raumdeuter: It takes time to grow and mature before we start experimenting with electronic transmission in a country where network infrastructure are shaky at best and not as secure.
Was it last year that one exam body maybe Jamb or Waec had to rewrite exams because of technology glitches? Imagine that happening to an election.
A scenario where network goes down, elections are hacked, wrong winners announced then we have military taking over power. We just survived an attempted military coup last year things matured democracies dont even talk about anymore
Once we get our infrastructure up to date then we can be thinking about those type of revolutionary changes By infrastructure up to date, you mean transmission of data over the internet? |

Even if she thought it was a veiled dig, that type of response makes me question her ability to properly regulate her emotions. Roland17: I saw this on the front page and I think it is recent, especially when you consider Wike’s recent silence and the suspension of Fubara’s impeachment process. While there is no official source to this news, I lean towards believing it. Asiwaju cannot afford a Rivers state in crisis heading into election season. Wike wants Fubara impeached but Asiwaju thinks differently and that is big. Will Wike work against Asiwaju in the worst case? I think this situation still works for Fubara. The only legs Wike stands on is Tinubu staying loyal for someone that stuck his neck out for him when he didn't have to. If it's the mathematics of 2027, Tinubu knows he'd do as well or better than he did in 2023 and that's all he needs from Rivers. His party controls 30 of the 36 states, he does not absolutely need Rivers to win the elections anymore. Wike needs position himself as leader of party in Rivers so if 2027 is delivered it'd be said that he and not Fubara did so, that's the only way he stays relevant, and that's what the fight has become about now. |

semid4lyfe: Kunle Afolayan vs Funke Akindele ft Toyin Abraham
https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSaGdHev4/ He does have a point, and I get his beef, especially when you consider these epic Yoruba movies have always been his way of expressing high art, and the entrant of the likes of Funke and Toyin Abraham has practically turned these movies into another Igwe era of Nollywood, then add the dancing for promotion and it gives the vibe of people that just want to cash out. |

BlueRayDick: Thank You.
I want to ask; Is it a bad idea to use AC while on Inverter? (At least 1.5 Horse power split unit) You can, but you'd end up consuming way more power than on regular use. Like this your 1.5HP AC would drain a fully charged 5.2KWh battery in like 4 hours, of which if you were using it normally (light bulbs, fans, couple hours of TV and charging of devices), it'd last up to 20 hours. |

[quote author=BlueRayDick post=138307601]During the election campaigns, Tinubu supporters swore he is healthy and fully fit to oversee the affairs of this country. It got to a point I was wondering if gbey actually belive what they are saying or they are just trolling. Looking at this video now, I can confirm that those of us who raised concerns about his health were actually right. I remember saying the man is best enjoying his 70's with his grandchildren flocking around him to play instead of forcing himself to contest for Nigeria's presidency. I wonder if Raumdeuter has seen this video Tinubu has a very wicked K-leg, even young adults with that gait struggle with balance, not to mention someone as old as Tinubu. F. D. Roosevelt, ruled America despite being crippled, at least Tinubu can stand, and it's the brain that we need, not the body |

BlueRayDick: I don't want to use Panel because my landlord objects to installing panel on his roof. I think I mentioned that earlier.
So how much will the battery be and how many batteries will be enough to serve me?
Please do the calculation again without including solar panel. OPTION ADeriy 25.6V/2.56KWh battery pack for 358K Growatt 24V/3KWh inverter for 400K Wiring, surge, and breakers - 250K --- 1.08M OPTION BDeriy 51.2V/5.12KWh battery pack for 840K Growatt 48V/6KWh inverter for 581K Wiring, surge and breakers - 250K --- 1.67M OPTION CDeriy 25.6V/7.2KWh battery pack for 1.01M Growatt 24V/3KWh inverter for 400K Wiring, surge and breakers - 250K --- 1.66M I'd recommend B, it's the more balanced setup and gives allowance for when your power needs increase beyond your current need. SRNE Inverters are just as good, and they have good support, but dem dey always hide prices, but should be around same as Growatt. You'd also need earthing if there's none where you reside, make lightning no spoil things. |

BlueRayDick: With 1.4m, how many batteries will come with the solar set up?
And like how long will it last on full charge? i.e if I decide to use it just for lightning, fan, TV and basic charging of phones and laptop in normal socket?(Excluding AC, pressing iron and microwave) There's a 25.6V, 2.56KWh Lithium Battery pack you can get from Deriy (they have a warehouse along Lagos/Ibadan Express Way, Ogun State side), last quote I saw for it was 358K Growatt has 24V, 3KWh Inverter, you can get from Founani, sells for 400K. SRNE should give you higher capacity for about same price, I use SRNE and it's been cool. Then 6 Jinko Solar Panels, N-type Bifacial 590W each, you can get for Founani, sells for 128K per, that's 768K Wiring, breakers, and surge devices, another 200/300K, the inverter would have a recommended wire guage, you can go lower, but would advice sticking with what's recommended. So roughly 1.7/1.8M would do it. This setup would cover what you need, and you can even do ironing and microwaving with it, since these things don't take time like that. You can expect like 8-12 hours run time on full charge, depending on how you use it, with time you'd know how to manage the power. If NEPA is decent where you are, you can ignore the solar panels, and just get higher capacity inverter and battery, would still be around that 1.7M, and it would take more load and give you longer hours on full charge. If you choose to stick with the smaller capacity setup and not add solar panels, you'd be spending like 1M total. |

what i am saying is that if there was group sex [consensual or coerced] it may have been embarrassing enough to bring about the school fees, adeleke university etc as hush money.
the money is nothing to adeleke snr, but a stone cold businessman effectively paying a girl a large amount of money because she had sex with his son one time . . .
anyway, i am just spit balling Lol, thought so too, but the man is very spiritual, so could very well be a case of his religious sentiments coming into play. Nathan Tella should have taken one of their spots, and given Akor occupies one of the winger spots, a forward who can drift to the wings wella is Gift Orban who should have been called up and can slot in for Akor when needed. Person wey tall and grab like Akor na im wan play wing? 9 or supporting striker is where works for him. |
