LiteratureRe: 'my Names Are', Or 'my Name Is' by Theblessed(f):
Please, note!!!

"It has always been used like this, " My name is" and NOT 'my names are'!

I'm sick of listening to Nigerians use that awful and revolting grammar - 'my names are' and you'd be in anticipation waiting to hear them, announce more of their names but only one - My names are, John Unzi. How, ignorant!!

Certainly, most of us have more than one name ( I myself, have 8 but use 3 on paper however, I only respond to one, at a time)as no one use/respond to all their names, at one call, do you??

Or does your family/everyone who knows you call you by all? At one go? No!!!! So people, be sensible. undecided

Christianity EtcRe: TB Joshua Officially Banned From Cameroun by Theblessed(f):
You see, the author of this tread is nothing but a pit of 'hell'!

Same Ol' story, isn't it?

That's what he put out here for thick heads like him to read and curse their hearts out, in order to sensationalise an Old story thus, blackmail an Anointed Man of God. Your doom is nigh and you will be disgraced, in Jesus Name, Amen!!

Did I say 5 years? Things have moved on since then, haven't it? So, why push this down our throats, now? Evil, get a life!!!!

Also, did you tell them, that despite the Cameronian Government's negative Article and warnings, about Prophet TB Joshua and the Synagogue that, it's people - the Cameronians and other parts of the world have relentlessly and continuously been pouring, flooding and queuing for months for opportunities to get into the Synagogue to see Prophet TB Joshua - did you tell them that?

Obviously, not! You didn't and hadn't yet told them, evil!!!

And, may I ask, was it Prophet TB Joshua that molested the Cameronians that came to Nigeria? No!! Was it him that set armed robber on them? No! The same kind of misfortune could have happened to Nigerians travelling to Cameron to seek help - so why blame the Prophet?

In that case, please Cameronians, could you stop coming to our beautiful country, pleeeeeaaaasssseee!

You see, your evil campaigns to destroy an Anointed man of God would not stand, as it had not stopped them pouring in and they will continue to pour in as long as God Almighty allows Prophet TB Joshua long life, and the Synagogue continues to stands there, for the word of God to be proclaimed in it, the beehive will never be empty!!

Go rot in hell, all you haters but before you do - read this; Luke Chpt. 9 v. 49-50!!! Maybe you will all learn!
SportsRe: Rashidi Yekini:: Condolence Register by Theblessed(f):
Greed, Selfisheness and Wickedness is all I can feel around all the so called Nigerian Professional Footballers!

Why should this happen to a man that made his Country happy and proud? Why should they standby and watch their professional colleague suffer this way, when majority of them earn more than enough to rescue this guy?

Now, all we are getting here is sympathy and condolences, when you all knew all along, he was in a bad shape and needing support/help and you didn't shout - why shout now? Thanks, and no thanks, please !!

To see a professional Footballer who served his country well, rendered poor and walking Nigerian streets, mad and on barefoot (what a shame!!!!) and no one cared, is not only a curse to all Nigerians but also to his professional colleagues who could have helped him but, turned their faces the other way, and watched his demise - shame on you all who call yourselves professional Footballers - bunkum!!!! angry angry angry

Yes, I could hear some say, we don't owe him anything, he is not our brother, cousin etc or any thing of sort, eh? Reallyhuh Well, in your naked eyes, you're right but you know what - Humanly, morally and spiritually speaking, you all own him big time, and knowing that but did nothing to help him, your conscience will live with you, forever!

And I ask, what happened with the principle of helping the NEEDY that stretched beyond all Religious boundaries? What happened to 'forgiveness' if he'd done you wrong, at one point in his life?

That calls una conscience to question, here!

And to prevent this happening again in the future, to both Nigerian and all African Professional Footballers, why can't the Professional Footballers themselves set up a Trust Fund for all Footballers and their families - or have they?

If so, why then, did Rashid had to suffer like this? undecided undecided undecided What a waste of talent!!

Rest in peace Rashid - rest assured, everyone will be coming there soon this Century to answer, the Almighty God adieu!!!
Christianity EtcRe: Oyedepo Fails To Appear In Court For Slapping A Young Lady by Theblessed(f): 7:09pm On May 06, 2012
We serve a Living God - a Righteous, Fair and Just God and he will judge this matter according to 'His Will'. His will is that, the Needy and the afflicted who cry out to him, shall not be oppressed (Psalm Chpt.72 v.12 - 14). Yes, this lady was in need of deliverance from demonic spirit afflicting her life and ran out to the House of God, crying out for help - instead of mercy, she got battered by the Man of God, how could that be right?

For those who support this injustice, listen, no one is greater than others in the presence of God, we are all equal - Kings, Princes and all!

Pastor Oyedepo if he really practices and follow the examples set by our Lord Jesus Christ - he would have settled this matter long ago without it having to get to this point i.e. go to the court as Matthew Chpt.5 v. 23 - 26 declared. To reconcile and settle matters with your brother/adversaries 'quickly' before it gets out of hand. And to do it even while you are still with him/her on the way to the court house (paraphrased). I leave you to read the rest of that chapter.

Obviously, Pastor Oyedepo didn't do that. So, who would listen to this Man of God that does not even listen to the word of God he claim to have received - in my view, he hadn't received any, at all.

And the Lord of Justice will bring Justice to this innocent sinner he abused.

Jesus never set a finger on any demon possessed person during his Ministry on earth, did he? That's the basis upon which he would be judged, Amen!

Our God Almighty is a Righteous Judge and he will judge this matter fairly in favour of the needy then, other Ministries who continously flaunt the principles set by Christ Jesus, will learn their lessons from this.
FamilyRe: Does A Father Have The Right To Excessively Beat His Children? by Theblessed(f): 3:02am On May 06, 2012
The word 'Excessive' tells the reader a lot. It suggests one passing the boundaries of 'scolding a child with a fatherly love' in order to correct his/her wrong doing to 'hate or wickedness'.

We hope the excessive force he used on this child was out of character that might have stemmed, from frustration and should not be repeated in future - that, we hope!

It is intolerable to hear about abuses perpetrated on vulnerable children who can not defend themselves. Whatever the frustrations, a child did not asked to be born after all, when you were climbing your woman, didn't you realise it is difficult to raise a childhuh undecided undecided Parents and adults, be mindful!!!
PoliticsRe: Prof Ayodele & Prof Andrew Leo Were Killed In BUK Attack by Theblessed(f): 5:16pm On Apr 29, 2012
Wasted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a setback to both the students, the University's Chemistry/Library Departments and Nigeria as a whole?

Two Professors of a Universtiy wasted for nothing, really.

Why are Northern so wasteful of our resources? Why?

There's nothing Nigeria could boast of, about the North contributing towards Nigeria's wellbeing aside - destruction, destruction and more destruction and looting here and there!

Isn't it time they break away from the rest of Nigeria and live their own quiet lives - and the way they want?

Nigerians, we've had enough and it's time something is done!

RomanceRe: I've Been Told That He Is A DOG!!!!! by Theblessed(f):
Valprof: Hi pals! I know this is odd . Recently , I have been experiencing the dreadest of all dreams, and it's been giving me a truck load of concern. I didn't need a prophet to tell me my spiritual life was hijacked .Thus, I settled for prayers and I'm glad I did. As usual, a girl came, merchandising her inviting femine body before me- hmmm!. The usual thing is that I'd grab her with my well gymed arms and give her a bang , only to wake up and have my boxers regrettably messed up, and I'd rue the rest of the day- I so much loathe the experience . S0, the damsel came and studiously held me to the floor. At first , say-no power was far from me .She deepened my weakness when she gave me a smack on the lips- I instantaneously went submissive. Not long, a force, determined and inexplicable came into me, and just like an electric bulb would illuminate a dark room, I regained myself and pushed her away almost immediately. I Felt victorious, elated, unshackled and unburdened as she walked away in a perceptible dismay .Glory to be god! It is a miracle. I know you may not understand how I feel now
Well, from a Spiritual perspective - it seems you're going though a spiritual battle in your life, right now.

In a nutshell - you are having what Christians call spiritual attacks!

And you are having these attacks from a demonic woman visiting you in your dreams to make love to you - that is known as spiritual wife.

Both spiritual wives and husbands blight and destroy lives if serious spiritual warfare is not declared on them e.g. they block development/success in your life, destroy marriages prevent you from falling in love and getting married/having children, create stagnation and poverty in your life etc.

The list of their wickedness is inexhaustible - they are really, evil. They are stubborn and won't leave you alone. You just have to find a strong and highly Anointed Holy Ghost Ministry to kick their wicked a r s e s off your live so that things would start going will for you! They are really evil, buddy!

So find a strong Ministry of God - remember, not any thing that called itself a Ministry can do this work because, not every Ministry is anointed to cast heal and cast out demons because, that's what spiritual husbands/wives really are - they are demons.

People call them spiritual husbands/wives just for softie but for real - they are demonic spirits. So, do your research of Ministries first, and then go and kick her dirty a r s e off your life! Evil, thing!!
RomanceRe: I've Been Told That He Is A DOG!!!!! by Theblessed(f):
Olalekan 0: That's unemployment taking it's toll on you...
Lazy a r s e hole, what's your problem, huh?? Did I hear unemploymenthuh? And when did you get back to work? You, who reap where you did not sow, got a job?

And if you have a job, what sort of job are we talking about? Security guard? Factory work? Wiping bums? - take a pick! Or you want to have Prime Minister's job? Yes, David Cameron will give you his job, won't he? Wait for it - Chief Security guard!! undecided undecided

Suppose, you'd been rattled by my essay on here, haven't you? Hmmmmm, drums do not sound without someone hitting it, or do they? Maybe, in your country! You and your kind have been exposed here, by my work - that's why you are on the attack!

Sure, the truth shines like a blazing sun and that's why you don't like the truth be told, hence your attack! Because, you live and operate in the Dark World - hence, your dislike of the LIGHT - but the light must shine and drive out evil scums like you!

The truth must be known especially to those young and naive kids born or bred in the Uk and else where, that have no clue about Africa and it 'DEEP WORKINGS'! I 'must' educate them on here, so that when ever they see your kind, they'd do a SERIOUS BEN JOHNSON! Wait for it, I must arm them!

Sure, you must be one of those 419's in green coat lurking around London and else where, pretending to be nice when you really are evil with evil motives/intentions, hence your attitute towards my contribution on here.

THIS FORUM IS ABOUT EDUCATING PEOPLE - informing them about what they don't understand and I and others like myself on here, MUST EDUCATE them - people who are not armed with appropriate information for 'Knowledge is Power'!

Imagine, I'm not the only one warning this lady on here - about 95% of people here are WARNING her but, the evil juju you and your kind are carrying about is holding her and others like her in bondage.

Soon, she and them would discover when family starts searching for them as MISSING PERSONS and their bodies found in the River THAMES - they would understand.

And, how about details like -: Money in their Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Investments, and Educational Qualifications - Degrees/Certificates when they all starts disappearing in thin air?

When personl details starts getting duplicated - when someone they don't even know, starts answering their names some where then, they will all know in their graves.

So Mr lazy 419ner, go sweet tongue, them young catch, further - go on!!
?
Your kind goes about telling these young ladies that you are 32 yrs of age with 4 childern when in reality - you're actually, 48 plus more year old again, decieving young ladies.

Imagine, 32 yrs old guy with 4 children in our nigeria - na lie !! And I ask, when did Nigerian men start marrying and having babies young when many haven't even got enough food to eat let alone to marry and have babies young? undecided

You only have to look at the state of the Country itself, to know life is hard for everyone - liers of the last order!!

You and your kind, lurk about with your lazy a r s e s looking for opportunities, looking for rich hard working young girls to decieve with your evil intentions.

Sorry for them, they think they'd found love, their eye would soon clear, when you'd had your time! How are the mighty falling -when these high sophisticated and hard working young women fall for these 'bin men' - one wonders!

To the young women who lust for these sort - listen they're all old men, lying through their teeth about their ages, hear it now! Never you take their word for it - handle it like a pinch of salt!

Imagine we hear about these 419, washing women knickers, cooking their meals and tidying up their homes/flats for free rent and food plus the other, and I ask, when did Nigerian men start washing a woman's knicker and cooking her meals whilst she's workhuh undecided

Never, never and if they do it, it's usually for a very short time, until they get what they want - then you'd know Chritmas is not every day!!!

They do it as a ploy to make the lucky girl feel that she is actually, lucky - to get a very good catch of a modern Nigerian man when in reality, he's only burrowing in to take what he did not work for and leave her in the lurch - just like the other 3 above were left holding the babies and that is, if the career woman herself survives and tell her story! undecided undecided undecided

Well, the motives for her demise is always there - she has a very good job, career going for her and a home of her own - super, game for a lazy 419er!

The reason the other 3 survived is because, they are loosers they hadn't got much going for them than the babies they were left holding - but with hard workers like Investment Bankers and Lawyers - Ahaaa! Mr 419, your ice cream is in the fridge, go get it - to her demise! River Thames, has alot to tell the world about, if only that river could talk!!!!!

So Mr 419, I have word for you - your time's up - your lies and deceipt will soon be revealed and you will be chased out of that your love nest, where ever you're hiding like a RAT thus, abandoning your responsibilities as a father and, leaving those children with their naive mothers to cater for - watch it!!!

Enjoy your stay, whilst it last!

Shame on you, when you come here to make a dog noise!

Terrible, Terrible, Terribl Mistake!

Young lady, if I were you, I'd do a BEN JOHNSON NOW, before it is too late and tears starts rolling down those beautiful cheeks!!! Please, please and please leave a sleeping dog alone to sleep jeje, jeje, jeje!!

Your infactuation with a married man will wear off soon and your eyes will open when he has finished damaging you as he'd damaged the other 3 women! And you want to be counted among his messed up conquests, do you??
Good luck, since you don't know what to do with you young life and great future ahead of you!

Well, before I give you a little piece of my heart let me ask - Have you a mother? Is your mother still alive and what did she say about all these?

Seems you hadn't told her yet! Obviously, she doesn't know or does she?? Please, listen to her - no one would love you more and better and take care of your interests, than your own MOTHER! Hmmmmmm!

Right, let's get down to business! grin

You want to entangle yourself in this messed up baggage, sorry!

This is a man that has HISTORY WITH WOMEN! Not one, not two, not three and now, you want to join the boat - WELCOME ON BOARD!!!! angry Terrible! Terrible! Get me right we all have history but this one is, endemic!!!!!

Young lady, if I were you, I'd leave a sleeping dog alone to sleep jejejejejeje!!

Yes, I said your infactuation will soon wear off and your eyes will open when he has finished damaging you as he did the other 2 loosers! I don't want to include the first woman in his life because hers seemed a real love for him - but the other two, saw what they thought is money, and comfortable life thus, dived with their heads first in and where are they, now?

As for you, what did you see and what are you getting out of this mess - CHAFFS!!! You pride yourself in eating left overs, do you? You're getting a someones LEFT-OVER, three times (LEFT-OVER X 3!!!)- gorithuh shocked shocked

And you want to join the excitement - to be counted among his messed up conquests. Good luck, since you don't know what to do with your young live and great future ahead of you.

Listen, look for someone of your own age or there about who has potential and, whom you can work together to create and build your own THREE TOWERS OF NEWYORK, ok! grin grin grin That's what you should be doing and not waiting for someone else's LEFT-OVER! So, stop looking for ready made because, it comes with a price!!

Imagine this Lothario has left these three women holding the babies and you think you won't be nexthuh In your dreams!

And you're here telling us what a good father he is, reallyhuh So, what a child need from his father is Christmas presents only, abi?? Who does the school run, who does the hospital run and who cooks the meals puts them to bed at night, who deals with all the childhood night sicknesses etc, eh? Yoooooouu!!! undecided

Shouldn't he be supporting their mothers with these needs? Look, his children need him 24/7 ok! You don't need him and certainly, he doesn't need you either - so tell him to go back to his children and be a proper father to them! DO IT, NOW!!

Obviously, he can't be doing all the above and more for all his children scattered all over the world with these 3 women when he's on top of you at night, would he?? shocked shocked

Young lady, do a BEN JOHNSON now, before its too late for you !!!

Imagine, you want to ruin your life - to entangle yourself in this messed up baggage, sorry!

This is a man that has HISTORY WITH WOMEN! Not one, not two, not three and now, you want to join the boat - WELCOME ON BOARD!!!! angry angry angry

Excuse me, you think a leopard would change its spots for youhuh Thinkc again!!! Abi, your own got DIAMONDS decorated around ithuhhuhhuh?? Your eye will clear soon when he gets his claws on you - you will know.

Since, you're confused with his black magic charms that is holding you in bondage thus, not only making you blind and deaf but making you hate your own blood and flesh for voicing out serious concerns about this demon - it has also, made you believe he loves you and don't love the 3 Exes he left behind, let's believe that!

You sound educated but lack logical thinking to analyse the motives of this old wretch who wants to destroy another young heart for his own ego! In your mind, he's told you all the truth you need isn't it? Well, they say, 'there are 2 sides to every story' and you've only heard one so, you haven't really heard the truth from him - you're yet to discover your shock! cool cool

As educated as you seem, you do not sound as smart! Why not make enquries with his former beaus? Befriend them, take them out one by one - move smart! Then, you'd discover the truth about this LIAR! Obviously, all the three women can not lie about him. Failing that, set him up with a Private Investigation Firm and they'd screw his a r s e for you, do it now! grin They will check him up, right down to his village!

You see, they say 'To catch a thief use a thief' is a true saying therefore, to deal with a criminal, you not only use a criminal but you think like a criminal too - that's what I say! So, be smart!! Check him up!
He is a user, it seems perhaps, he's used those three women, to get his right of abode and other things in the West and where ever you met him and now he's got a base he's launching other motives.

Please listen, I don't know you but I am really angry with you - I don't want to hear/read anymore here, I just want you to do a serious BEN JOHNSON out of the claws of that messenger of satan's life right now - immediately now!

I don't know where you're writing from - but from the sound of things, it seems you're writing from the West. You see, many of these messengers of satan prowl around with black magic (juju) breaking into peoples lives and destroying it - taking what they want, which they did not work for and leave!! The Lord will destroy them one by by one - where could they run from his presence - no where!!

As a child of God you should not be messing with such a man - yes, everyone is a sinner and people try to repent from their sins by completely giving their lives to Jesus Christ and the apple of your eyes is yet to do so...when will he do it, in hell? He's a hard core and unrepentant criminal!!

In London, there are many of these evil men prowling about destroying families - lazy a r s e holes who do not want to work hard to raise the families they created instead, ride on other peoples back to do so - God would damn them, all!

Look around the mess he'd already made - three families have been broken and destroyed - children have been left abandoned with their mothers and their mothers families, left picking up the pieces he left behind as if that's not enough and now, he's moved on to you - you are his next conquest! Sorry for you, if you don't run away from this evil man! Come out of this emotional evil soul-tie now!

These evil men, are lurking about with charms that they use to mess up young girls, turn them against their family and then, devour them. You have to be a very strong Christian with Faith in God for it not to have effect on you!

Also, these evil men larch on Adult Laws - once you turn 18yrs of age - you can do what you want and parents have no more authority over you so, they larch on that law to destroy many young girls. But then, where do these young girls run to, in the aftermath? Obviously, to their families whom they rejected, abused and sold out in the first place. Shame really, shame!!!

Listen, if you don't get yourself out of this dangerous man's hand now, in the end you will leak the a r s e s of your Auntie and Cousin who are advising you, based on their knowledge, pain and experiences of such evil men yet, you are adamant and have the gut to curse them on their own mistakes which they are trying to prevent you from making but you're not seeing/hearing that - you'll learn!

Please, stop analysing the mistake of your Auntie and Cousin and focus on your life/future, and what you would do to stop/break this chain of mistakes women in your family make with men - that's what you should be doing and not checking whose own life is crocked and not working/progressing well in your family!

I leave you to it now - Good luck with your bounteous catch!

Hope it doesn't end up in tears just as the other three, sure their mothers did warn them and they knew it all, didn't they! grin grin

PoliticsRe: The Crime Wave Impacting British Of Nigerian Descent by Theblessed(f):
quote author=Nebeuwa]There seems to be a wave of criminality that is impacting some British of Nigerian descent. Everyday, we hear news of another young Nigerian either committing a crime, or being the victim of crime in the United Kingdom. What I want to know is what is the problem?

The same cannot be said of Nigerians who live in the United States. It is very rare that you hear about a Nigerian in the United States being involved in a gang. It is so rare, that I have never heard of such, even though I know it probably does exist. Are there any differences between the Nigerians in the United States and Nigerians in the United Kingdom?

I have my own hypothesis, in which Nigerians in American want to differentiate themselves from African Americans who are often seen at the lower levels of United State society, but Nigerians in the United Kingdom do not have that luxury to differentiate themselves from other black groups in the UK since they are all recent arrivals.

Another hypothesis that I have is that there are more opportunities for Nigerians born in the United States than Nigerians born in the United Kingdom. The U.S. is more of a merit based society, even though it is being eroded compared to the United Kingdom when it depends on not only your social class, but also your pedigree.

Are there any other reasons that you can think of?
First and foremost, you're biased and have no clue of what you're talking about here and we know where your loyalty lies.

Also, you can not compare America with the UK e.g. in History, Land space or population. America is hundred times larger than Uk in land and people. Also, in History, she's relatively a young Society compared with the Uk - UK has been going on for at least, since 10th Century.

America is Country built by the Slaves where as Uk is a Country developed with Slave Money. Blacks did not built United Kingdom rather, they physically built America because, the slave Masters who were mainly British ensured, slave ships were forwarded straight to the Americas thus, not many of the those ships stopped over, on British shores.

Check your British History you'd be more informed than here! That's why the British are adamant in keeping and dictating what happens in their Country irrespective of the fact, they embraced EU and diversity.

Yes, the American systems and that of United Kingdom may seem similar but they operate differently in terms of their Laws and Social provisions/care.

For curiosity sake, I just want to know when did America become a 'Merit Based Society'? Does it include the 'enshrined Affirmative Action' that enabled Blacks and other ethnic groups to jump the queue for Equal Opportunities without having to work hard to earn it? ?Merit it.

Before, Affirmative Action came into place, Blacks Americans were suffering badly because the system failed to provide Equal Opportunities for all in the first place? So, Affirmation Action was enshrined in their Law to ensure employers allow everyone equal employment opportunities and better life, ok!

However, the equivalent in the Uk is the Equal Opportunities Act 1972 as Amended in recent years. Equal Opportunity cases can present difficulty proving in Tribunals though, people still succeed in doing so, and winning their cases/compensations.

That aside, take out the Affirmative Action measures in America and see whether Black Americans can compare with those in the Uk in terms of hard work, they wouldn't stand a chance yet, with those measures, American Blacks are not much better off, than those in the UK.

Also in comparison, the level of crimes there are much worse than the Uk - There are many Nigerians languishing in American jails (also in British jails but not as much!!)and that's the reason why you don't hear much about recent crimes committed by Nigerians over their - and how could you hear about that, when they are all in jail?? cool cool Check it out!

And those who are not yet in jail, are taking precautions and learning their lessons from what happened to their brother and sisters out there.

Why? Because, American Courts sabi how to hand-over jail terms - theirs are usually between 30 - 1000 yrs minimum, ask people. shocked shocked shocked That's one of the main reasons you don't hear much about crime among Nigeria youths out there. They're clever ain't they? Who wants to waste their lives in jail without parole? grin grin

On the other hand, Uk sentencing is much, more softer - they get parole even if they committed murder. Depending on the case, it usually about 30yrs (or worst case scenerio life) and with good behaviour in prison, you serve half of that and out with parole.

Now, you can see why? That's why some idiotic youths in the UK are taking advantage of the system here to join the locals in committing crimes thinking it's fun.

But what do you mean by Nigerians trying to differential from the stigma of poverty or lower level status attached to African Americans? And, who told you that all British Blacks are recent arrival - in your dreams?

Listen man, Nigerians have been in the Uk since 16th Century - so Blacks have been there since then therefore, your assertion does not hold at all. In addition, in the West - Black is black irrespective of who you are, and no one can't pull that out, no matter how hard they try! Societies changes with time - see how long its taken a black man to enter the White House? Well, I wonder when one would enter No. 10 D. grin Let's hope!

However, Nigerians in America can try as hard as they can, until society changes i.e. changes their beliefs and values, they are just wasting their time.

Finally, you mentioned about the Class system in the Uk - look, every Society has it own class system including Nigeria. Nobe una dey worship and idolate una Government Ministers wey dey steal our money, come carry them for 'Ghana Must Go' and una go dey praise them! Haba!!! How about some tribes that have Kings and Emirs - are theirs not categorised as class?

So man, check your source of information - and try and get it right next time.
FamilyRe: Issues In My Marriage by Theblessed(f): 8:32pm On Apr 21, 2012
Hmmm! I'm wondering if there is love in this marriage, in the first place!

What a joy to have your first baby well and healthy and instead of enjoying your Omugwo, being pampared and lavished on, you are as miserable as hell.

You see, issues in marriage demands diplomacy from both sides but it's obvious your husband is lacking in that aspect. First and foremost, he should protect you against his people and at the same time, projecting you to them as the best thing that ever happened to him - that way, your in-laws will begin to see you as a friend and not a threat that just entered their lives to disorganise the structure of their family.

Diplomacy is the key with the in-laws, really.

To an on-looker like me, would I be wrong to say that yours is an inter-tribal marriage, is it? To most people, it doesn't really matter but to some, it does!

Either ways, was all the traditional demands of a Nigerian marriage met by your husband, and were you wedded or proudly escorted to your husband's house by your side of the family (as Nigerian traditions dictates) or was your union forced by your pregnancy?? Remember, these are issues that accords a woman respect in her marriage.

I am not saying your shouldn't be respected in your marriage but remember, respect is 'earned and not forced' therefore, you have to earn it by establishing a solid foundation as above.

Anyway, by the look of things, if it is an inter-tribal union then, you're on your own in this marriage because of your husbands detached attitude towards you and things that matters to you in this marriage. It's unfortunate, his loyalty lies with his family instead of his wife - you!

Therefore, it seems you're alone in this marriage, try and protect yourself by informing your parents/family about all you've been going through. I suppose, your parents would call him and his people to a family meeting to sort thing out for both of you and the in-laws.

Having called a family meeting and he didn't show up, I suggest you wait and see if he would change is attitude however, if no changes, take your child and go home to your parents, stay there until he comes looking for you and the baby.

If nothing happened within the time limit you set for him to visit then, move on and paddle your own canoe - you're equal to the task, you can raise your child without a man - women all over the world have done it, yours is not the first nor last.

Unless something is sorted out for you now, you could be at risk and your safety is important because, where there is life - there is 'Hope', and you can't hope for the future in a grave and you know that.

Personally, instead of being miserable in a relationship, I'd rather be single, happy and lonely, than being lonely in a hellish and insecure marriage as this.

Imagine what you'd been through with only the junior member of the family visiting - wait until the senior ones starts to visit!! shocked shocked shocked

So, wait and see if there's going to be a change before you take action and in the meantime, start saving up for the rainy days ahead because, they would definitely come when you're on your own.

Oh, survival instinct! What a joke!!

But what else, could a hustler do?

It is not a marriage rather, a business deal that cost about £3,000 - 6,000 and after 1yr, the contract is closed -marriage disappears in thin air.

That's it!

So, people ignore, at the right time, the authorities will sort it out.

B e t r a y a l o f t h e l a s t o r d e r !!!

Hmmm! Men selfishness and wickedness – only Hades will save them!!!

My sister, sorry to read this heart rendering story about your current situation!

My advice is; stay put in your marriage - for "No weapon forged against you shall prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you, declared the Lord" Amen, Amen and Amen!!!

The Lord Almighty is your refuge, run to him and he will put all those who conspired against you, (innocent person), in an everlasting shame!!!!That's what the Holy Spirit put in my heart right now, to tell you, ok!

Because of this, be on your knees day and night – continue to pour your heart out to God Almighty (but, no negative prayers must be uttered by you pls, only state the facts/truths as you saw it in this matter; present your request to God) until this innocent child conceived out of lies and deceit and, entangled in this evil Soul-tie/unholy matrimony, is born.

This is a spiritual battle you have to fight and win therefore, "Cast your burden upon the Lord and he will sustain you, he will NEVER let the righteous fall". Psalm Chpt.55 v. 22.

My sister, I know your heart is broken but remember, the God of Justice and Righteousness will come forth for you and comfort you so, if you'd been distant from God, this is the time to run very, very fast to Jesus Christ the Son of God, and he will put your enemies under your foot, Amen!

Personally, with all you described here, I feel you and your husband had been a bit distant from God. Based on your determination to make it or succeed in life - you had not taken proper care of your spiritual lives together - remember, Jesus said, 'All that the father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me, I will never drive away". John Chpt. 6 v.37.

But, how do we mortals come to Jesus Christ?

Most of us only comes to Jesus at such time as this - when we are in trouble/difficulty. Yes, it is through sudden changes in our lives that God send us to his Son, Jesus Christ - and, he has sent you to him now therefore, run to Jesus in Faith, and don’t look elsewhere - focus on him and him only, he will deliver you!!!

You see, you don't need to tell us, we all know your heart is broken but remember, "The Lord is close to the broken hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" Psalm Chpt. 34 v. 18. He is watching every thing done to you and also, the part you, yourself played in this matter - he is a Fair, Just and Righteous God, do not forget that!

So, surrender all to Jesus Christ, and all those who conspired in this wickedness to hurt/harm you, will receive their portions.

So, do not worry, and remember God's words, "For I am the Lord who heals you" soon, God Almighty will heal your pain with joy and happiness, in Jesus Name, Amen!

Always pray in Faith citing the above Scriptures plus others you'd find in the Bible, and do not get tired of praying whether your prayers are answered or not - continue in your prayers and your God will show up for you.

Finally, in whatever you do, please, take care of Number One – ‘you’.!!!
RomanceRe: Still Wondering Why Nigerian Men Have Difficulty Getting Married, Early In Life? by Theblessed(op): 12:27am On Apr 17, 2012
Crap excuses that's all I'm getting here!

I am tired of hearing unemployement/joblessness as part of the reason for a grown man leaving marriage and fatherhood till his late 30's. If it was so, why not create a job for yourself and others or collaborate with others and create work and make a living for yourselves?

Do I have to list the strategy upon which to achieve that? Pull your resources together and do anything for work - pack shit, work in the farm, cut and harvest palm fruits, cocoa, tea, groundnuts, palm oil/kernel, kola etc just as our forefather's did to survive instead of idling away in the cities, sitting your bottom one place and waiting for an opportunity for a white collar job - a curse of the Black Diamond.

Because of this, our young men have become lazy in thinking creatively.

As for those blaming divorce rate in the West as a reason for men not getting married early there, can we check what the divorce statistics is, in Nigeria or Africa as a whole? How many women have divorced their husbands since Nigerian Independence as compared to the West, name it?

Of course, this argument would not hold without modern Nigerian girls character being questioned and scrutinized? I hear many of you refer to the characters of our mothers/grandmothers as perfect models for men seeking quality homemakers and I'm asking what changed our women then and who changed them?

The answer is obvious - Yooooooou!!! Your stiffling cultures and traditions led to your women seeking escape and you aid them! How?

When you and your family see your daughters, sisters, nieces being maltreated at their husband's homes, left unkept and for the dead whilst their husband's are busy chasing young women that calls for a reaction and that reaction is usually, via armying their daughters/sister with the ammunition (via education, financial support, Business, Trade etc)to strike for independence and sustain themselves either independently or in their husbands homes.

However, it is a different case for a modern Nigerian women, she would not stop at that and like our men she's going for Gold - she want more and expect the best from the men she's dating hence the difficulty you're having competiting for her hence the attitude to find the right guy that would provide comfortable lifestyle for her and what's wrong with that?

As you can see, na part of una trouble be that, by treating women badly - Nigerian men created the monster that came to haunt them and now they're hallaring, for who?

Well, I leave una to continue with una blames until the cows come home maybe, it will be too late to play that football with your children in the back garden.
FamilyRe: A Man And A Woman Can Never Be Equal by Theblessed(f):
lastpage: You dont need to start a war or a movement to point this out, even the uneducated men of the 19th century are ware of these things!
It is when you turn it to a gender-war that you loose focus!
Dont fight for what you already have, it is called foolishness!

Now, l am very happy for you on one thing, you agreed that "God is fair, righteous and good"!

That being the case, could you ask yourself: Why did God PUT A CONDITION TO THIS INHERITANCE? If he did not put a condition to the inheritance of the families with male children, why this one?
Did l hear you say God is no longer fair, just and righteous? grin grin wink

BTW: I think you love attention but your post still makes sense and would get you the required attention, without those "screaming and indecent font-size" or is it just in your nature to scream?
Obviously, you lack knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures. Also, you're uncomfortable with the truths hence, the above! I suggest you read and re-read your Bible properly, ok!

You see, God had already decreed the conditions guiding land inheritance to the twelve Tribes of Isreal prior to Zelophehad's daughters outcry to Moses and the subsequent Test case, ok! He decreed that, each Tribe 'MUST HOLD ONTO' land allocated to them - it must not swop, it must not exchange and certainly, must not sale (paraphrased), gorit?

So, what God did was to provide for the girls (until they get married) - where non was given/provided for them in the first place. If they marry within their own Tribe, land would still remain in the Tribe however, if they married into other Tribes they must not take the land along, with them. So, what's wrong with that?

From your attitude here, I could see your kind would have kicked them/their mother out of their father's inheritance and took it all for yourself as the case in some part of Africa/Nigeria.

People who do this kind of wickedness think they'd escaped God's wrath but I have news for them - 'where can you hide from his presence?'. Remember Jonah, he thought, he'd ran away from God but did he? undecided

Secondly, as for 'your loving attention and screaming' too bad! And what can you do about it? If you can't beat them join them - that's what I say, ok!

Is it because, I refered women to the authority supporting their fight for equality and their rights, is it why I became and attention seeker to you? It's all well! You know what? It's called knowledge, and knowledge they say, is 'POWER' - not attention seeking, ok! So, don't mess with a smart lady that knows her game!

The way I write is my style and not yours - and there's nothing you can do about it therefore, it calls for tolerance or quit out of here!!!

FamilyRe: A Man And A Woman Can Never Be Equal by Theblessed(f):
Yes, yes I am loving this!!!

If all the ladies on here are not feminists - I am a feminist with a "CAPITAL LETTER",ok?

So now, what's the hake?

Actually, some of us have a literal understanding, meaning/interpretation of what the movement is all about. Feminism is not about equality in a physical sense e.g. who has got much energy and strength or "Who is the Head of the Family/who wears the trousers". Its about recognising, respecting the existence, rights and, appreciating the contributions of women in society - so what's wrong with that?

You see, some of us here are by no means feminists but enjoy all the rights and benefits feminism accorded women - why? What a bunch of hypocrites!!!angry

In fact, they came to the table with MENU list of all the goodies feminism gave women - education, job/career, equal pay for equal job done, vote, rights to choose our lifemates and independent lifestyle etc yet, they are no feminists and are not equal to men. undecided

You are here criticizing feminism for fighting the inequalities against women in society as if that's not a reality.

Through out history and in every sphere of society women have been and still are undermined in society except in bedrooms and maternity wards etc - even there, some women are still in bondage - in some part of the world e.g in Africa, men are still deciding and controlling a woman's body e.g. the number of children a woman should bear, female circumcision, forced/arranged marriages etc.

Imagine, some are here trying to present this "Purist image" as if Feminist movement is wrong - IT IS NOT!!!

Now let me open your eyes a little bit about this ideology - Feminism did not start today, ok! It started long ago in Ancient Israel.

It started in the Bible when Zelophehad's 5 daughters (Mahla, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah and Tirzah) asked Moses to give them their father's inheritance after all Israel where allocated their own inheritance and the 5 daughters of Zelophehad were deprived because, they were all women as their father had no sons - how could that be right? Numbers Chpt. 27 v. 1 - 11.

As a result, the girls cried out to Moses, and Moses sought the face of God and their God answered positively but with conditions (that on marriage the land goes back to the their father's family) - for our God is a fair, just and Righteous God!! Numbers Chpt. 36 v. 1 - end. Now, go read it all.

You see, this is the bit I've never heard any Pastor, Bishop, Pope, or Layreader preached about in our Churches - have you? undecided

And one would ask, why don't they preach it?? Because, they don't want our eyes opened in that way/area!!

Now, I challenge you to go read it and make up your mind about Feminism - its's about asking, giving and getting our rights, and if it's about equality with men - what's wrong with it??

Sure you've read it - are you in shock? shocked shocked

It did not start today and it is good that, women ask for their rights and get because it is right!!

So next time, when anyone criticises Feminism, point to that Biblical AUTHORITY!!
RomanceStill Wondering Why Nigerian Men Have Difficulty Getting Married, Early In Life? by Theblessed(op): 8:04pm On Apr 15, 2012
Why??

Could it be - illhealth, laziness, lack of confidence, unemployment, poverty, irresponsibility, fear of women (Womanphobia - and in the case of a woman, Manphobia - hey, my construct, please!!!) or other.

Typically, unlike other cultures, Nigerian men don't usually get married early in life, why?

Some say, they want to make reasonable investments/achievements before settling down, really? And, how many do actually, make it?

Obviously, in some cultures, men starts to think about the idea to get married between the ages of 16 (with consent)- 25 and some actually do get marry within that age group however, average Nigerian man might not consider this idea until as late as 30 - 50 year of age and some are still living at home with parents and have no abode of their own yet, they are still waiting to put down some investments.grin

If that is the case, why portray single Nigerian women as "SALE BY DATE" by certain age 25 - 30+, when you're all still living at home and waiting to put down those investments?

Adding to this, are all manner of pressure and derogatory name callings piled upon a single Nigerian woman when their men, are yet to rise to the challenge of whisking them away - this is unfair and unjust!

Like single Nigerian women, isn't it time, unmarried Nigerian men are put on the spot-light to get married young before those legs becomes stiff and unable to play football with their young children in the backgarden.grin

I leave you to work that out

But before then, may I suggest that Nigerian society, look deeper into itself before, blaming the single woman - for it is writen that "a man must leave his mother and father and cling unto his wife so that both can become one body". You see, it is for a man and not a woman to leave the nest...!!grin

Certainly, most religions and cultures of this world share this value/ethos therefore, you unmarried blokes out there - what are you waiting for, in whisking away single and beautiful Nigerian ladies?

If you can not explain this fact, then start now in your own small ways to re-educate/change our society's thinking on these issues.smiley

FamilyRe: Seriously Contemplating A Divorce by Theblessed(f): 7:26pm On Apr 12, 2012
Sorry to hear about your heartache but my advice is stay put!! You created a family stay there ok!!!

I wonder if you're a Christian but if you're not, I'm sorry if I upset you with my advise on here!

You see, divorce is never the solution - yes, it will give you opportunities, tranquility, freedom etc to live your life the way you want, but it would not give you a lasting peace? On the periphery, it looks as though you're having good time and you're happy but the reality is, it doesn't really give you that happiness as you carry your baggage along with you and that can create more havoc than you started with unless, you're disciplined and in control of things in your live.

I know of many womem whose lives are messed up after divorce for not taking control of their lives - allowing material things, physicalities and emotional entanglments to creep into your new life plus the baggage from your previous life = CHAOS!!

So, control is important here if that's what you want (i.e. selfish thinking)and how about the psychological and emotional needs of your children - they need their father too, remember this!

Yes, they do not need a PART-TIME Dad rather, a FULL TIME Dad with whom, you give the children what parents must give to their children - quality lifestyle, quality education, security and stability that produces a CONFIDENT AND SUCESSFUL HUMAN BEING. Without stability in their lives, their education will be messed up - they do not need a secondary Dad, that won't do - because, what's yours, is yours!

You see, without being told the full story, we all know where the trouble is coming from - we know na woman dey cause your trouble in this marriage but, I promise you, be calm - no woman would boot you out of your marriage. This is a spiritual battle you have to fight and win - seek the face of God and take your victory in Jesus Name, Amen!!

All you need is contact and those who are causing unhappiness and breaking up your marriage, will perish under your feet!

Just give me your email add, if I can not help you, I know a man who can - and those trash, meddling in your happiness in this marriage will be history, in Jesus Name, Amen!

Don't cry Baby, don't cry - God is on your side and he is a Just and Righteous God!

He promised us to "Cast our burden upon the Lord and he will sustain you, he will never let the righteous fall" Psalm Chpt.55 v.22!! Therefore, whether good or bad, storm or calm trust and have Faith in him.

Also, be warned, when you're seeking the face of God, you too have to be clean, fair and just - give everything to Jesus Christ by keeping your hands clean and trusting him and him alone because, he is a jealous God!

Remember his laws "Thou shall have no other gods before me" Exodus Chpt 20 v. 3. Don't look any other way but on to Jesus.

Is upto you now!
Christianity EtcRe: Now That T.B. Joshua's Prophecy Is True, Will You Visit/attend His Church? by Theblessed(f): 1:14am On Apr 07, 2012
Why not! I have attended and will attend anytime, and more!grin

For those who are here blaspheming and attacking negatively the Man of God, Prophet TB Joshua and the word of Knowledge God Almighty gave him for our salvation and the glory of God, will one day receive their rewards accordingly.

For all of you (both Christians and other beliefs)who joined the bandwagon in calling him names unnecessarily - on a human level I'll say to you, sorry and shame, shame, shame - because, your ignorance/lack of knowledge of the word of God.

For this reason, if you had not read this scripture yet, I suggest you read and re-read it now, Luke Chpt.9 v. 49 - 50 and learn from Jesus Christ the Son of God.

Based on the above scripture, if Prophet T B Joshua is not against us, he is for us in Jesus Christ, Amen, Amen!

In whose Name then, does he heal and prophesy? Is it not in the Powerful Name of Jesus Christ Son of God? Remember what Jesus said, to his disciple John, in the above scripture,'Don't stop him' 'For whoever is not against you is for you'. So, Christians, hear it now and stop this silly mongerings about the practices and operations of an anointed Man of God, for the sake of the wrath of God, falling upon you all, hmmm!

After all, the Holy Ghost gives his gifts and the skills to do God's will accordingly and to whom he likes (1 Corinthians Chpt. 12 to end) - everyone is given his own line to follow and it does not have to be 'One glove fit all' so, make una close una gab, ok??
