It's a monumental shame that we were importing to meet a shortfall in supplies during Abacha days ad now we don't seem to be refining anything anymore but our petroleum needs are now fully imported. Who is benefiting from this rot in the petroleum and power sectors? These are the questions Nigerians should be asking but they are more interested in mundane and immaterial kinds of stuff.
Is it not shameful that a government will be depending on an individual to help them stop importation by building his refinery after almost 7yrs of being in power?
