Being motivated is a good thing... But, doing things the right way is equally as important.

Did you undergo any training on this - before venturing into it? If not - why not contact the OP and get tutored a bit.

It also helps to run through at least page 1 - 2000 of this thread (there's value in it).

- You'd learn from the questions of others.
- You'd also see some "beginner" mistakes and learn from them.

Solely for the purpose of motivation I have attached screenshots of my first year in domaining. And the first sales I made.

I stumbled on this thread, took the OP's training - and began domaining.

I made my errors and learned from them.

There's a lot of educational motivation and critique in the earlier parts of this thread - you should do well to read them.

To the glory of God - I have seen growth. My earnings this year is roughly 5times my year 1.

Currently (2023) - I am still very much a newbie in domaining, but I now make a decent number of sales every month and average between $1-$2k monthly. Strictly through outbounding.

Apologies for the long essay - but, if it is motivation you want - I have shared my journey with you.

There are folks with more exciting domaining stories to tell on this very thread. I urge them to please share...

Point of correction, the office they are holding belongs to PDP, so if they are leaving they have to vacate the office, you can't take what belongs to PDP and give it to APC.

If the court declare your seat vacant, you can see redress in the court of law and not taking laws into your own hands

No2 - Why gravel? Close eye buy granite, on the long run, its the better option
No3 - Why is he using SOFT SAND? - and that rate is very cheap for it to be SHARP SAND. - Buy sharp sand but I expect it to be more than the 20k he wrote down.

No4 - The only workmanship I think is HIGH, is the setting to Level @N300k (but that depends on the details of what he's doing) - ie if it includes him doing the lintels and rebar works inclusive, then its not HIGH again.

OVERALL - He's not trying to dupe you BUT I'll advice you have a supervisor that would ensure he uses the right materials where and when he shd.

You can get the materials on ground then you know it is the workmanship that you will keep.

buying wood on ground is a No No boss the wood will dry off and shrink and it will be very hard for nail to penetrate. He should ho and freeze the money in the bank till dry season. My opinion.

Hello Professionals in the house,
I have just commenced a 4-bedroom bungalow project, the blinding has just been done today (see attached pic), I don't intend to do a German floor because the land is not swampy and the builder advised that a thin water-proof membrane should just be laid on the foundation blocks after filling the hollows with concrete.
My concerns are:
1. Can pillars still be erected at some specific corners of the house considering the fact that blinding has already been done?
2. If the answer to 1 above is yes, what are the rod sizes/quantities and other materials needed for this (for five pillars) and what's the estimated labour costs?

Are u raising the building if yes, use 16mm if not 12 mm is OK. Meanwhile ifu can afford a German floor, go ahead and do it, if it's just 4 inches thickness, it's OK.
