FRSC have been authorized and trained to carry arms. It started since last year during their last recruitment.

Legally, time doesn't run against a crime. The FG should thread with caution in other not to waste the lives of gallant soldiers who do not know the terrains of the creeks.

If yu must know, most of these SANs constitutes the Body of Benchers. They can remove even the Chief Justice of Nigeria in a twinkle of an eye. In fact, if a SAN wants to see the Chief Justice of Nigeria, he doesn't need an appointment but let that judge come to see the CJN if he doesn't spend weeks trying to book an appointment.

That case is death on arrival and no wonder no SAN appeared for the EFCC this time around.

Im sorry to say that many Nigerian lawyers are hopeless opportunist clowns. These 90 SANs are not there for solidarity support, its rather a field day of eye service. Remember that the accused had filed a suit of 2.5billion against the EFCC. These guys are seeing it as an opportunity to put heads together to see if they could intimidate the judge and win the case so they are following Tarfa the way houseflies follow a man with poo.
Imagine if through their intimidation and combined legal maneuver Tarfa is awarded half or even quarter of the amount in question and he gives them 30 to 50percent of the spoil to share amongst themselves.

The judge has been intimidated already. See the bail terms?

yes u are a lawyer and that is why u should know how uncomfortable the lawyer on the other side will feel by the revelation that while he and another lawyer are handling a case before a judge,the judge and the other lawyer are engaged in an ongoing conversation behind him.my friend ,im a far senior lawyer and i tell you it is unprofessional and unethical. An umpire that a judge is must,like Caesar's wife be beyond suspicion.we dont make progress when we are respecter of persons at all cost and when we cant tell some folks that some actions are grossly inappropriate.

I still repeat my above position. It doesn't indict the judge nor the SAN in any way whatsoever. It's left for the prosecution to prove that the processes and the judge's discretion was not judicially and judiciously exercised.

Google map abi? I stay in Jos all my life and yu are talking about me consulting Google map. The road from Langtang North leading to Shendam had long been rendered unusable due to flood more than 5yrs ago.

Consult Google maps at ur own peril it caused me tremendous damages in recent time.

No sir Pankshin road doesn't led to Shendam or Lafia. It's from Panyam (in Mangu LGA) that yu take the road to Shendam and Lafia. Yu met Shendam LGA then Qua'an-Pan LGA then Lafia.
