Ymodulus:The article clearly says the assailant narrowly escaped lynching and you're here talking about 'cowardice'. if you cannot read and comprehend English properly let us know so we can dig through our archives and send you our old JSS1 textbooks. I'm sure my mother still keeps my old copy of Queen Primer and Brighter Grammar in our family library ![]() |
what is shamefull about China giving back to Africa? people shouting like wild goose on this thread, are theame set of people that cant live without made in china. Your homes is littered with made in china products and you are here shouting "shame". Smash that your laptop first beacuse MADE IN CHINA is written boldly on it or Keep typing and posting with your made in china and spare us your hullabola.
This is not an intelligent answer. His laptop and perhaps 80% of his electronics are made in China, but are paid for by him! . Big difference PS: His laptop may state 'made in China' but it's most likely designed elsewhere and only assembled in China. |
It's because it was built by the CHINESE! if it was built by the US now, brainless conspiracy theorists and 'pan africanists' like Chyz et al will be babbling wild theories about AFRICOM and the CIA. |
I see nothing wrong in what Sanusi said. Nigerians LOVE to quote people out of context. This herd mentality of condemnation is foolish and retrogressive. Like it or not, the man is right in many ways. Extreme poverty is the main driver behind the ready source of suicide bombers and killers in the North. DanKan0:'sponsors' are 'sponsoring' suicide bombers?! Are you on crack? People who still believe the 'Northern politicians who want to frustrate GEJ' line need to get their heads examined. While people chase after red herrings, Boko Haram members are busy getting training, logistics and materiel from Somalia and Al Qaeda in the Maghreb. |
All of you clamoring for your 'kinsmen' to run home from the North, I hope you've done your bit to help them settle when they eventually arrive? how many of you internet warriors have carved out a portion from your coveted ancestral lands for some of these people to grow cassava on? |
I was told it's 3GB by someone at Etisalat office. No way would they give y'all unlimited data ![]() |
mxxpunkxx:The Model identifier (Macbook pro 2,2) is unique and easily functions as the 'VIN' for this laptop. it's the late 2006 model, phased out by mid 2007. In tech circles, this laptop is ancient and it beggars belief how a phased out laptop in 2007 suddenly is on sale in 2012 as 'four months used'. |
Fallout of Boko Haram bombings is this mass hysteria. Everywhere we're hearing of 'plots' being 'exposed' by police in the South. Innocent hausa suya sellers and shoemakers are being arrested and paraded as 'suspected Boko Haram'. I'm 90% sure this has nothing to do with Boko Haram. Probably wasn't even a bomb sef. |
Kingsleyinfo:Don't be silly. There must be zero tolerance to scammers. Let us go after him and make him suffer for his misdeeds. I have been aware of this scammer for a while, if you look at some of his posts I have been warning people to stay off him. He hasn't scammed me but i'd like to see him dealt with. |
Acidosis:Tithe as it exists today in the mind of many Christians like yourself is now a 'bribe' to be paid to 'God' to assuage yourselves of guilt. Tithe was relevant in the old covenant. As christians we are under the new covenant. Never once did Jesus command his flock to pay tithes. Of all the parables delivered by Jesus Christ, 90+% are of helping the needy, showing love and charity. 0% is about tithing. If you feel like giving God 10% of your income as 'tithe', head over to the nearest orphanage or motherless babies home and give them that money. Afterall, Jesus Christ told YOU that whatever you do to the least of his brethren, that you do unto him. Learn to adhere to the words and teachings of Jesus instead of your pastors and instead of cherry picking Old Testament verses (heavily intertwined with the Law of Moses). |
There is no 64GB iPhone 4. |
sovpounds:'As ancient as i claim'? Shebi you know how to use the internet? Go to the link I provided and check to see what year your Macbook pro was put on sale. You'd better grab that offer of 85k, no doubt made by a simpleton with more money than brains. Once again, If you maintain that you are not out to deceive people, tell us how a 2006/2007 Macbook Pro can be '4 months used' in 2012. |
1. This has NOTHING to do with the Tech market. Why is this here? 2. Telco masts use Diesel to run their generators, not gasoline/petrol. Diesel has long been deregulated. There is NO LOGICAL REASON for any GSM company to raise recharge card prices. 3. Why post this here if you want to write an open letter to them? Pay for advert space in the Guardian if you really want them to hear your words. |
sovpounds:Keep sticking to this doltish point of view. I am not the one who had to tell a lie to make a sale. The link I posted should show anyone beyond a shadow of doubt that this is a late 2006 model which was discontinued in 2007. Enough of the rigmarole and smokescreens. Tell us how a Laptop discontinued by Apple in June 2007 is now only 4 months used! |
sovpounds:Any mistakes on my part are completely due to your lies. It is inconceivable that any pre-Unibody Macbook Pro be just 4 months used. YOU were the one who stated that your laptop was 4 months used and was 'still new'. The first unibody Macbook pro came out in late 2008 and DID NOT ship with a 2.33 Ghz processor. The natural assumption is that your figure was a typo and you meant the 2.53 Ghz processor (which shipped with the 2008 model). I never claimed to 'know more than Apple'. You on the other hand were the one telling everyone in your OP that a long-discontinued laptop was purchased not long ago. The ancient laptop you're selling was sold from Q4 2006 to mid 2007. 2007 or 2006, you're just nitpicking. The bottom line is that you lied in your initial post to sell an ancient laptop to unwary buyers. At this stage your credibility has to be called to question. |
sovpounds:After posting a detailed explanation on the difficulty i had in reaching an informed conclusion (thanks to your own conflicting information), you still post this tripe again? In addition to a penchant for false advertisement it seems you cannot comprehend basic written English. If you want complete information about how ancient your 'like new' laptop is, check this link below http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/macbook_pro/index-macbookpro.html Instead of coming up with a convincing explanation of how come a 2006 Macbook Pro which was discontinued by Apple in 2007 could be just 4 months used and still 'new', you're here attacking someone who is far more knowledgeable than yourself in these matters. At least unlike you i've known how to resize an image since 2001. If you cannot manage even this simple task i suggest you keep quiet and respectfully listen and learn. |
sovpounds:Don't be a dolt! I had to make an assumption (as anyone with a brain would do) because you happily refused to eliminate any speculation by uploading the photos. Even the specs you provided was not nearly detailed enough, omitting key items like the Hard disk size and the dedicated GPU. naturally, anyone who knows anything about tech would assume that you were selling the Unibody version since you stressed that the laptop was just used for 4 months and was still 'new'. I have never put myself as an 'expert' but as far as tech is concerned, I can confidently hold my own with the best on Nairaland, as people who know me here will easily attest. Since when did consulting the internet to fill knowledge gaps become a bad thing? You were the one who listed specs for a relatively ancient laptop. Anyway, i'm glad to report that I was wrong. The Macbook Pro 2,2 model is actually a late 2006 model, released October 2006 and discontinued in June 2007. So this Laptop was discontinued by Apple nearly 5 years ago. Yet you claim that this was just used for 4 months. Want my 'expert' opinion? Anybody who really wants to plunk down 95K for a nearly 6 year old laptop with a measly 2GB RAM should have his/her brains checked. Also the 'new' and '4 months used' claims are lies. |
sovpounds:I had assumed that it was the aluminium Unibody model. As far as I know, there's no 2.33 Ghz model for the 15 inch Macbook pro Unibody line (on sale since late 2008). I also did a quick check on the internet to confirm. Either you copied it wrong or the laptop is even older than the Unibody line. Doing a check on the model identifier (MacBookPro2,2) you provided tells me that this is a 2007 Macbook Pro. This is the pre-Unibody model and it is not conceivable that this laptop could have been used for only 4 months. It has been out of sale for years now. Telling a lie to sell a product is rather unfortunate. |
This is an ancient photoshop hoax that has long been disproved. Don't get your hopes up anytime soon |
sovpounds:Ah. That's a 2008 (or at best 2009) Macbook Pro. The clock speed is most likely 2.53 Ghz and not the 2.33 Ghz you're quoting. I refuse to believe a 2008/2009 Macbook pro is just 4 months old. |
maipeople:lying scumbag. You're too daft to know that Blackberry 10 is the name of the OS, not the phone. |
sovpounds:Specs are far more important than pics, to be honest. All unibody Macbook Pros look exactly the same. |
Obiagu1:Please keep this in mind next time you and your ilk come here to insinuate that only Igbos are the victims of Boko Haram attacks. |
edoyad:Most of the 4-8gb memory cards in Otigba are cheap clones, not nearly as durable as the real deal. Find a way to buy your memory cards from reputable sources ![]() |
omafones:Etisalat currently sells for 125k. I'm hoping I see a cheaper deal elsewhere ![]() |
queensmith:Every time you open your mouth, you end up sounding dumber. I don't even have to point out your imbecility to others, you're doing a sterling job of it yourself ![]() queensmith:Negro please! Have the sense to be a little original for once. Still parroting 'hug transformer' insults in 2012? LMAO! |
Beaf:I hate agreeing with you, but that dude clearly needs to lay off the ganja for a while ![]() |
queensmith:Don't you use your brains before you start typing? Show us where it is written in this article that the sites were knocked offline PERMANENTLY! I implore you, stop exhibiting your lack of intelligence in a public forum! |
As the topic implies. Please let me know if you've got a Galaxy Note for sale. |
