To anyone reading this, prayer works when you do the work.

From 2015 to late 2018, I had less than N20,000 in my account. I mean, in those 3 years the total amount I had in my name never exceeded that amount.

Things were tough with me and I was drowning in financial waters. Then something happened.

I stumbled upon a book that taught me something about manifesting my desires and using my mind in the right way.

“The science of getting rich - Walter Wallace”

From this book, I learnt that I was telling my VERY POWERFUL MIND that there are very few jobs, even for people with BSc and Msc, then imagine me with just programming skills and no certification.

I changed that mentality. I told myself there may be little opportunities in Nigeria, but I WILL definitely find freelancing opportunities online.

So I registered on PPH as a writer (yes, I learned programming and writing is a skill I picked up in school and the books I read. That's for those of you that write Facebook English and think it is cool).

There, I met a client that has been sending me writing jobs every month for the past one year. Now, my writing has really, really improved and I'm using this lockdown to start my own blog, so I can command more income.

From what I have made so far, I've stored 5 drums of palm oil now that the price is low. I learned to save and invest from reading books on finance and money management.

Was I lucky, yes! But, would I have been lucky if I didn't change my mentality? I doubt.

It all started when I came across a book, and decided to make time to read it. Since then I've read many books, some of my writing skills I picked up from reading.

I've read books that taught me things that seemed random but aren't.

I realized that success in life is predictable.

You can spare 2 week of your time and read that book I mentioned above, follow what it says, and also read “the secret - Rhonda Byrne”

Before you say “I'll buy the books when I have money”, there's an app on playstore called “anybooks” download and search for the book I mentioned. You can get the paper version later so you can highlight as you read.

I know you feel like you are at the bottom of the sea and drowning, but I have offered you a way out, a raft. Climb on it if you wish.

One thing you can do this night before you sleep is to take a book, make a list of the things you want and read it everyday. First thing when you wake and last thing before you sleep.

Then tell your mind (it is always listening) to change the things around you. Don't forget to wake up and do the work.

That, is the true way to pray!

If you think working systematically to put your life in order is hard work now that you are young, imagine what it'll be like when you hit 40, 50, and above.

Remember, “an excuse is just a very sophisticated lie”

As Christians, show me where Christ said it's "Very dangerous not to tithe"?
Any assistance she gets should be used to invest in a business venture that will yield profits to ultimately lead to taking care of her family. That's how her life will change.

Honestly, any little money that comes into our hands, we just use it for our immediate needs because putting it in to any thing to yield profit, is a total loss. Am so scared, how long will this last

There is no expert here. Recurring dreams is God's way of saying "The problem is still there" or "You have not done anything about this matter".

It is something that's ongoing in your current life that you need to tackle. Something you need to prepare for in your physical state
Something (a task) that needs preparation.

For example, if you plan to travel abroad, start doing something about that. Or if you plan to get a job, do something about that too. It is something of great importance and you have to reflect on what's happening in your current life and do that thing, then the dream will stop recurring.

Right here in Nigeria, there are thousands of men and women professionally doing well who are not considering relationship or marriage. Same way, there are others who are interested in relationship/marriage but have not found any...Yes, some of them are lonely while others really do not care and are not lonely.

So, saying all ladies out of relationship or marriage are lonely, is absolutely wrong and unfounded.

Except God helps a man, the race to life, happiness and joy in marriage will end in futility.

If he has enough time to get a woman pregnant, he has enough time to make more money

PS: This is the best time to make your demands, and share your assets with him. Now that he is still feeling guilty and pussy footing around the issue. He would be quick to do whatever yob you say to appease you.
Act fast before his family get involved and embolden him, else you are leaving the marriage with nothing.
