If you followed my rant you will know i at one time wasted half a decade loyal to a relationship. So there comes that time when you know you have seen too much to put up with bullsh1t. Also there has to be a stage in a man's life too when he clearly knows what and what he wants in a future spouse.

It is for every customer who is credit-worthy. It does not have to be for salary earners alone.
If you run a business and your income statement shows that you are credit-worthy, the bank will honor your loan.
It's as simple as that.

It's for income earners. You can't get the loan if you don't have a consistent cash-flow. This makes it not useful for most Nigerians. The lenders do not want to take any risk.
