Things like seaports, railways, even massive agriculture and mineral exploration lies with the FG in the executive list. Thus, most governors' hands are tied when it comes to them. Only with the FG's approval can so many developmental decisions and moves be made in this god damned country.

Guess what? They play politics with it and it never ends.

The more reason we have to all support restructuring of Nigeria such that most of those things can be handled by states as the need arises.
