Manuel69: See how you choose to pass sense but just ended up posting gibberish. 42k not money, its toilet paper 42k na person breakfast money. Get rid of that poverty mentality and aim higher like he told you. What will a salary of 42 or 55k (or whatever) do for a bachelor let alone a family man? If not for how shitty the country is, where everyone now sees the military as a potential last resort to escape joblessness. Please don't limit yourself in life |
Education › Re: University Admission Offer Vs Nigeria Air Force Recruitment Offer by TheManOfTheYear: 9:46pm On Mar 16, 2019 |
MaziOmenuko: I see a lot of peeps advising you to chose being an airman than getting an adequate education. After serving 25yrs as an airforce recruit, a newly commissioned officer with a degree certificate will still rank above you. I don't know why people have this primitive mentality of grabbing anything that comes their way because the cowards are afraid of tomorrow. If you are above 23yrs, you can enroll into the airforce, if not, enroll into the school and get educated. Education is not just about getting work; it sets you up and equips you for the life journey ahead.
Just know that if you enroll into airforce now, their is a limit to what you can achieve in the future. your promotion is capped at a certain limit. With an adequate education, you can soar higher than what you are dreaming of right now. Don't be myopic. My thoughts exactly. God bless your wisdom sir |

molon23: Good day house. I have been offered admission into the university and also shortlisted for Nigeria Air Force (recruit) Please I am really confused on which to pick. I have done registration for my school and I really don't want to miss this opportunity of job. Please your advice and criticism is welcome. Military recruit? That hinders one's achievements in life. You can't go beyond a certain rank and salary. Think well, though it may seem like a wise decision to quickly go for the job and not “waste” four or five years in a certain classroom but it is the long term achievements you should be considering here. Nonetheless, the choice still lies with you. Pray about it. Good luck |

uuzba: Sex is meant for marriage. Don't get any gilrfriend if you have no job, cannot pay rent, cannot support yourself. It is unrealistic and irresponsible to use your father's money to be doing boyfriend-Girlfriend. They will tell you people, you won't hear.
You will soon impregnate a lady and start murdering an innocent baby in the name of abortion. I tire!!! One Goldberg for you sir |

I am a Christian, it doesn't mean I should castigate any Islam I see around my hood! I don't know what religion has turned Nigeria into, is it because of our current government situation or what? Oh. U deserve a cold beer |

GeoSilYe: Ahan this woman that was promoted, paid for her honesty, given a lot of gifts, moved from her one room apartment and had interviews across different radio stations in Lagos came out to say that she wasn't remembered or a given a dime?!
I know her personally oh, let her not say this rubbish.
Na wa oh.
I need to show my people this.
What kind of lie is this?
She has finally finished everything given to her and now is looking for more. When people were helping her in MMIA she didn't remember anybody after she "blew" now she wants to remain relevant and Nigerians as usual have donated to her again!
This one weak me. How do you know she was paid? It is very possible she could have been promised payment and it still hasn't been remitted to her. Don't act like you don't know this country |

okoroemeka: if you see your wife none of those things matters,I got married in 1999 at 23 years and wife is also 23,so the 19 years of married life has been filled with times of joy and saddness, but whenever I look at my first daughter now 18 yrs in the uni,I knew that I made the right choice and also my first son at 16 yrs now is my driver getting ready for the university.my wife and daughter look so alike and young that people find it hard to believe she is her mother, thinking they are sisters. So all these sweet tales by moonlight is your reason why someone should get married at 25? Scratch that! The fact you were financially stable at 23 doesn't mean everyone else is. If you aren't stable enough please don't go into marriage. The responsibilities will overwhelm you. Everyone is running his own race. There is no perfect age for marriage, only perfect time |

placeofallure: It depends. Some of us are religious freaks, we grew up sooooo indoctrinated and we're so deep we can't renege. I dated a Muslim way back in school. I didn't know he was one until feelings have been caught. We were so into each other we'd started talking marriage. He was willing to change, infact he was already attending a church cos I just can't imagine living the rest of my life as a Muslim or with a Muslim husband....As love-struck as we both were, we eventually went our separate ways cos I wasn't convinced he wouldn't renege on his promise. Something tells me he'd change after marriage. Moreso, his entire household is Muslim, so it'll be me versus them. Abeg, I no fit!
There was another man who asked me out, this one is a Grail movement follower. He didn't try to hide it from me. Instead of going deep, we just stayed as friends.
Op, if you're not up to it, or you foresee any trouble, then it's to your tent Oh Isreal, you should both go your separate ways. Interesting, I guess some certain things are best avoided. Thank you. |

error4040: The solution to you issue is Viz.
(a) Is she Hausa/Fulani ? (b) is she from other Tribe i.e Yoruba, nupe, ebira etc (b) Are her parents also of a mixed religion ?
then here is where it get intense
if your reply to (a) is YES then sorry bro forget Her esp if she's in her early 20's. Reason is her Parent won't even listen to you, just forget even trying to convince them.
if your Reply to (b) is YES then their is probability it might work out let's say 70/30. this is No assurance tho because at times this case can also be Hard like option (a)
if your Reply to (c) is Also YES then congrats bro she might be yours that's if you play your Cards Right! but if the Reply Was to say NO well let me not just conclude because you would still have to reshuffle between option (a & b).
Do have a nice day. My gee thanks bro. The thing is I just met the babe last month, marriage is very far from my agenda now,we're just on the casual side. She's Yoruba and definitely not religious minded. But I just felt what if this relationship goes all the way? Well no issues, I guess we can always go our separate ways if we can't go further. Such is life. |
