You mean those saying that Otti is a good governor are lying or paid agents

You mean those plying that coastal road, their lives and commute have not improved
Overall, governance across board has been poor, that there's one or two governors that seem like they're doing some work doesn't mean it hasn't been bad.

More money from the FG has translated into more money for theft, and the FG has been slacking on their end...Lucky was a poor governor, but people were a bit insulated from his maladministation because OBJ was somewhat competent.

are we not seeing different roads being commissioned in abia by otti?
where do you think the money comes from?

two years ago, festac link bridge was commissioned. because of that bridge i can be in surulere in 30 minutes when i leave my house. i can be in VI in 45 minutes. i do not have to worry about getting trapped in a mile 2 hold up and facing off three thugs breaking my window.

That is a quality of life increase, but na road we go chop i guess?

That bridge was started in 2012/2013 . You can have all the plans you want but if you don't have enough cash on hand, some projects will be put on hold.

i was in a meeting with LAMATA last week. they are rounding up construction of bus terminals around lagos. these projects were started during ambodes tenure. they were partially truncated by end sars when buses were burnt.

as a family man or business owner you have 101 things calling to be spent on and limited funds. the same happens with govt on a much larger scale. sometimes you as parent or business owner push for measures that require belt tightening but will be better for everyone in the long run. so when everyone starts complaining what do you do?
It'd be a problem if I told the FAM to tighten their belts while I went about living lavida loca

why label them when i can simply block them?

have i called anyone out ?

if you decide to make it your lifes work to be a prophet of doom spamming the board with copied and pasted articles that you don't understand - fortunately i can just block you. that is what the button is for , after all.

If 95% of my posts were celebrating the glory of APC and the golden age of tinubu you would get tired of reading my posts very quickly and just skip over tongue
Understood, your style is to first block, then label them toxic.

You enjoyed being a prophet of doom under Jonathan, allow people enjoy same under Tinubu without getting labelled, in the spirit of freedom of opinion.

I'm sure you won't find my posts boring if it was 95% about the glory of Tinubu like Raumduter does tho...in fact you'd call it bringing balance grin

this is what i am saying - everyone if free to have their opinion - good bad, messianic about a leader.
what i am saying is that we don't need to attack others for their convictions at least when they are genuine
if you believe GEJ had the sun shining out of his arse, does that mean the rest of us should say you are always on the wrong side of history?

@semid4lyfe

Some posters have devolved into broken records committed to spreading their own unique form of toxicity.

Examples of this are

Misogyny,
hatred of this administration,
religious fanaticism

They will come and regurgite whatever is being shared in their echo chambers

They are another reason for the block button. If you see that most or all of what comes from a poster is echo chamber bile you can make your choice.
In the spirit of freedom of opinion, people shouldn't be labelled toxic because they don't share your belief in the Tinubu-led administration.

Removal of subsidy has allowed Nigeria to move from a recurrent and massive operational spend to having money available for capital projects.

If governors are unable to turn their increased allocations into viable capital projects will you also blame tinubu for that?

I am sure you are seeing the story on FP about how gencos or discos have 6 trillion debt. Right now geometric energy is in a massive hole because their revenue cannot offset their investment.

You run a business so however much you pontificate, you will not invest in expensive new hardware if your clientele are not prepared to pay higher prices.

Until cost of power can match required investment we will continue throwing bandaids on an artery.

as for security - the buck stops at tinubus table so that is on him.
There's no capital project investment from the state or federal government that's translated in an improved quality of life for the average Nigerian.

I agree that Tinubu has made more funds available, but there's nothing on ground that indicates that wasn't him making more funds available for him, and others in the political elite to embezzle.

The suffering Nigerians are grappling with, in the name of much needed structural changes has been for so little, hopefully things get better, but you seriously should begin to consider that we might be going through hell for next to nothing.

Lol, and that's my point, you made the statement of leaders having their good and bad as though it was something you believed in, when in fact that was you just coping up a defence to people you're sentimental to.

People that see nothing good about the Tinubu presidency are entitled to that, same way you saw nothing good about the Jonathan presidency.

as a person who works adjacent to head office executives corporate entity where you face the reality of numbers and operating costs do you think the fuel and electricity subsidies are sustainable in 2026?

are you bothered that other nigerians are now having to pay their share of tax rather than corporate workers only?
Someone is highlighting specific pain points that the average Nigerian is dealing with.

Instead of pointing out the positives he might be overlooking, you imply that despite the hardship he's complaining about, Nigerians are still living fake life and he should be grateful that people who didn't pay tax in the past are now contributing their quota to what's essentially a botomless pit of embezzlement.

And If he continued to insist and drag and bait you?

He is the one taking Sophie to court to drag for custody. He is not being blocked from imade. He is not paying imades school fees.

He initatiated a completely unnecessary court case. If you initiate a court case especially a civil one, your character is going to be dragged in court, because in the end it comes down to if you can be perceived as a responsible person.

Someone whose son died under his roof, who is chasing OF thot, who is always in the news for the wrong things has no business going to court to drag for matters like this.
If he had any sense at all, he would start by sacking the lawyer that adviced him to be going aura for aura with Sophia's lawyer.

The case of Ifeanyi was definitely going to be brought up, and it might have served Davido better if it was his side that brought it up, showed through a narrative that he's learnt since the incident, while maintaining a show of remorse through the court proceeding.

He should just pray Imade is sentimental, cause if you can't put your ego aside and do the required arse licking, how much of a fight did you really put up?

Davido really needs to grow up and get his emotions in check Sha.

He was bested in court by his baby mama's lawyer in the custody battle. Instead of taking the L and move on like he meant when he said he has tried his best for Imade, he is out on social media tagging the lawyer's social media ID for his fans to cyberbully her.

Who knows the extent any of Davido's loyalists and gang members would go offline to attack the woman for doing the job she was paid to do as a lawyer?

Davido was in court to fight for joint custody with a Sophia for their daughter ; Imade. During cross examination Soohia's lawyer asked how can Davido guarantee Imade's safety should he be given joint custody considering he was unable to protect his late son Ifeanyi who passed on tragically in 2022.

Davido was triggered by this and he allegedly lost his cool resulting in him blasting lawyer right inside the court. The judge had to halt proceedings and when the court session resumed Davido was asked to apologize to the court and the lawyer for his "unruly" behaviour.

Davido refused to apologize to the lawyer and it seemed he lost the case eventually Sha.

Some people are saying the lawyer is not was wicked by hitting below the belt by opening old wounds with the cross examination but others are saying the lawyers question is valid and devoid of emotion.
Normally, Davido suppose visit therapist after the death of e child, that he's still losing his cool the way he's done is sign that there's a lot of trauma from the child's death he's dealing with, and lessons he's yet to learn.

I'm sure he knew Sofia's counsel would ask such questions, if Davido's lawyer didn't prepare him for that they'd be thoroughly incompetent...maybe he thinks such flagrant display of "passion" would get him favorable judgement grin

Should Eagles, Falcons Table tennis players who visit president after their wins also got the same insults as Tunde Onakoya?

Cubana endorsed Tinubu
Onakoya went to visit Tinubu

Tell us the perception of Onakoya that makes him different from Cubana

Why should Tunde Onakoya get any form of insult for visiting his president
Bill Gates featured in an ad by Aproko Doctor, and he faced insults, I'm sure many would wonder why he had to deal with that just because of an ad done with Bill Gates, and this is a Bill Gates doesn't impart the lives of the average Nigerian like a Tinubu does, yet it didn't stop people from piling on Aproko Doctor.

At some point we might have to deploy an insultometre to gauge how celebs getting insulted by perceived Obidients measure.

And to be fair, I don't think the way a Tunde Onakoya is perceived the same way a Chiefpriest would be perceived, hence they might do similar things yet get different response from the public.
