Rent- 3-bed in 200k-350k in dense areas, 400k-800k in more decent areas. Unbelievable but true.
Sch fees- Average Decent private schs, 15-70k. Behind schs, 200-1.2m
Transport- Usually 100 or less for bus drops. Taxi or keke drop is 300-2k depending on distance
Food- comparatively cheap
Nightlife- Not that much
Price of commodities- cheap, whole city is a market
Viability: very fertile land to make money

City is Onitsha. Very affordable and cheap to live in if you can handle the madness.
Nnewi is also similar but cheaper rent and sch fees. Better night life and more expensive prices of items.

Move with your 250k to Onitsha. Onitsha is a very good bet to relocate to, the human resource and market to any kind of biz you want to run is available. Language or tribe is never a problem, don't be mislead by the other guy that said language is a barrier in the east. Almost 1/4th the population of the city troop in from various towns to do biz, so how language take b issue?. The city is cheap to live in comparatively, housing can go as low as 40k for a single room . Electricity is unstable/stable. The roads are good to an extent, its a mad city filled with few rogues but the people here are very good people. There are no white collar jobs tho unless you are on transfer. Except that, everything moves rapidly in the city, that's why its one of the few cities in Nigeria where wealth is evenly distributed, almost everybody has money. Nnewi and Awka are also nice places to stay, IT is the most tapped industry in Awka now, techies are cashing out mad.

Hey everyone,

Since I shared my story and mentioned the Fiverr ebook that helped me, I've got a tone of PMs from people requesting for the ebook to those seeking for financial assistance.

I have sent the ebook to all those that requested, but I'm tired of sending it every time. I want to upload the ebook to mediafire and then share the link for everyone to access. It's there a way to post link here without getting the bots on my a$$? Do tell if you know.

As for those requesting for financial assistance, sorry don't know what to believe anymore. A lot of insincere people out there. And MOST take advantage of other people's success.

For the record, I made my first 100k on Fiverr by going to UNIPORT every night to use the school generator and literary worked my ass off from a borrowed mini laptop. I was living close to UNIPORT then.

Bottom line, if you want something, then you have to want it as BAD as the air you breath for you to make it a success.

Good luck to everyone. 2019 will be better.. InshaAllah!
please also send to thanedominic@gmail.com or you can upload to google drive and paste the link here. Cheers bro
BusinessRe: Top 10 Famous Markets In Nigeria And What They Are Famous For by Thane(m): 12:33am On Dec 14, 2018
Reference:
In more developed climes there will be several indices that define what 'famous' actually represents. Is it fame for its land area (number of allotments), number of visitors (patrons), or turn over... or history, etc. It is very subjective and dependent on the views of the onlooker.

I think a better representation to fame can lay claim around specific trades or items of commerce so I would tend to exclude markets that handle general items in favour of specific or specialized goods and services. As such Onitsha Main will be off my list while I will retain the Computer Village, Kantin Kori and the Benue Yam market. These are the places that will tend to appear on a typical tourism brochure and where foreign tourists are more likely going to visit.
Onitsha main market got so large that specialized goods market had to spin off and form big market too around Onitsha metropolis. But on a general scale, the present Onitsha main mkt deals on mostly clothes, fashion and related items. It still fits your criterion. In case of people that have not been to Onitsha, this thread will give you an insight of the markets there.

Hello bro, did this almost 5 years ago briefly for less than six months. The target market isn't onitsha, you won't break even. You must target markets outside the igbo states, I'll say Yenegoa, Calabar, Uyo, Ikot Ekpene, Eket, Port Harcourt and its environs.

I guarantee you will make a profit by flipping the base prices of this drinks with the prices club owners will offer you.

I'm no longer in the business, but I can assure you, it'll pay you with little risk.
.

Sounds interesting boss, I know my way around most of the southern states. Just put me through boss. Just one phone call from you on how I can start. I pledge thee, that you will not regret you did. 07032909591. Thanks in advance. I really need this, you won't understand my frustration right now

I was 22years last year when I made my first millions.. I made up to 4million+ through crypto currency, hyips, and ponzi scheme... I made so much that I don't even think of investing on physical asset, I spent on clothes, bought electronics, keep flexing around with my friends and spending on girls. ...my mother advice me alot to save some in case of incasity, she advised me to even join there corporative group but I ignore...the greatest mistake I made in life is going greedy, I put almost all my fund money in my account to mmm which I planned to do last and even PH 80% of my bitcoin...remain 3days for me to GH then mmm crashed...i cried sotey I wan even commit suicide......i regret for not listening to my mother when she advice not to try it again... I have sold d rest of my btc to fund my education, I'm now in my final year and broke. But now I'm learning handwork and tyre dealer biz (vehicle alignment). And doing bounty campaigns.. Last year was so sweet and bubbling for me but this year is not that sweet I swear.. I pray that favour will locate me and every hustlers before this year runs out.
Wow, sorry for your loss bro. By the way, I learnt this work you are learning now. I did my freedom in Feb 2013. I entered Unizik in 2014 and I must confess the work really tried. it almost saw me through school

Taking loan to finance a business is the worst. I took a loan of 4m naira to buy 2 Mazda bus. I got 2 drivers and a Manager while I was working as a secondary school teacher. At first, I was making money. Planning to buy more buses. In less than a year, what I was spending was more than what I was making. Lo and behold, the business went into oblivion. I'm back and better. Without any real investment, I built 2 houses this year

Purplekush:
as a 28 yr old who was fresh out of service. I started online buisness with my blog and was raking in 250 to 300k plus per month. after like 3 months the income rose to 1mil plus and even 2.some in some months.

Then I started trying out new investments...

LONG STORY SHORT: lost 800k to MMM. By Feb when MMM was confirmed to have crashed, I went ahead to lose another 1 Million naira and 6 months trying to set up another online business.

The painful part was not the 6 months of no income but the bad timing.

because, I had already paid for some plots of land before then. Paid for my new apartment. Was about making down payment for a new Corolla 2015 model when MMM crashed... and the investment started acting funny.

I was TOTALLY SCREWED!

I come lose lappy wey I buy 250k then Acer V Nitro. I was so depressed the only thing that kept me from SUICIDE was MaryJane. I owe my life to her smiley

But then I was able to cash out around 300k plus on the 1mil investment and I am currently on another HOT NICHE and just 2 months in it i am glad to say I now make at least 9 to 15k a day.

By God's grace and if this one goes well, I should be hitting 7figures per month from next year. INSHA ALLAH! AMEN.

Nothing beats losing money to some yeye deal. It brings out the adrenaline in you.

WORD OF ADVICE TO ALL STARTERS: think Internet business. It's cheap to start and gives you room to make mistakes with less financial loses. Besides, the ROI is totally insane!

I used to have a set of video courses for pple who are always asking "show me the way" but then nobody wants to put in work. Most peeps just want free money.
I am really interested bros, pls I won't dissapoint you. I have been hearing about freelancing, monetizing blogs, diff online biz here since 2015 but I have not seen any reasonable course to teach me. Pls share with me. I saw on your profile that your location is Enugu, I am just close by Onitsha. I can come and take the videos from you. thanedominic@gmail.com, 07032909591. I am a fresh graduate

Alright let's make this work. I've gone through the thread from the first page to the last page and I'm honestly inspired learning how people came across their fortune. I've also shared mine, became a millionaire at 23 (cryptocurrency investments and trading). 2019 is going to be a massive year for me and I'm opening up an opportunity to a few of you on here. I need dedicated people who can work. Yeah I know you all feel inspired but behind these millions are serious work. I don't want someone coming to me to beg for money, there's no free money anywhere and I honestly don't have money to dash out, but the little I have I shall give, which is pointing you to the way to make your first million next year legitimately.

To qualify, you must be in atleast one of these categories:
*You should be a graduate currently serving(preferably in schools)
*An undergraduate.
*Determined to work hard and be goal oriented.
*Ready to use your brain because this is going to be very tasking but pay will be worth the work and I guarantee you 1million by this time next year.

Please I'll repeat again, I am not giving out free money. I will only furnish you with every information you need and give you clues on how to fish then the ball will be in your court.
Interested people should drop their email, and I'll email you my contact. Thanks
