That 9m will be for the PPL, Private Pilot License, not Commercial Pilot License (CPL).

I think it was for a 2 year degree which both PPL and CPL would be awarded. I have a close friend who did it, although I didn't really confirm if it was totally 9million

Had the dream but gave up.

Same here, it costed about 9million grands to attend the flying school in Zaria. Oh well, I can still chase the dream later on in life

You will see a lecturer assign a new area of study for a brilliant student to sweat and toil over as final research project; all in the hope that once the student is scored A or B in the project, the lecturer proceeds to convert such research work to journal article and publish online.

Tech here doesn't really mean Nigerian is technologically more advanced than SA or Egypt ( ie in terms of manufacturing, automation, academic research n contribution to technology, etc). Tech here only refers to digital technology n startups and have to do with web or mobile apps which includes Fintech, B2B sales sites, Bet site, forums, online TV and media, blog, Vlog, job sites, etc. Those hubs they talk about are like locality where you would find good pool of people including investors (venture capitalist, angel investors, funding firms, etc) as well, as tech enthusiasts getting involved in start up.
Since Nigeria is a very populous country its logical it leads in this area. Tech start up per capital would have been a better criteria n that would see Nigeria doing very poorly

Nigeria need to double or oven triple on its efforts in Tech development as it's alternative to crude oil.
Other than Lagos, other Nigerian urban places are virtually sleeping and not being innovative enough.
There is Benin city, Asaba, Calabar, Enugu and many other Nigerian cities that needs to put in strategic plans to turn their enclave to tech hubs

I'd really love to see the tech community in Benin grow to a desired level.
Living in Lagos and schooling in Benin, I've seen that both cities are tech passionate and I must say Benin is really coming up.

The parents of this child would have act improper, when u reject something, there is other options which from my research the JW medical teams pointed out and other doctors outside the JW are using it now.

Look 3 years ago I paid for a room self con in Ibadan and after the payment 3 weeks later, one of the neighbors told me they buried the wife of the landlord there.
