for few weeks. Unless you are old like 70years old and looking for a place to retire and die thats cheaper than the rest of proper EU or Britain. |
I enjoyed my stay. Transportation depends on state. I was in Curitiba where most of the people use public transport which is very nice and reliable. So it depends on where you stay. I dont visit the Favela's i'm of the believe that to visit the ghettos I have to understand Portuguese well. I didn't / dont find Portuguese language as difficult. Or maybe I'm just quick to learn it |
I applied abroad / EU and paid $85 for the visa. Ticket around $1.3k. That shit about BTA dont exist anymore all you need is make sure you have international credit cards. I had travel insurance too. Cos I read a lot of dirty story about Rio and Sau Paulo. But I didn't even spend more than a night in Sao Paulo and I was off to another city. Beautiful place, beautiful people. I would like to shar epictures but not ready to start compressing picture to 200kb like nairaland would only accept |
Yes , light and darkness combo. It rocks. Dodgy pastors. |
How could you all forget Cross Border (Internet) Frauds & Drug Trafficking? Or prostitute exports from Benin? Tt all counts. Most scammers, drug dealers and prostitutes send money back home/invest them in Nigeria. While the politicians export the country's wealth. They seldom invest in Nigeria because of fear of loosing the so-called asset. No bashing I"m just being real. Not condoling crime and sh(t but in someways thumbs up to those hustlers in some ways. |
Yes they should start implementing special tax for out of state citizens. I see in the state that for example if you are not from the same state you want to attend college your tuition is different. They should start letting real Lagosians have the sense of belonging. All those hausa/fulani beggars should be deported too. And the database is very important; its important to build database for the state and monitor the traffic. If possible make we they give them visa self. It takes 3hours to drive to anywhere in Lagos now. And this happened too quick it wasn't this worse growing up. Last 10 years has been huge inflow of immigrants. Other states governors should try and work on their states and create opportunity for their people they're draining out Lagos resources. Development should be widespread not just few cities |
Ok right. Well I'm there now. I may just share some pictures. I was in Sao Paulo for one night. And headed for Curitiba , I didn't take a pictures in Sao Paulo cos I was tired after the almost 14hrs flight from Istanbul. Just went straight up for the hotel thing and was out in the morning. Brazil is really beautiful , I like the people. Even though they dont speak English yet very friendly and try to help you with whatever you wanna do. So far those are the type of people I've been meeting , though I wont stray far from central cities and tourist regions. Spending 10 days , 4th night already. |
Macbook Pro (Last long , and the charger dont get burnt easily , May to October in naija nepa blew it twice it smoked and still continued working, i think the battery life depreciated because my notebook is always plugged and i dont switch it off. For one year now I' not sure I've ever switched off my Macbook). I dont use internet on mobile phones that much so I'm just a computer person. Like to click, use mouse and type fast, than using small gadgets. yeah I have an Iphone 4 with a battery that sucks so I wouldn't surf with it than just receive calls and sms |
Well I once personally told a girl "I will like to be you mugu" , I didn't care if she saw me as one or if her friends or my friends did, I'm spending and dont want anything back because I'm happy spending. And now that I have kids , I'm super mugu to them. You can tell when they request for unnecessary things or just trying to scope you. But I've been there; done that |
yup when i visited southy for WC heita - friend or a southie ruddy depending on context holla holla, sure sure - greeting amala - drugs freetown sierria leonne they speak creole very similar to nigerian pidgin left - leave me alone (lol) Cant think of more for now. As a lot have been said already. Though most are general street slangs that have been globalized amongst nigerians. cos when you call your paddie in yankee he uses them. you then receive a call from jand etc so slangs float around |
I said Nigerians I know for a reason (you probably know people that wear them second and cloths and bras). YOu need hear some of these fuckers generalize Africans you will be supper depressed. I was in a city in cyprus called Girne and saw a news paper title AFRICA the logo had the AFR"I"CA the I as a standing baboon/monkey. Filipinos are f.cking cheap. And a lot of this countries are poorer than Nigeria or not so different! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_%28nominal%29 |
1. Take her to the nearest psychiatrist I'll recommend a public hospital where the bills will be cheap and near because of transportation and all. Plead with her to understand with you she needs counseling. Don't really tell her its a psychiatrist because she might start telling you she is not "crazy" and why would she need such service. 2. Make sure you stay at your job and try to keep your job so you can have continuous inflow of cash no matter how small it is. What part of the country are you? Lagos? 3. Remove your picture from this post Send me an email majormediainc at gmail dot com there are something I would like to discuss with you privately. And by the way I'm atheist. I apply logic to solving my problems or any problems I encounter. So live good and spiritualism out of this. In life some people are just better positioned or opportuned by combination of multiple decisions taken in their lives. Better to start than never. |
THis is what I do / have I have a savings and a current/checking account So I do internal transfer into my current whenever i wanna transfer money to third party or other banks. And now gtb can transfer instantly to other banks namely zenith, skye, firstbank, diamond, sterling. But still you have to transfer from your current account and token is required. As for deposit you can receive via online, cash deposit, and other means of transfer. And still can receive if you have a merchant account with interswitch on your website where payment goes through the interswitch gateway to your account. The mastercard works awesome abroad too so no more need for buying dollar. Though sometimes when I check my account the conversion rate no be beans. But its still very good that I can have access to my money anywhere in the world |
@ryhmz Filipinos are cheap people na. Dont ever compare those people to yourself or the average Nigerian I know |
North Cyprus is not that open society! Very closed minded people with stereotype views of Nigerian. I have lived in the town of Famagusta for say 3months on and off. Like visit Nigeria in between. I'm there now to see some friends before heading out again. Shopping and lifestyle is very expensive down to the food. There is no JOB! I repeat no jobs! Or say the chances of you getting a job is minimal. You will always need support from home! Precises of commodity is expensive compared to anywhere in the WORLD! Because 1 there is no free flow of product into the country. THe country's got UN sanctions and all that everything as to go through Turkey which is the only country that recognizes TRNC. And I'm telling you this from living in the town. Not from school boys living in the hostel and that never paid electricity of $100 a month! OR $40 for water in some places. If you stay only in the campus you might not really notice the behavior or attitude of the people. But then for real the place is not a developed country. It got stalked to 1973 when they fought war. No single shopping mall or skyscraper, big business or departmental stores. They even have a bootleg MacDonalds called BIGMAC which have just been shutdown. Same be careful shopping too they sell bootleg items. Mostly fake!!!! ANd the original stuffs are x 10 in price. Yes because of importation tax things are expensive. But honeslty the schooling system is better than Nigeria. So if you are just there to school you should do good. And better to just live cheap in the campus. Alchohol not allowed on campus. 1 pack of cigaret goes for around 7TL say 700 naira. That can help you cut your cigarette habits into half lol They have very poor cuisine. So make sure you come with food stuffs down to dried meats. If you have seen good life in jand, yankee or germany or even south Africa dont come this way. Its only for kids that just got outta high school straight up to college and getting money from home. This is straight up word no sugar coating and no bashing. The reality on ground. And yes its a Muslim puppet state by Turkey. And they can't join the eu or the south side till turkey troops lives the Island. As a 10 days tourist it could be fun but anything longer than that is super boredom Thats just my 2 cents |
@frank are u in sao paulo? |
Who remembers Edet's brother I think Mike the one that went to Jand and send picture of him and his friends in the snow? Shit I need go get those books when I get to naija and scan some pages here. We need archive this books. Wow great memories. But then we started this trend of "You mess" which is like 'Your mama" You mess agbo fly gate! You mess Caterpillar wear pant |
Thats only $100 bucks! I have a Konvict & Ed Hardy jeans for about that price. Most of my Jeans are from $80. And got an Evisu for about $150+ there about. Can't recall how much I bought the True Religions jeans I never really wear plus I bought that one in Naija which must be over priced already. For my regular dress pants I have a guy who is not doing bad that tailors them according to my specs and gets only 3.5k for that. It all depends on taste. But expensive dont always mean they look good or fit well. i.e I have cloths i paid a lot for that I dont wear either the fit or just dont feel comfortable in them. And I have cheap ones that are my favorite I wear them like every time like I have no other clothsBut I like cloths that give me confidence. And that is not being worn by the world not same shit on everybody. And I hate to smell generic too ![]() |
First of all this dude is super whack. Can they post their pictures on their profile for us to see? 190 and Cork? It ain't even funny I see people like this everyday and its not something to laugh about. Its mostly stress and malnutrition that gives the red eye. And ugly look. As far as I'm concern nobody is really ugly. You should rather see the Nigerian girl as exortic ![]() 1. I dont think its the same with people living off the major cities (like outskirts or other non popular states) in Nigeria like Lagos where there is durst everywhere. Truly when I come back home it doesn't take a week for my electronics to start getting brown. Something I've been using abroad for months. I hate it when it happens to my iphone/ipad earpiece I can't even take them out like that. I have to use the hand wash a lot too. 2. What you expect when majority of the people live under $2 a day? To me this are the strongest people. Half of the eyinbo + akata population will commit suicide and there will be civil unrest under this conditions. Libyans weren't suffering like Nigerians yet they still revolted. 3. I got bored replying |
Nope he got the greatest idea / inspiration when he was about to die. And it was a wow idea. Thats it. But couldn't just jot it down or say it for his development team to work on. Nothing like heaving unless you hallucinating or on drugs |
Yes now! He's into business. And you can actually ask what it will cost you to preorder yours etc. I see pre-order funeral shit in news papers when I visited south Africa. They advertise caskets and burial and things like that everyday in the paper. I was just wondering what the murder rate would be in that country to have funeral houses with buses big offices and things |
Take out the 26m. Keep 6million safe for lawyer invest the rest. Then when bubble burst start going to court , I go pay no dey go jail. You will pay installmentally later from your investments |

either the fit or just dont feel comfortable in them. And I have cheap ones that are my favorite I wear them like every time like I have no other cloths
