who the hell are the hausas to talk, are they not tired of making trouble. whatever Nigeria is passing through today is their fault. why don't they shut up and rest,their noise is getting unnecessary and annoying daily, Nigeria would have been a better country without the hausas. haven't they cause enough damage?

what do they have? nothing. they won't even allow the places like niger delta who's land Nigeria's economy rest on to talk. what is their problem sef? biafra wanted to form their own country,they did no agree,because they know they would be dead, so please they should all shut up and take a break.

i personally don't like the idea of Nigeria separating and everyone going their own way. but if this is going to be the way out,for all these rubbish to stop then so be it.

because from the way things are going,if something is not done fast there is a slight chance there might be another civil war, and if such happens its going to be bad and bloody, so i don't pray for it.
PoliticsRe: Compare Between The Abacha Regime And Obasanjo's Regime by ThoniaSlim(op): 6:39pm On Jun 20, 2007
@vigasimple
thanks for your contributions. i know abacha had a lot of faults. but lets face reality even though abacha had faults, his administration was still better than obasajo's administration. and they both used the same military tactics. the only difference is abacha applied a direct approach while obasanjo applied an indirect pretending approach.

the replies i see here,for God's sake i don't know why people have a stupid way of thinking angry. i would always stand with the opinion, that physical beauty fades away. but that beauty inside is what should always be considered cause it does not fade.

TV/MoviesWhat Do You Think Of Bbc News? by ThoniaSlim(op): 2:35am On Jun 20, 2007
What do you think of BBC news, i think they are such critics they like to pick on everything around them. they are also so good at painting other countries bad. they never pick on the faults of their own country. i would also like to hear other views from you all.

PoliticsRe: Fg Bows To Labour Demands, Reduces Fuel Price, Vat by ThoniaSlim(f): 1:15am On Jun 20, 2007
so does this mean, workers would go to work tomorrow by 12am, if nothing is done and the strike holds they all go home. or they would just remain at home for that day?
PoliticsRe: Fg Bows To Labour Demands, Reduces Fuel Price, Vat by ThoniaSlim(f): 12:44am On Jun 20, 2007

PoliticsRe: Mike Okiro Battles Robbers, Kills 2 by ThoniaSlim(f): 4:14pm On Jun 19, 2007

PoliticsCompare Between The Abacha Regime And Obasanjo's Regime by ThoniaSlim(op): 3:51pm On Jun 19, 2007
There have been critics concerning abacha's regime, they say he did this and stole that.i am no supporter of anyone, but lets be sincere compare the regime of abacha and obasanjo, lets face the issue of fuel price, which is a necessity.

during abacha's regime they called him all sort of names but the price of fuel never rose from the standard price of 13naira. when obasanjo came they called him the savior of nigeria, bla bla bla.
but immediately obasanjo came into power,fuel price rose to 75naira or more.

what of the issue of killings, they say abacha killed this and that, what of obasanjo's regime can we start talking of the thousands of people that have lost their lives as a result of crises, air crashes etc.

Fine we know abacha looted money a lot, but for God's sake what of obasanjo's regime, would we compared the billions public office holders looted from the government treasury, all in the name of projects that were never executed or executed well, politics is now seen as an easy means to get rich. i could go on but i would like to know other people's views

BE WARNED, I ONLY NEED INTELLIGENT MINDS WHO ARE READY TO EXPRESS THEIR VIEWS AND NOT INSULTS OR ABUSES. IF YOU KNOW YOU WOULD ABUSE PLEASE STAY OFF!!!

Nigeria and its whala, only God would deliver us ohhh sad. but they should also take note that two wrongs don't make a right.
PoliticsRe: Mike Okiro Battles Robbers, Kills 2 by ThoniaSlim(f): 3:22pm On Jun 19, 2007
thats one thing that annoys me with Nigeria, just because the IG battles robbers, it would become national story, please they should go and sit down jare angry, if they are all doing the right thing would there be armed robbers who go to attack innocent people in their homes. NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT SHOULD GROW UP AND LEARN.
PoliticsRe: How Could This New Administration Prevent Government Officials From Being Corrupt? by ThoniaSlim(f): 3:18pm On Jun 19, 2007
@topic
by being honest and transparent themselves, and thinking of the good of the whole nation and not their selfish interest. with this they have full authority and power to monitor others.

PoliticsRe: When Will Nigerian Presidents Learn From The Most Civilized Nations In The World by ThoniaSlim(f): 3:14pm On Jun 19, 2007
@topic
i wonder when they would learn. i am currently doing an american degree in malaysia. and believe me this people have done so well for themselves, imagine 1USD-3.4RM and 1GBP-6.8RM.
when did they start. the same time with Nigeria ohhh, they are not as blessed as Nigeria, even the palm oil they export they got it from us, yet they used it well. WHEN WOULD NIGERIA LEARN OHHHHHHHHHHHHH. imagine Malaysia moving so fast that they have risen to one of the fastest growing economy. abeg NIGERIANS LEARN.

denex:
I thought Obasanjo was the Messiah. Abi na every eight years Nigeria dey change Messiah?
abi ohhh my brother, the thing tire me. when obasanjo came,everyone was singing his praise, oh huh see what he turned out to be. only God has the key to convert and save the country, and he would work through human beings. if only we could stop the recycling government and give new minds the chance. till then we would just sit, watch and wait.

PoliticsRe: How Is The Nation Wide Strike Affecting You. by ThoniaSlim(f): 3:01pm On Jun 19, 2007
Amen to that. i keep saying it that some Nigerian leaders in fact most of them are so daft, they don't think before making decisions. two wrongs can never make a right.
PoliticsRe: Yaradua = Baba Go-slow by ThoniaSlim(f): 2:59pm On Jun 19, 2007
A slow man does not necessarily mean a stupid or daft man, a slow man could be a man who thinks before making decisions, a person who try to see from two angles before reacting. lets give him time. still too early to tell. after he was one of the past governors with the clean records, so we can't say yet.
PoliticsRe: Do You Think This Strike Is Neccessary? by ThoniaSlim(f): 2:56pm On Jun 19, 2007
one thing this people should understand is two wrongs can't make a right. the masses would also suffer. i don't know why some Nigerian leaders are so daft. angry
PoliticsRe: Musa, No Puppet After All! by ThoniaSlim(f): 2:51pm On Jun 19, 2007
