California, and no prenup cool
I had a terrible dream about prenup and I don't want to step my marital feet in that region. There's no love in equal sharing; there's got to be cheating somewhere, that's why all parties are something called, "smart".

When you sit in front of the consular, you're not going to speak at all. God will speak to him through your mouth. Is the consular greater than God? Keep your mind on Him that He won't fail you, everything will just fall into place in no time. Overall, be very confident! Come back with the good news.

Thank goodness. The divorce is final, so we're good to walk down the aisle now. But remember what I said, choose anywhere in the nation except California(I'm unflinchingly making it clear now). So tell me, where do you want it?

Wickedness has existed since God created the world. How can you explain the murder of Abel by Cain? Can that ever be justified? The world is getting advanced every minute, so is its wickedness. Like or lump it.

Spiky, it's understandable why you locked down the thread. So many people on here, so to say and I mean it in the most respectful way, aren't always speaking with their heads thinking in the right bearing. However, you've got to understand the fact that some people really miss that thread(I personally do). Even though I've only posted there once, I still enjoyed all the little bit of romantic details that's been hashed out there; think about the good people and the right reasons that some people really need the thread to get things settled.

We have so many controversial threads on NL already, e.g., "Whitelexi, The Shit is On" thread -- that's the latest example. . . . . So Your Honor, will you please unlock?  Thank you wink

Yeah bro. Lagos really got it going for them. What's the use of indigenes when they can't even give you the best they're expected to offer their own domain?
Culture › Re: Any Wawa People From Enugu State Here ? by TheSeeker(m): 8:51pm On Aug 12, 2009
The cheapest in the south-east I should say. Wawa people are from Enugu and Ebonyi states. They have lesser stringent rules and requirements for traditional marriages.
Culture › Re: Osun -- State Of The Living Spring! Identify Here by TheSeeker(op): 8:30pm On Aug 12, 2009
He's from Ilesa. He was just a commissioner in Lagos. I'll let you in on a secret: most of those Lagos commissioners during Tinubu's era weren't from Lagos -- most of them are from Ekiti State, a minority from Ogun State.
Culture › Re: Osun -- State Of The Living Spring! Identify Here by TheSeeker(op): 8:20pm On Aug 12, 2009
He became popular because people wanted Oyinlola out; he pinpointed on a lot of things the former has failed to do since elected in 2003. He openly confronted him. He was further endeared to the people when the Ataoja of Osogbo was right there sitting when Aregbesola was attacked on "Oroki Day"- an event he was invited to. I saw a video of that too. One of Oyinlola's aides - the ADC, I think - was one of those vandalizing AC's entourage cars and buses.
There were gunshots too, but no one was reported dead. People loved him more as PDP's resentment against him was going strong.

I thought people are priding him as the best governor since '99. Why and how is he a non-entity? He's the national chairman for Action Congress; why should any member want to avoid him? Has his conflict with Senator Akinfenwa been resolved?
Culture › Re: Osun -- State Of The Living Spring! Identify Here by TheSeeker(op): 7:09pm On Aug 12, 2009
Yes. I've been able to watch some videos of killings, polling centers being hijacked, voting officials harassed with guns. Smuggling of the ballot boxes and papers. I personally watched a video where 'Lola said and I quote as I interpret in english, ". . . . what are you(soldiers and thugs), kill everyone in sight if they host any protest,". I also saw videos of corpse deposited at LAUTECH Teaching Hospital, people shot in their various homes, hostage victims and a lot more AC legislators who were kidnapped.

It's sad really, to say the least but I hope things change. The case is favorable for Aregbesola but it doesn't look like he's going to win this one. Who knows what Bisi Akande might end up doing.
Nairaland General › Re: My Horoscope Today! by TheSeeker(m): 6:20pm On Aug 12, 2009
Yes, I've been following horoscope for a more than a year now and yes, between seventy-five and ninety percent of the revelations are true. Sometimes, the reading might be really wrong but that's rare. It can also give you an insight of what personality someone possesses. It tells you more on how to relate with them. Believe me, they are just about real.

However, some readings might confuse you. But don't dwell on them, just rely more on what you can deduce by critically analyzing situations yourself.

IFELEKE:
Seeker,
It normally rains during the festival(and at times, all through the week long activities) but that hasnt happend since monday(when the festival kicked off).
Yes, I know it has to rain during the festival.

On politics now. I've been tracking the political scene in Osun for a while now. Aregbesola has been purportedly accused of forging a police report on the April 14, 2007 gubernatorial election. I heard he's been granted bail after =N= 2,000,000.00 had been paid. The case has been adjourned until September 10, 2009 -- or is it September, 8? I also gathered the police said he should report to the police station in Abuja daily from 8.00AM to 4.00PM until August 17, 2009 for more findings.
How true is this?

Ok So Dimeji is championing the creation of Ijebu state. Interesting. So what would happen to other states like Oke Ogun and co.

I would like to know what Yoruba land would look like after then
Well, Yoruba land deserves more states than the north. I'm sure some states in the north aren't even worth called a state. I don't see how they have 19 states in the north. It's baffling.
IFELEKE:
Seeker i intend to but i really don't what it to be hijacked by nitwits(just like the one that was locked) presently, am working on stuffs i intend using to start a new thread here on Ekiti. After i finish, i'll try get the thread unlocked or start a new one.
On the Osun Osogbo Festival
This year is very strange because it hasn't rained yet unlike the previous festivals.Locals down here are even getting worried that it might be a sign that things aren't going well.
You mean rain during the festival or before? Because I heard there's been rain before.
Culture › Re: Osun -- State Of The Living Spring! Identify Here by TheSeeker(op): 4:39pm On Aug 12, 2009
Yes, you're right. I've been following it closely courtesy of my friends in Osogbo. One of them was going to send me pictures, but I haven't heard from him in a while. But the pictures will go LIVE soon as I get them. IFELEKE, when are you starting a new thread for your court sessions? It's an opportunity for people to air their grievances and have them resolved; there's enough commotion on NL already than for some stupid threads be formed e.g., the thread Thonia made on Whitelexi and many more. Can you start a new thread please?

Are you the one cloning "bluspice"? Wow! Nice try. You could have gone with a different username. Unfortunately, I didn't know I was talking to the wrong person. . . . . . just could have known better that my soon-to-be-ex-wife doesn't rattle jargon. If I had someone like you as an ex wife, it'll be a difficult ball game for me because I'll have to pay counseling fees too along with alimony. Are you on crack? Dayo!!!! Dayo!!
