Education / Re: Would You Drop Your Nigerian Education To Study Abroad? by Theblessed(f): 7:20am On Aug 29, 2018
Absolutely!

Nigerian degrees are nonsense. Abroad, a degree is a degree - you can major in any degree it does not matter rather, having the education/knowledge and skills to do the job.

Some even trained to be Doctors yet they are not practising their trade rather, are now TV presenters - how about that?

Some trained to be Scientist and now work in Investment Banking - how about that?

In the West, especially, in UK and US - you don't necessary have to follow you field of specialisation to earn a living - it does not go like that here.

What matters is that you have a University education - DEGREE and you can work in any field!

[size=16pt]Well done!

A leader must lead by EXAMPLE

- first and foremost, showing the people you lead the way to do things and then, lead them. Previous leader disrespected our Constitution/laws and the people and expected Nigerians to respect the law - how could that be Leaders should lead by example then, the people will follow in their footsteps.

Again, well done but remember, Nigerians are watching this "Space" seriously.

What kind of day light robbery in the Church is this?

And beautifully put in terms of giving to God, really?

This Pastor, HELL is your home with your master satan.

What shocked me most was, people saw this attitude and still continue to attend worship in that Church - please people, vote with your feet, ok!

This is the sort of Pastors, Bishops, General Overseers, Prophets etc Jesus will tell on that day," Go away I do not know you".

[b][size=16pt]Where is she and the likes running to?

Chase them out of every hole they are hiding and catch of them all - thieves!

Yes, bring them all to justice - evil and wicked men and women who do not love their Country.

Jail them and seize every of our money and properties (wherever they are hidden) down to the mats on the floor in their landing - spare nothing because, everything they claim they have is "OURS" and we must take it back.

That will be a lesson and precedent to the next generation of politicians and Nigerians as a whole.

Yes, deal with them the way Mr Chiluba of Zambia was dealt with by Zambia - striping off everything bearing his name/family. This will help end corruption in Nigeria because, when people think of what's gonna happen to them after their tenure in office they will re-consider their behaviours.

Somebody must be made to pay for what they have done to us, (since the 1960's to date) for it to kick-in, into peoples psych! They must all be call to account and no favouritism should be shown to any one of them if Buhari really meant business and Nigerians are watching his election manifesto/pledge.

Nigerians, we have had enough and time to act is now!!!!!!!!!!!

Then book an appointment to see your dentist for some oral/dental examination.

Pershaps, you need some work done to your gum/cavities e.g. some fillings done to cover gaps in between your teeth and gum linings.

Check it out with your Dentist - ensure a good one that knows his trade, please.

After, let us know the result - I believe the girls will be after you afterwards and no longer running away from you.

[size=16pt]This is what we are talking about!

Allowing unsuitable people, people like this - who do not love their own Country, to rule the people - selfish and wicked men to rule over the poor. If this guy love his people, he would not carry out such a wicked and it is evil act - he never thought of the term "COMMON GOOD" of the people.

If this is true, can you imagine a heartless man without love in his heart - a man that does not fear God and have no mercy on the poor to even consider rule.

Based on his behaviour, I do not think he has ever heard about an ACT OF CHARITY - for the less privileged, has he?

It is not how we lived here on earth that matters - it is not how we started that counts, it is how we end up that matters = Heaven or Hell, you choose!

Culture / Re: Nigerians And Fake Foreign Accents by Theblessed(f): 3:31pm On Nov 02, 2014
[b][size=16pt]It is because, most Nigerian who borrow foreign accent - suffer from imbedded inferiority complex too difficult to irradicate out lives.

Also, Nigerians are good at copy-catting. Nigerians find it difficult to spend time and learn a subject or anything (to them, it is time wasting).

Thirdly, our so called educated elites/leaders still suffer from inferiority complex - as many of them who went to school abroad, tried to fit into the system by copying the locals and came out with these funny accents they brought home with them. And because they have influence in the community they live and work - they infected lesser minds who also, join them in speaking English with funny accent.

I leave you now to think of your leaders, elites and also, some Spiritual leaders in the Ministries you support and see whether yours is one of them that speak with funny foreign accent - we know them all and they know themselves.

So, this is how the disease of speaking English with funny accent got into Nigerian's psych - Nigerian elites/influencers with low self esteem.

[b][size=16pt] Same 'ol story!!!

We've heard this story before - why regurgitating it One Hundred and ten times, more?

The owner of this story claim to be a Christian and I doubt if he really is one - perhaps, one that does not read his Bible.

An embittered and unforgiving Christian who is bent on revenge and wouldn't let go!

If your story is true - we all know for sure your heart is broken and as a Christian, it is obvious you had prayed over this injustice many times and God is not deaf - my Christian brother!

As a Christian, you don't need anyone to tell you to leave it for God to answer for you, if your claim is true - he will revenge for you because, he promised:

"Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave..." Romans 12:19.

"It is mine to avenge; I will ..." Deuteronomy 32:35

"Do not say, "I'll pay you back for ..." Proverbs 20:22

So leave it for God body - and close this matter - it is now an old story, ok!

Did you read what he writes on his facebook, you can read it at the frontpage.

No one is death sorry that is a big lie, 17 people are death so this is nothing, why he cannot say it happen and we know that people lost their life, what a man of God.

[size=16pt]Based on what is written, it seemed no lives were lost.

The Statement says that those in the building are being rescued - which suggests there were no deaths as of the time of going to the Press. However, if deaths did occur before going to the Press then in my view, the statement is mediocre and appalling.

It depends on whether the deaths you are talking about occurred after the Press Statement but having said that - if deaths later occurred after the Press Statement, it is rightful to update the Statement to take account of those who lost their lives and thus, withdraw the first Statement - that is fair and Right and also respect for families that lost loved ones in this tragedy.

That's my opinion, and I believe it is right in the eyes of God!

Fundamentalist: I am dissapointed in TB joshua as he did not see this coming. He could predict politics, conflicts e.t.c but could not predict about a "building" collapsing at his backyard.

What am i missing here ?

[size=16pt]Well, let me tell you what you're missing?

You are missing Spiritual In-sight now, go get em!

God does not reveal everything to his Servants - why?

Because, he is God. Based on our behaviours towards him - God does not trust man. So, get it he can not reveal everything to us.

Even you, is it everything that you reveal to your people - father, mother, brothers, sisters, friends, wife, girlfriend No...! So, does God, he does not reveal all to his Servants, gorit! So the Man of God can only work with what God revealed to him and he does it perfectly well, isn't it?

Right now, I suggest you go read your Bible every day perhaps, you will learn how the Almighty operates among his people.

omonuan: I thought TBJ is clairvoyant? How come he did not see this coming? Something is amiss here!

[b][size=16pt]Lack of Spiritual In-sight is absolute ignorance!

It does not surprise me that the ungodly will make comments like this.

Is it everything that God reveal to his Prophets - the answer is, a BIG "No..." and that is because he is "Almighty God" who said "My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the Heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts..." Isaiah Chpt. 55 v. 8-9.

So, God can only reveal what he wants to reveal to his Prophets and that's the way it works - get it?

So, stop criticising what you don't understand, ok?

By such criticisms, I can assume you're not a Christian and if you are I can only say sorry for being ignorant of the Word of God as you do not have a Bible to read in order to verify God's personality and how he operates among his children.

If you're conversant with your Bible you would know that Prophets of God do not see everything - they only see what God reveals to them as in this case and the case of Elisha and the Shunamite Woman, Gehazi and Naaman the leper etc 2 Kings Chpt.4 and 5

Go read the whole of these two Chapter and learn and after you'd read them I suggest you read the WHOLE OF THE BIBLE to gain insight in the workings of God and peoples behaviour in the Ancient times before you begin to make dumb comments here, body.

Secondly, what happened, happens in Lagos all the times because of poor quality buildings erected everywhere that is not properly built and checked by qualified Engineers - the Prophet is not a Civil or Structural Engineer to identify the strength of the buildings. Also, he might have paid a Structural Engineer to examined the building and confirmed to him that is ok, and habitatble! So, how is that the Prophet's fault - if a qualified Engineer says it is ok?

So please, mind your comment and lets focus on consoling those who lost loved ones in this tragedy.

[b][size=16pt]Well, knowing you are in the Public Eye as you hold a Public Office, wouldn't it be wise you respond to these allegations...?

You see in England, silence to any allegations, could mean - 'You're gullty'. The public would be forced to presume you - guilty and that compromises your integrity.

So, if you fail to respond then, you are guilty by presumption as the Public will begin to think/believe you're hiding something - some lies!!!!

And with a good degree as this, who would not be proud to defend it, standing on one leg on the APEX OF MOUNT EVEREST except, one that stole it - one that never put in a hard day's work, towards gaining the degree. undecided undecided undecided

However, degree or no degree, it does not really matter in Politics - it is not set on stone that one must have a Degree to manage a Public office - John Major of Great Britain never had one jot of a degree yet, he worn the Prime Ministerial Election in the '90s to become a British Prime Minister - not bad for a banker from a working class family, eh!! grin grin

Therefore, if you claim you have a degree, stand by your words and defend it as to put the allegations to death, and your critics to shame else, it will not go away especially, when the Press is on top of it, to not only harrass you but also to make more money - eventually, it would attract the interests of foreign Press to dig in a little deeper and burst your bubble.

Arwouch - it will hurt!!!

Fashion / Re: What Is The Difference Between Toning And Bleaching?? by Theblessed(f): 3:34pm On Jan 09, 2014
[b][size=16pt]No difference, at all!!

However, in practical terms, bleaching is fast and furious skin peeling and more corrosive to the skin than skin toning. It involves the application of a mixture of very harsh chemicals on the skin and in the process - it peels off the epidermis (i.e. the upper layer ) of the skin thus, giving it the lighter appearance the user intended.

However, this intended appearance is short-lived, if not maintained resulting in the user's skin appearing more darker and with spots in affected areas.

On the other hand, toning, involves, using a more gentle chemical to gradually peel off the epidermis without much adverse effect thus, resulting in more gentler, lighter youthful skin. Also, it requires maintenance without which, the user's skin appears darker than when he/she started.

As we can see, there are no difference but the motives are of the users, are the same - to achieve a much lighter skin than their orginal skin colour.

Yes, both methods can be use to achieve the same outcome - to lift a rather dawdry skin e.g. black or (white freckled ) skin to a level, above its natural or base colour so that it appears more lighter, youthful and attractive to the beholder - and that's the motive.

So. it's all about raising one's 'Sex Appeal' to the opposite sex. cool

Romance / Re: Dependent Attitude Of Nigerian Girls In Relationships: Poverty Or Greed? by Theblessed(f): 9:20pm On Jan 06, 2014
[b][size=16pt]Yes, you're right - Poverty and the entrenched culture we have, are to blame.

Poverty you can eliminate via good education and a good job = a decent lifestyle for the family.

However, we have a lot of changes to make in the direction of our cultures.

Nigerian women are raised with dependency mentality whereby, they expect a man to do everything as long as they lay on their backs and face the ceiling for your pleasure, comfort and bringing your children into the world - check it out!!!!

Therefore, to make a Nigerian woman dependent on self, (if ever it will work), catch them young from HOME through SCHOOL - and show that they are capable of taking care of themselves without looking into the hand of a man for support, in everything.

That way you will be able to instill in them, confidence and independence but hey, knowing Nigerian men and their ego problems - can they handle it, when a woman stand on her own feet and demand respect?

You see, Nigerian men are not emotionally and psychologically mature enough, to deal with this kind of values (a Nigerian woman's independence) that you seem to be suggesting.

Until then don't even think about it because if encouraged, it will throw open alot of worms, from the can - can you take it? grin

Yes, like the lady said above," Take responsibility..."

Get the DNA done immediately - no more delays as time has already been wasted on this child's life - who knows what she's been through at her mothers family home.

Based on their birth status, children born out of wedlock don't always have easy ride/life in Nigerian Society and we all know that - don't we? Some are used as servants/slaves by there relatives - I know one of such!

It's your baby - your blood! She is first family - the first born of your blood/strength - they are blessed!

Well I don't know if you are a Christian or not and if so, take courage on this - God is a compassionate and forgiving God - no matter our sins, as long as we confess and ask for his forgiveness, as well as keep away from sin, he forgives it.

Whether the mothers of these children are married or not, God does not see it that way after all, there won't be any marriages or legal births at RESURRECTION/HEAVEN (Matthew Chpt 22 v. 23-33), as we all are going to be ANGELS OF GOD IN HEAVEN...so earthly marriages and childen are only for companionship and happiness here on earth.

Therefore, hid to the advise people are given you here and may I add to this - inform your family first before, you let in your wife (i.e. mum, dad, brothers, sisters, Aunties, uncles etc ) for back-up, should your wife begin to create scene about your teenage love life that was, before her presence in your life.

Unfortunately, these things do happen - she herself can not swear she never had a teenage fling - can she? undecided undecided

Or could she swear, she'd never committed an abortion ever, in her life before marriage and if those children are still here with us today, what would she tell you?

So, go je je je - get your daughter into your life, family and sibblings she needs to get to know and stop wasting time.

suddenly i felt this darkness allover.the phone became brighter and you could see tru the phone. same with my bros phone.

i suddenly feel the phone could see me more than i can see it.-i see the sreen get bigger and the phone emiting a dagerous gaseous substance that was chocking me. i tried to breath but could not so i forcefully stood up and tore tru the darkness but still could not breath.at this moment i was consious but not totally awake.- i could not breath in reality and i saw my phone infront of me.

i tried so hard and i felt like i was dieing

i started to pray in spirit as i could not lift myself.just then i felt a lid lifted from my nose so i could breath.i sprung back to life and tried to breath but my nose was solidly blocked.- i had to open my mouth till i found mentol.

i 'knew i was delivered because my nose was totally blocked yet i was able to breath a little enough to bring me back to life.
am not here to spoil anyones market but i fing this event disturbing and revealing.

God bless u all as u take note and become more vigilant. merry xmax people.

[size=16pt]Well it's called IDOLATRY...!

You made your Smart phone your god. To you, God is secondary to other things in your life.

When your life is centred on a gadget made by man that can fail you, anytime - what do you expect?

You see, you can't cope without it, can you? That is why, it is your god - idolatry.

From now on, I suggest you get your priorities right and draw much closer to God (pray and read your Bible daily) than you'd ever done and see, if you would not have a much more happy and fulfilling life.

Learn, from this warning - next time, there may not be a second chance for you, in your dream/sleep.

We all make mistakes and this is yours - learn from it and Move-On.

I could hear you moaning about revenge please, don't go there! No revenge from you is worth it!

Listen to the Word of God about revenge - It says, "Blessed those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. Do not repay evil for evil. Do not take revenge my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written "It is mine to avenge; I will repay", says the Lord (NIV - Romans Chpt. 12 v.14-19).

It says 'do not avenge but leave revenge for the Lord - did you hear that? As God has promised you that he will revenge for you - Can you take that and listen to it?

From this I hope you will learn never to give your heart to anyone - man or woman again, in your life and never you Trust any human being including members of your on family or even the children you gave birth to - believe me, you will be disappointed.

God knows us (human beings) very well that he does not trust us - imagine, after creating us, he grieved over creating us i.e. he regretted creating us because, we are wicked and can not be trust (Genesis Chpt 6 v. 5-6).

As if that's not enough to learn from - now listen to further Words of God about Man - I leave you to read up these, yourself (Jeremiah Chpts. 9 v. 4-6, 12 V. 6 and Micah Chpt 7 v. 5 -6) and see how God repeated negatively about Man (us). Listen, this time, it was closer to 'HOME' than you thought - your own family, friends and neighbours. Having heard this now, tell me about this selfish guy and some other distant people, you have encountered in your life.

Again, my advise is, Move-On! The Lord will avenge for you, and you will be doing the dancing - this guy killed 3 babies God gave him through you, and he is now about to marry another woman to make more babies, abi? Hmmmm!!!

Leave it for God to judge. For our God is a Righteous and Fair God - he will reward accordingly.

As for you, I suggest you go and confess your sin privately to God and ask for forgiveness. Ask him to send you, your own God chosen husband - who will love and cherish you and dry your tears! But, ask the Holy Spirit to guide you to walk in the ways of God's commands/precepts and sin no more!

God is your strength and you will come out of this by his grace!

Take care!
