The so-called savings will only go into the pockets of politicians who will eventually loot it and tell us they used it to lift 100 million audio people out of poverty. We know the game very well.

Nigerians have been successfully divided along ethnic and religious lines so they have been cowed into silence by the criminals in power. Even the soldiers that are also affected by the misrule will be the first to release bullets upon their fellow suffering Nigerians. What a country!
Until Nigerians realize that power belongs to the people and not some group of criminals who perpetuate themselves in power to cause untold hardship then they will continue to be trampled upon.

So long as Nigerians will continue being stupid then politicians will continue to take them for a ride. The local refineries Nigerdelta guys operate at will in the creeks is what is proving difficult for the government to run. The whole truth about the petroleum sector is what the government is refusing to tell Ngerians. Let's keep fighting ourselves and let the politicians keep cashing out big from our collective apathy.

Look at Nigerians fighting over politicians that don't even know they exist. They do not have money to pay for subsidy yet the same people paid themselves billions as severance packages for doing next to nothing over the last 4yrs. The said they don't have money for subsidy yet they pay themselves Billions as hardship allowance. They don't have money for subsidy yet they get billions as allowances and salaries every month. So long as Nigerians decide to be stupid these wicked devils we have in power will continue to mess with their feather brains.
They are talking about palliative like the one we had during the covid era when they gave nothing to the citizens and yet they hoarded the ones that was supplied by international donor bodies.
I blame the NLC for not being alive to their responsibilities and demanding that the salaries of these criminals in government be reduced so the country can make whatever savings they want to make. Why must Nigerians be made to pay for the profligacies and policy somersaults of the government? Is it their fault that the refineries have refused to work despite the resources sunk into them?
If subsidy is the only thing the citizens benefit from the criminals we have in power then so be it. Successive governments have not been sincere with Nigerians over the petroleum sector just like every other sector in the country. Everything is a mess.

This is their usual language. Palliatives like the ones they stored in warehouses during the covid era. How much will be spent on the palliatives and who will get them? How much will the palliatives cost compared with the subsidy you removed? Lets keep deceiving ourselves. I only blame Nigerians who have refused to take charge of their destinies.

I have always said that successive Nigerian governments have never been sincere with Nigeria. These guys are simply paving the way for Dangote to sell his fuel at 1000 naira per liter. Now look at what this man is saying as if he knew what price Dangote will sell already. This subsidy removal bullcrap is simply a ploy to free up more funds for the thieving political class to steal. Such wickedness. They know that fuel is the base of our economy and tampering with the price will affect everything that goes on in the country yet they keep tampering with the price. I cannot believe this same fuel was what I sold at 65 naira per liter in 2011. Under the guise of removing subsidy, the price has jumped to 600 naira. Does it mean that they were subsidizing the fuel with almost 500 naira then? Why are we like this in this country?
So long as Nigerians continue to remain docile to the affairs that affect their daily lives these criminals in government will continue to take them for fools. They dont have money yet they used billions to settle the outgone elected criminals. Nonsense country.

When they increased the pump price of fuel to 140 naira they told us the subsidy has been removed, only for them to tell us again they are still paying subsidy on fuel, then they moved the price to 220 and told us it had been removed totally now this same people are still telling us they are still removing it again and the price has jumped to 700 naira as of today yet no one has actually cared to ask how much is the landing cost of fuel. and why we have not been able to get our refineries working after spending billions of dollars on them.
Most Nigerians are very gullible and easily manipulated that is why these criminals in government who are the real beneficiaries of this subsidy scam will continue to manipulate and hoodwink them. Renewed hope indeed.

May the souls of all those he was responsible for their deaths whether directly or indirectly continue to hunt him for all time to come and may the depression most Nigerians found themselves in as a result of his moribund economic policies be his portion. A country experienced recession thrice under his misrule. No other president has ever had that unenviable record, What a man!!!

The Nigerian electoral system has been designed in such a way that it is almost impossible to unseat the so-called elected president. For the people that brazenly usurped the wishes of the people to confidently tell you to go to court is because they know the system has been rigged against you and they have muddled the law to back up their criminality. The reason this nation is like this is because our leaders like doing things clandestinely. Everything about them is always shrouded in secrecy. If indeed that corrupt electoral umpire is sure of the elections they conducted why are they delaying the release of documents? Why are they against the live streaming of proceedings? The future of this nation for the next 8yrs will depend greatly on the cases before the tribunals so its ideal to go live just like Ken Nnamani-led senate did years ago that scuttled Obasanjo's 3rd term bid.

Now innocent people close by will be meant to pay for this because we live in a society where the rule of law is non-existent.
